They told me the car would get pulled into the garage in twenty minutes. About an hour later they pull my car in. My car is EXTREMELY common, so I thought diagnosis would be quick. Three and a half hours later, they said it was my hose and my brake pads (who would've thought). Here's the kicker, they wanna charge me $880 for replacing all four rotors and pads, and $40 for a brake bleed to fix the squishy brakes. Ideal Tire (literally across the street) quoted me at $550 for the same service. Save your time and money, go to Ideal Tire.

They can guarantee an oil change in under 30 minutes. Some sh*t happened to my poor Mazda a couple months ago and I had to have it towed for repair. Although it took a few days, they were able to replace a new ball joint and they charged me a reasonable amount for parts & labor. Fast forward to now, and I'm getting a standard oil & filter change. When they rang me up, I mentioned that the owner had said he'd "help me out" next time I came in. At first I got some blank stares, but after a few minutes of deliberation they came back and dropped the price from $101 to $86. This beat the $5 off online coupon, so I'm glad I asked. I'm not sure they topped off any fluids (brake, wiper) and my car's interior definitely hadn't been vacuumed. I already knew their car wash was out-of-order, so I didn't expect a sparkling exterior.
