First-Time Visit: Jiffy Lube Way Exceeds Expectations! I recently had my first visit to Jiffy Lube, 452 Medford Ave Patchogue 11722.. and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Danyel, Khalil, Janel and Jarule made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. These boys rocked it! The efficiency of the service was remarkable, like a pit stop at the Grand Prix! I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the work on my car without compromising on quality. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. They answered all my questions patiently and clearly, which I greatly appreciated as a first-time customer. What truly stood out was the overall fabulous experience. Jiffy Lube made car maintenance feel easy and stress-free. Their friendly demeanor, fast service, and attention to detail left a lasting impression. I was also pleasantly surprised with the price! I will definitely be returning for all my future car care needs and highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant automotive service experience. Jiffy Lube - clone these boys. You should be proud to have these boys on the front line of your business. This is how 5 star service is done!! read more

Would give zero if I could, arrived at 6pm they close at 7pm all bays open, 15 minute oil change sign out front. Just see the girl with dreadlocks shaking her head no at me. I rolled down the window and she said no this is my last car. So I was denied service by the lazy staff an hour before they closed. read more

My dad came in yesterday and he asked for a tire rotation and the girl that works there tried to tell my dad that he needed brakes obviously my dad declined we went to get the brakes checked and they were still good and once again her attitude was very uncalled for this is my second time experiencing this moving forward I will be taking my business elsewhere read more

Just the worst. Expensive. Long wait times (apparently "Jiffy" means something different depending on whom you ask). They never reset my oil life gauge (a minor thing, but c'mon man, you're supposed to reset it) and no sticker for my next visit. Worse of all, the entire place reeked of weed, and I don't need some stoner forgetting to put oil in my car or screwing up the pan plug. Never coming back. read more

Horrible service. Totally lied about the time it'd take to do the work. Took my car apart and went off on break. Got me stuck here for hours on end. Avoid this place! read more

J was extremely helpful extremely bright energy and explained every question I had happily Great service aswell, I was in and out in 15 minutes for an oil change read more

Went for an oil change and the woman comes out holding an absolutely filthy engine air filter asking if I'd like to buy a new one as mine was in bad shape. I declined and bought one on Amazon because it's much, much cheaper and a 10sec swap. I received my new Amazon filter today and go to install it... my air filter is absolutely fine. They must have a wrecked air filter on the shelf that they bring out to customers to convince them to buy a new one. read more

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I went in today, and when they opened the second gate, there was a van already parked at the first gate. I thought the lady was signaling me over, so I started slowly driving up to the second gate. Instead of just politely asking me to back up, one of the employees ran out shaking his head, saying, "Come on, man! Nah!" and the other started yelling, "Back up, man! Back up!!!" I was completely confused, so I backed up, and then they just ignored me and didn't bother explaining what the problem was. The whole thing could've been handled so much better with a simple, polite request. I was treated like I wasn't even worth their time. I left and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I told them lady she's being pretty rude, she just shook her head and looked the other way. read more

I feel that jiffy lube is expensive but they're quick. The people in the service bays are very nice and polite. I would have given 5 stars but they are quite expensive. read more

Just had my oil change done this Jiffy Lube location is recommended for anyone who likes outstanding service. There were five or six young guys working all when nicer than the next I can't express how happy I was and how nice these guys were I feel that I made new friends and I would never go to another Jiffy Lube or anywhere else for my oil change. Thank you guys God bless and your friendliness is contagious. See you again soon by the way, I am the guy who had the Buick that was just hit in the trunk. read more

On December 31, the day after I filed a complaint with the Jiffy Lube headquarters in Texas, the Patchogue district manager Kenya Fleming contacted me. Mr. Fleming explained that a red tamper seal is routinely placed around the drain plug after an oil change and that was noted on my receipt. Mr. Fleming promised to reimburse me in full for the new drain plug and oil pan that Hyundai put in. Although I have not yet received the check, I am restoring the number of stars to five. read more

Unprofessional environment. I was not given any options or explanation around the oil change that I was given. The $116 price tag for an oil change with no additional services seemed too expensive for the most basic option. When I asked for a receipt they told me it would be emailed to me. I did not receive the receipt. I called to re-request the receipt and they again did not provide one. read more

I've been here a few time for my oil change they are courteous and fast ! I think the longest I was there was 25 mins ... All the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable I will most certainly be bringing my car here from now on. read more

I went in on 6/18/24 and paid $140.09 total for their signature service synthetic oil change for my Ram 1500. A few days later I looked under my truck and the oil filter on the engine had the date 9/27/23 written on it in sharpie (the date they last changed my oil). They never changed the filter even though it was included and I paid for it. I guess I have to go back to changing my oil myself. Word to the wise, watch these guys. read more

Arrived thirty minutes prior to closing still very open, the men working all watched me pull up, didn't acknowledge me, then closed their garage doors. A simple, hey it's too late, would have been nice. read more

Fast and friendly; these guys were professional and respectful. They also offer a military discount which saved me about $40. Thanks guys!

Thank you for fitting me in last minute at the end of your day for a grease and oil change! So unexpected and it made my day :)

When I got there, it was all smiles and politeness from the crew. Handed over my car, they performed the oil change, I paid, left, then turned right back around... I always had a multi-purpose knife under my rug, it also served to break glass in emergency... TWICE at Jiffy Lube they stole it! Last time, I whipped the car back around and confronted them, they produced it with a lame excuse that it "fell accidentally" in the pit! Liars... no way in hell it 'accidentally' fell out... from under a rug, with a lip on the door jamb, down to a pit, where no one heard it fall too... sure read more

Came here for an oil change. Had never been to a jiffy lube before. Turned into a narrow driveway with several cars in front of me. Since it was my first time I had no clue how it worked. No one around to direct you nor any signage with instructions. While waiting I decided to google them (sort of like closing the barn door after the horse was out). After reading the first few reviews and hearing how much they charge I decided not for me. Fortunately no one was behind me and I managed to get out of there. Poorly run operation read more

If I could give them a zero rating, I would. They took advantage of my 19 year old daughter. She told them no synthetic oil handed them a sticker from the previous oil change. Giovanni the manager told me when I called him later that she never told him that and acted like they were doing her a favor by putting in High mileage oil at a "cheaper price". Her 2006 Hyundai has 68,000 miles on it. I have a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder that has 160,000 miles on it and I use regular oil. This guy was so condescending to me personally because I am a woman I don't know what I'm talking about. Do me a favor Avoid this place at all costs...They will screw you for the money and act like they are doing you a favor. read more

The gentlemen here were very nice, friendly and very informative when it came to explaining everything my car needed. I went there shortly after they opened and I was done in less than 30 minutes for my oil change (someone was ahead of me). They offered me hot coffee while I waited, waiting area seemed very clean. Will definitely come back here again! read more

I came here for a simple oil change because I needed to get it done right away. This is a walk in type of place and they took my car in within 5 minutes which was great. First of all the fact that the oil change was over $100 is absolutely outrageous to me but I was in a rush so I had no other options so that's my fault. Once the car was in the shop one of the employees called me into the shop and told me that I need front brakes and gave me a quote for the job. I had literally just done my front brakes 3 months prior and I know for a fact that they did not need to be done. When I told the employee that they just went quiet and had nothing to say. If you feel like getting taken advantage of and feel like being used like a piece of toilet paper I highly recommend that you go to this place of business. You should be ashamed of this jiffy lube I can guarantee you that this was my first and absolute last time at your establishment. I understand people need to make a profit but taking advantage of people, we'll that is just wrong. I can only imagine how many other people they have done this to and succeeded. Shame on you. read more

This facility has always provided me with top notch repair service at an affordable price. Leon has extensive knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems and finds my issue right away. He offers me affordable replacement parts and gets the job done quicker than I expect. Whether you need a simple oil change or a more advanced diagnostic, I highly recommend this location. read more

Terrible experience. An employee drove our car through the bay window messing up the hood and whole front of the owned car. Two weeks later and the manager Delroy and distract manager Kenny have done nothing after we did what they said. They told us to get 3 quotes and they would fix it. Not only have they not fixed it but we now have one car because their employee hit the gas instead of the brake. I went there to confront Delroy again the other day and the employee who drove it through the door is still working. Kenny the "district manager" basically said mistakes happen and the claims department will call me. Still no call and now Kenny is ignoring me. This is a terrible business DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!! read more

Would like to update my review: Regional Manager got in touch and said yes, an employee did take a picture of you, admitted it, and sent me a refund. For what it's worth, he was nice. However, we clearly will never be returning. read more

I was overdue for an oil change because my main place closed up. My bf recommended jiffy lube because of how fast things are taken care of (and their files are always so neat and kept!). I took his advice and visited this one in Medford; not only did they help me understand the procedures and what I needed or didn't need and why, but they were very efficient, fair, and professional! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

100% honesty and Excellent work done in my cars. The manager is amazing and all work is done on a timely manner. I will come back. Thank you Joe. read more

I will never take my car here again. I brought my car in for an oil change because the dealer couldn't fit me in. 2 days later I had dropped my car off at a body shop for a fender bender. The shop noticed oil leaking from my car. Upon inspection, found out that my oil filter was never changed. The manager from jiffy that went down to inspect my vehicle told the body shop I may have giving them the filter since it was a Toyota filter. So I paid over $100 for my car to leak and they didn't even change my filter read more

Good, quick, affordable oil change. Friendly Staff and helpful. I will definitely return.

So impressed with the service at this facility.. just stopped in I didn't have an appointment and the young man was so polite and professional.. my regular lace was full and even though they offered for me to come back later it just didn't work with my schedule.. thank you jiffy lube read more

OK, here is an honest review of the Jiffy Lube on Rt.112 in Patchogue. I brought my vehicle here for the first time, because Indy3000 Fast Lube closed a few hours earlier, I really needed an oil change and Jiffy Lube was open on a Sunday until 6pm. Great! So, I pull up, and I seem to wait for quite a bit while I'm overhearing the employees trash talk each other and seem very unorganized on what to do next. I felt a little uncomfortable. A team leader eventually had to tell one of the workers to finish up the car in the bay before taking on another. It just seemed like this was not a "well oiled machine". Oh, that's a bad joke. OK, so after waiting for like 10 or more minutes in the car, they finally take my keys and ask me questions about the vehicle. I felt like I was volunteering at a BOCES Workshop as a pretend customer. This is how inexperienced the staff seemed. I was escorted as some sort of "king" to the waiting room. I appreciate the good manners, but it just seems gimmicky and fake. In the waiting room, I was greeted by 6 badly worn out black chairs which were disgusting and total eyesores. As a major chain, invest in new furniture when it gets like this. Hell-ooo? This furniture should be brought right to the curb. Lame. Anyway, the TV was on, the A/C was on, and I spent some time with a couple other blokes who obviously had no knowledge of cars based on how they acted. OK, whatever, not everyone knows about cars, so we trust these guys, right? A-hem, no. At least 15 minutes after being in the waiting room, nearly 45 minutes after I pulled up, I was finally done. So much for a Jiffy Lube... Probably could have changed the oil myself faster. I went to pay, and even that was not smooth. They are using an old-school DOS computer setup, the printer was giving issues so it took a bit to get my receipt. I'm sorry, but this place is a joke. If you want speed and quality in the area, head over to Indy3000 Fast Lube. They are much more organized. All these places will try to sell you as much as possible (cabin filters, air filters, whatever) but you have to expect that. Thumbs Down to this place, I would never return here or ANY Jiffy Lube now, unless I'm in dire need. read more

Service from start to finish was excellent. They greeted me at my car when I pulled into the parking lot and opened the door for me when the service was done. They also explained things to me which I thought was great. read more

Best customer service I've experienced at any Jiffy Lube is always at the Patchogue location. Joe the manager is always helpful and willing to answer any questions I have with my services. These people cracked my windshield and would not take responsibility, do yourself favor do not go here under any situation!!!

All of the young men at this location were very helpful, respectful and went above and beyond. They truly worked as a team. I went in very confused and Chris went out of his way to explain what he thought was best for my car. He and Trenton got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend the Patchogue Jiffy Lube. read more

I brought my 2018 car to get an oil change instead of dropping it off at the dealer or mechanic. Wow was that a mistake! After bringing my car in, the very next day, my oil and check engine light came on. I called jiffy lube and they said come back. I went back in and they said was probably bad timing and that it wasnt them who caused a problem. I asked why is the oil light on after i was just here yesterday? They didnt have an answer. I then made an appt with my dealership. They told me whoever did your oil change did everything wrong which caused alot of problems. Jiffy lube has cost me hundreds of dollars in damage. I will NEVER ever go to jiffy lube again. The dealer also told me this isnt the first time this happened to people. Im so upset about it as i dont have hundreds of dollars to throw down the drain. read more

Been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Always felt the staff is honest in their recommendations. If they feel I need something they recommend if not they tell me when I should do the service in question. Waiting area is clean. Only slight issue would be sometimes the wait time can be lengthy. But that could be a good thing in a way. Shows a lot of people frequent the location. Will continue to use this location for my oil changes read more

The wait time is ridiculous. There isn't anything jiffy about this lube. Employees not focused on their jobs. Very annoying it takes so long. My mechanic can get me in faster than this. It's a shame read more
