I have been coming here for 3 years now and the crew is very friendly and honest! Super quick and if I decline a recommended service I do not get talked down on. As a female I can get taken advantage of as far as services go but I am respected here and it makes me always come back! Thanks Jiffy lube crew! read more

In addition, did my own oil change only to find 6 of the 10 bolts that hold the undercarriage MISSING!!! This is nothing but LAZINESS! I can understand 1, maybe 2, BUT 6!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

I read the reviews I was hesitant but it was close to home: and decided to take my baby Camry there. I was greeted, got some coffee review the best deal for me , I had my coupons ready. I check my fluids before and tire pressure . After my oil change was done; when I got home I re- check them and they were top off. I never told them I had a small leak with my steering wheel fluid which they confirm at the end of their inspection . I was the only car there it was pretty fast. My only advise if you feel skeptical just watch your car through the window. I had a positive experience I will go back again read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Waiting area - Auto Repair Near Me - Perris, California

I just left the shop. I asked for regular oil with out a blend for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I told the 5-20 wt is recommended in the owners manual. They refused to do the oil change, they said I need a blend. I have 48,000 miles on my Jeep and have an oil change once a month, I know what I'm doing. They just wanted to up sell the customer for no reason. Do not be fooled by their bad business practices. My name is Joe Ganino read more

Just got my 2002 Suzuki serviced at Jiffy Lube Rancho Calif. Rd. Temecula Ca . I had my usual oil change done (every 3,000 miles ), and a diagnostic test to see why my check engine light was on. Employees were super helpful , explained what we needed to do or not do and why . The work was done quickly and I was told what upcoming work was needed. My car is quite old but by having these people take regular care of it , I am confidant I will be able to avoid buying a newer , expensive car for a lot longer ! The manager, Michael walked me to my car when the work was completed which i appreciated. I would recommend this jiffy lube to my friends and family. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Everyone deserves a second chance right??? WRONG! Literally 4 years ago was the last time I came to this business. I figured things might have changed for the better by now...was I wrong. Upon arrival, I asked the tech who comes up to you to take your keys if the oil change includes a change in the oil filter. He replied, " I don't know, you gotta ask the guy inside." (RED FLAG #1- the guy working on your car doesn't know what services are offered/included). Upon walking inside, there was literally one other person inside and only one car being worked on in the garage. The person at the counter looks me up and down and says, "you can wait there", he then walks away. (RED FLAG #2- poor professionalism again) I then hear from around the corner, "so your car is the highlander?" I look around the corner and it's the guy that was behind the counter using a different computer around the corner. He then proceeds to tap and click for a few minutes without saying a word then..."okay, sign here this is your estimate it's going to be about 20 mins" (RED FLAG #3- he didn't ask what service i wanted, what type of oil my car takes...but here is your overpriced estimate ($54) I let him know that I would like the signature oil change because I have a coupon. His reply, "we don't take coupons here..." I replied, "that weird, I printed this off of your website, I also saw you give an affinity discount", he replies, "no, the prices are already discounted." (RED FLAG #4- doesn't take coupons or give discounts that are from their own local website!) Once again, I should have walked away but I didn't. So that's on me but at least I can inform other of this poor business. To add insult to injury, once again, the services advertised were not what were provided. None of the check/fill (tire pressure, transmission, etc) or the clean(windows and vacuum) services were provided. Hello, BBB and corporate office. read more

Worst service I have ever had! They over charge you and they don't know what they are doing. The oil change was horrible they broke my cap on my oil tank and they said it was someone else not them. I will never go back there again. Don't bring your car to this location by far the worst jiffy lube ever! read more

By far the worst place to take your car for a oil change they caused so much damage to my car and told me someone else did it DO MOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE read more

Great work done by such sweet guys :) The waiting room was clean, had a tv for entertainment and coffee you can welcome yourself to. Waiting in an air conditioned place with entertainment on a really hot day is a blessing. Adam explained with a smile that my oil change was going to take about an hour and that they were going to check my filters and fluids. They finished in a less less than an hour. I paid $82.60 for my 2015 Honda Fit oil change. read more

Really full of crap here. Came by to get an oil change and they insisted that my car takes full synthetic, when synthetic blend is recommended, per the manual. $92 for an oil change, yeah right. read more

I would give 0 starts to this location if I could. The service at this location is absolute shit. I came in April for an oil change during Covid and have come back again today 08/25 only because the Just Tires next store (which has excellence service) was closing and was not able to take me today. I wish I would have waited and came back to them another day. I have not been to any other places for an oil change since the last time I came to Jiffy Lube in April. The worker (Rafael) came to where I was waiting and said somewhere else stripped my canister filter housing and that I'd have to go purchase a new one. I told him this is the last place I have been and he proceeded to basically call me liar saying it wasn't them. They are overpriced already but their shitty service absolutely does not justify it at all!! Rafael also decided to print out and show me on my last receipt "no damage recorded". No fucking shit, your employees broke it and didn't want to be responsible, especially since they don't even carry the part to replace it! I will not be returning to this or any Jiffy Lube for any kind of service after my experience with them. I would highly recommend Just Tires especially if you are in this are and Jennifer there is always so nice and helpful! read more

Awesome service and quick, oil change, windows washed, car vacuumed all under 20 min, plus coffee in the lobby! Plus, no big push for selling me other stuff! Great job! read more

This place is great. I pulled up and they took it from there I told them I wanted the 24.95 Oil change they were on it. I also got a vacuum and windows done. Along with the oil change I got all my fluids checked and topped off if needed. They also let me know that my air filter was really dirty. I got that replaced for 20 bucks. I think my total time there was maybe 25 mins. They have a great team their kind and have great customer service! I was offered coffee multiple times. I Loved this Jiffy Lube it was our first time and I have made the switch. They got me in and out of there so fast and aware of what had been done. Great stuff! read more

We have been bringing all our vehicles here for years. It is always fast and courteous service. The manager has even found discounts for me better than the ones I have brought in. Never had any problems with them pushing add-ons. They do let me know when it is time for certain recommended services, but never pushed them on me. read more

I have to admit the last few times I've used Jiffy Lube I've been totally surprised. Today went in to get my oil changed and they told me I didn't need one yet. So how crazy is that? I will be returning in 1400 miles. Thanks for the honesty. read more

I would strongly NOT recommend this Jiffy Lube location! Although I had a good experience with this location several years ago (perhaps ownership has changed). I believe this as I was no longer in their system database. In the past, just by driving up, they knew from the license plate who I was and greeted by name. The place is in no way ran by the same quality of personnel. Be careful about what they write up on their forms, as it can affect the value of your car if you wish to sell it. They also push (convincingly) services "needed or not" upon un-knowledgeable customers (but ultimately leave it to you to decide). Management is unwilling to address even simple to handle issues and "play hide and seek" avoidance to make customers go through costly, timely, inconvenient effort, so they won't be inconvenienced by you if you have questions. It is for these reasons, and my nearly a half century within the automotive aftermarket (mechanics and business ownership) that I would steer very clear of this operation. I can't infer this to other Jiffy Lube operations, however I will to this location, located at 3150 Case Rd Bldg. J Perris Ca. (Near the Home Depot Center) read more

Very fast service they will type in your license plate number and see if you've been there before so they know exactly what you want. Friendly staff, price is usually about $45 and I've never had to wait more than 30min! read more

I go here to get my oil changes. I asked what seemed to be the manager for air on my tire and all of a sudden the hose is not long enough. I got air last week the hose reached no problem. There was nobody there. They had no costumers. They were doing absolutely nothing but standing inside praying for someone to come in. I don't get it. Customer service is not a priority here. I will no longer go here. Glad to say we had an account of 50 plus vehicles here.. It feels great.. It's ok.. Keep waiting for customers to come in. read more

First time there out of town and needed a quick oil change. Always went to the dealer but who's open on Sundays? Well this place is so I was in luck. It was supper cheap, I paid less than 40 for just the oil change and took less than an hr and the staff have grate customer service. If you need a speedy oil change come here. read more

Staff was friendly ,but I felt like they were trying to break a record for the fastest oil change. The invoice stated my windshield was cleaned. It wasn't and the old oil change sticker was still there. I know these are no big deal things ,but made me wonder what else they did not do in my 5 minute oil change. read more

Awesome service! I went in for an oil change, ended up getting new wiper blades as well. Checked with the guys next door and was told it would be at least an hour and a half, which was fine, because they don't specialize in oil changes, I'm sure they are great in their respective specialty. However, I left there, walked into Jiffy Lube, asked if they were available for an oil change and the tech said "where is your vehicle, pull it up". It took all of 15 minutes to complete the oil change, needed new wiper blades, got them at a mega discount, pulled up a coupon code on my phone for the oil change and was out of the door in 20 minutes, tops. They are a little higher than some shops, however, you can pull up a coupon code and pay what you would at the other shops. My car was even vacuumed while I was waiting, I remember when that and windows was a given during service. Great work guys. read more

Love this jiffy lube! They were so quick and let me know anything I need done! Make sure you come to this one!

DON"T GO HERE!!! The staff is full of rude liars who treat you like dung. I went in for an oil change on my little 4 cylinder vehicle. I was somewhat prepared for the up-sell on synthetic because the last time I took it there (maybe a year ago) they tried the same thing. The last time they lied telling me "your car requires full synthetic for $89.00" I pointed out that the manufacturer recommends Dexos 1, a synthetic BLEND that is much cheaper. In the end that is what I got. This time they tried the same thing. When I pointed out the manufacturer's specifications and told him "this is what you did last time" he didn't believe me and wanted to look it up in the computer. After confirming my story in their computer database he said "that should have never happened....We only do full synthetic or nothing"....I promptly left. I refuse to be lied to by people whom I am trying to give money. I knew going in it was a bad idea. Shame on me. read more

Went in to get a oil change before I was going into work. They said it would take only about 45 min which wasn't to bad, but once I went in to get a quote the gentleman asked me if they had given me a quote outside and I said no so then he proceeded to tell me I needed synthetic and it would be 79.99 when I know my car does not require synthetic. I told him nvm and he looked at me with a blank stare. Even the employee outside said sorry as he gave me my keys back. I work In sales and it was clear he was trying to up sale me. Bad customer care service. read more

Very fast. Very clean good spot. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for an oilchange. Thanks adam for the great customer service.

Wish there was a "zero" option. Took my Toyota in for an oil change in April. The next service date was when I was 2000 miles away. The oil filter cover had been installed incorrectly (overtightened) and was in danger of breaking. I called THIS location and they informed me that none of this was their concern. I had to take for dealer service and they confirmed that this plastic part was MASSIVELY overtightened and frequently breaks when removed when installed incorrectly. Manager of Jiffy Lube was Extremely RUDE and Abusive - refused to pay for anything - said I would have to drive it back to California for them to do it - (voiding my engine warranty in the process) He - Said all covers and fittings have to be "Tightened as far as possible" (as if torque specs - are of no concern to him)...... Stay Away if you care about your car and proper service read more

Hi, I went here today. I've been here a bunch of times before and never had any issues until today. When I got there they were really short and rude...I should of left then....I was waiting for my car to be completed and looked out the window and saw one of the employees going through my glove department looking at my belongings..He then looked up and saw that I was watching. He looked frazzled because I saw him.. I don't trust these people here anymore and will be filling a complaint with the BBB. I am very unhappy . read more
