Came in with low coolant. They refilled it for free and even topped off the washer fluid as well.

My car has never had any problems before, so I didn't even know what that meant. The guy told me to leave it and come back later and they'd let me know what was wrong. When I came back, they gave me a huge list of things "wrong" with my car, which already didn't sit right with me because again my car was perfectly fine before I came there. I was planning on getting a second opinion, but before I could even do that, my car stopped turning on completely. It just started making a slow ticking noise. Come to find out, ALL of the oil in my car was GONE. That does NOT just happen out of nowhere. I had a good amount of oil before I brought my car there, and somehow right after I leave, it's magically empty? Why was my oil even taken out in the first place? The only thing I can think of is to try to "prove" I had an oil leak which makes zero sense. That is extremely dangerous. You can literally destroy someone's engine or put them in a dangerous situation doing something like that. As a woman, that whole experience felt disgusting, disrespectful, and like I was being taken advantage of. I don't recommend this place AT ALL. Be very careful bringing your car here. The people working on my car and the guy I spoke to can honestly go to hell for that. Yall are lucky IF I don't file a damn police report on yall ass! KISS MY ASS!

We get there and the staff is friendly. The dealership is big and beautiful. When we told them that we had an appointment with Ivan, Kimberly told us that he's with another customer and that she would take over for him. Huh? We had an appointment with him so why were we passed off to someone else? Didn't like that factor. They had the 2019 red GLE 43 Coupe waiting for us to look at which was nice. I was excited to see. I was very surprised when looking at the car. Although it's a nice car, there was damage to it. The back wheel rim had the Mercedes center medallion missing from it. There was also damage to the drivers inside door panel - there was a large crack on the plastic molding that is very obvious because it's black. I asked her if those would be repaired and she told me no. We took a test drive but the excitement waned because Kimberly was talking way too much and asking personal questions about hubby and I so it was hard to concentrate on the things about the car. I told her I wanted to look at other cars as I knew that wasn't my car and the warranty had expired. She took us back into her office (all glass windows) and I could see that Ivan's office was right next to her. There were many times he was alone but he didn't stop in to introduce himself. Kimberly found out our price range and showed us on their website cars available at the dealership. I saw a few I wanted to look at so she took us over to look at them. There was one car I was really interested in, the 2025 CLA 250. We took a test drive and it rode nice, and I really liked the car. Came back to Kim's office and started talking about financing. Hubby and I decided to take time to think about the decision. When we told Kimberly this, she told me they couldn't guarantee that the car wouldn't be sold without a non-refundable deposit. We understood. I did ask the question about who gets the commission if we were to purchase the car and interesting enough, she told me both her and Ivan would share it which was odd to me. As we were getting ready to leave, she told us that their protocol is to have the manager stop in to talk to the customer. We met Matt and he was again asking us questions about where do we live, etc. and told us they hope we will do business with them. I thought he was going to come in to ask how Kimberly's performance was. It was odd for him to come in to talk with us. Again, as we were about to leave, Ivan popped in to tell us something, I don't remember what it was. I told him that our appointment was with him so I didn't understand why he never came to introduce himself the entire time we were there as we stayed there a couple of hours (till closing time). He apologized. And so we left. Here is where things changed for us. We liked the car but after our visit, for the next week we were hounded between Ivan and Kimberly texting, calling and emailing me several times about the car or offering questions if we had any. That was an instant turn off because we felt like we were being stalked over a car purchase which shouldn't be. To stop the communication, I finally let them know that we would not be purchasing the car. They responded thanking us for letting them know. I thought that would stop the communication. It didn't. Ivan reached out again about looking at other cars. I blocked him at that point. Overall, I would say, if someone makes an appointment with a salesperson, let it be that salesperson to help us through the entire visit. Dealing with two people and getting communication from two people about a vehicle is a bit much and makes it look like desperation. Please stop.

They wanted thousands of dollars for a new transmission, and I was stuck because I couldn't take the emissions test to renew my plates with a check engine light on. Brought it to Tony's Transmissions, and he replaced the sensor in a few days for a few hundred dollars. I can't remember the exact amount because I paid cash and it was about a year ago, but I just saw his business pop up when I was doing a search and remembered that I should have left him a review back then. He really did great work. Check engine light was off, car passed emissions, and we drove it for another year before selling it a friend for his teenage son. Car is still running strong.
