They also quoted two options incase I wanted the one that was for my car or an aftermarket option. This was lovely since there was a large price difference in parts. Labor was the same. I then returned with my Dad's car. He had been quoted at another place and the issue was identified as something totally different and costly. They provided and showed me the issue and reasonable quote. The labor cost per hour was consistent with my car so I felt reassured they were constant with labor costs. Finally, I returned when my car decided to have coolant issues. Also, i damaged the brand new muffler when i had a panic attack over the coolant light coming on. They went above and beyond trying to salvage/repair it so I wouldn't have to buy another one and they were successful. They did an amazing job with identifying the issues around the coolant and inspected more than a single part to ensure they fixed the entire problem and not just the problem that triggered the warning on my dashboard. They provided a reasonable estimate that was itemized and tried to save me money on the parts where they could. They also completed the entire repair in a reasonable timeframe that I didn't have to plan being without car for an extended period of time. Highly recommend. Rob was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient with my questions since I only know the basic mechanics of my car.

Within a mile of driving it the light was back on, I had scheduled another appointment for a week later for something unrelated. When I came in for that appointment (which included a diagnosis) they said that they couldn't diagnose it & that I would have to make a separate appointment & pay for them to address something that they didn't initially take care of. When they called to give me the diagnosis for the second visit, there was something fishy about how it was being handled & I was told that one repair would cost over $2000.00 & a second repair would cost over $5000.00 & the story kept changing (plus I was told that my car wasn't safe to drive.) I wasn't having any issues with my car until they told me during the first visit where they never fixed what it was brought in there in the first place. I read some negative reviews that described my situation to a "t" so I told them that I wasn't having any going to get a second opinion. They called backed twice trying to scare me into getting my car repaired by them.
