Although the discount was advertised in the store, Mike claimed it was a nationwide discount, which felt misleading. As loyal customers, we felt unappreciated and poorly treated. I had a VERY bad experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care and I will NEVER be going back. I…read morewent there because my car said "Service Power Steering." My car has never had any problems before, so I didn't even know what that meant. The guy told me to leave it and come back later and they'd let me know what was wrong. When I came back, they gave me a huge list of things "wrong" with my car, which already didn't sit right with me because again my car was perfectly fine before I came there. I was planning on getting a second opinion, but before I could even do that, my car stopped turning on completely. It just started making a slow ticking noise. Come to find out, ALL of the oil in my car was GONE. That does NOT just happen out of nowhere. I had a good amount of oil before I brought my car there, and somehow right after I leave, it's magically empty? Why was my oil even taken out in the first place? The only thing I can think of is to try to "prove" I had an oil leak which makes zero sense. That is extremely dangerous. You can literally destroy someone's engine or put them in a dangerous situation doing something like that. As a woman, that whole experience felt disgusting, disrespectful, and like I was being taken advantage of. I don't recommend this place AT ALL. Be very careful bringing your car here. The people working on my car and the guy I spoke to can honestly go to hell for that. Yall are lucky IF I don't file a damn police report on yall ass! KISS MY ASS!

The driver then came over to the window and I asked how I was supposed to pay. He told me they are contracted through Kendall County so do not worry about it. The cop waved me through and I went on with my day. A lady called me from a number saying I was supposed to pay on scene and that I needed to pay today. I explained I was already late to work and going in but I would drop off cash (since there is a fee to pay with my debit/credit card). I told her to email or text me the address and did not share with me how far away she was. I text back and explained what happened and that she may want to talk to her employees and she called me a liar in so many words (stating my story would NEVER happen). She then sent me a link to an invoice that has no explanation (does not even state flat rate) for $150.00 which I don't even know is correct. Again - I am at work after a rough morning and understand I need to pay but she is now texting me from her cell phone demanding payment. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to call the police and make sure this company is even legit!

Title: Terrible Experience - Sold Me a Lemon I recently purchased a car from Fredd's Auto Sales and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the vehicle and the service I received. The car I was sold is clearly a lemon, and I regret trusting them with such an important purchase. From the very beginning, I've encountered nothing but problems with the car. engine problems, transmission issues, faulty electronics, etc, These issues have been a huge inconvenience and have caused me significant stress, especially given that I had hoped for a reliable vehicle. I've tried reaching out to the dealership for assistance, but their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Freddy the son owner is huge LIAR don't trust these scammers! They are a family own business all they care about is getting your money! RUN don't go here you will be very sorry. It's extremely frustrating to have spent my hard-earned money on a car that is clearly defective, and I feel completely taken advantage of. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to think twice. It's been a huge disappointment, and I'm left with a car that I don't trust.
