Second time I've recently used their shop: once for my girlfriend's brakes a month ago, once today for a slow leak in my rear tire. The first time we dropped off her car and within an hour they called us to say it was ready, and the price was significantly lower than expected! Her car has run great since then. Today I was, without exaggeration, in and out in 15 minutes for the tire repair. Cost me less than $20 and I'm on my way. Absolutely great business. read more

Extremely rude people. All made sense when you arrive for your free copy of the Quran. Avoid this place like the plague, husband wife duo, rude over charges and cant provide standard documents that come with inspections. Hardly meeting the franchise requirement I bet. Well if Meineke is pushing the Quran I am out. read more

I made an early appointment to get my Annual Inspection and was in and out within 30 minutes. Great service and kind personnel. I would highly recommend them read more

I went to get my wife's SUV inspected and needed to just get it done in and out. Windshield wipers have just been replaced and new tires this month and they took my car in and I sat for 30 mins in the shop. The guy behind the counter was polite. They even brought me to the back to show me that I will be needing brakes soon. That's all shops but I said I have no time to do today and I am glad I was in and out. read more

Great team here very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my 2011 Jeep Liberty's muffler replaced in about an hour or so.

This place is not a regular meineke. I have a prepaid oil changes they would not accept. They want to rip you off here. Good luck read more

If I could give a "No Star" rating, I would. Honest is the best policy!!!!! Especially when you make an appointment you expect to wait maybe 10-15 over your schedule time but not a response of wait "Oh I don't know when we will get to your car because I have this car and that type of service to do to this and that car"!!!!!!! This location used to be on point. Every since new management came aboard! They need to all go and re-certify their customer service experience skills on how to handle a business and dealing with customers satisfaction....I went else where for my oil change and it was Covid precaution safe and very efficient. I will not return to the Patchouge location. #WasACustomerForOver 3-4years read more

So i went there with my girlfriend and the guy tried to charge 267 dollars just switchout a flex pipe, which we already had the entire part and the guy would constantly try to talk over us and we eventually left and went to place down the street that charged 100 dollars less so dont go here read more

We have been coming here for years and are NEVER disappointed . Keith and the rest of the staff are upfront and honest and easy to communicate with. Go! read more

I don't know why but I returned to this Meineke a few months later for a state inspection on my GF's jeep. 2 side markers had to be replaced to pass inspection. At this point the jeep either fails inspection (which you still have to pay) or have them replace the bulbs which they stated would cost a few bucks. I didn't question the cost and told them to do it. They charged $65 for 2 side bulbs to be replaced. Just so you know, these bulbs cost $2.50 each and take a maximum of 3 minutes to replace. I know mechanics have to make a living and the cost to own a shop is high, but $65 for a maximum of ten minutes of labor? C'MON MAN And btw, my recent oil change at a different shop said that my car doesn't call for synthetic oil.....see previous post. I'll say it again, go elsewhere. read more

This is the best place I've been too for an oil change, the guy behind the counter was very nice, I feel bad I cannot remember his name. But he kept me occupied as I waited for my car, and was great at holding a conversation which was enjoyable because otherwise I would have just sat on my phone the whole time. Service was fast and good and it's one of the only mechanic places that I've been where they didn't try to swindle me in to buying a whole bunch of unnecessary things for my car or claimed that I needed like air filter changes. I was able to just go in and get an oil change and leave without feeling that they were being dishonest about things "being wrong" with my car. Any time I have brought my car to other mechanics or even the dealership where I get free oil changes, I have been told I need "brake fluid cleaned" or "air filters put in" or a bunch of other things I didn't really need. So it was nice to not have to call my dad to ask if these things were really needed. So. Even though I get oil changes for free at the dealership I purchased my car through, I'm still going to come here and pay for them from now on because the experience was so pleasant. And on top of all of that, another customer who needed a new battery installed in their came had come in, and even though they didn't have the battery another employee there went out and picked up the battery for the customer, which I thought was an excellent display of how much they value they're customers and how willing they are to go above and beyond to be helpful and get people what they want and need. So I highly recommend this Meineke to anyone in the area! read more

The guy in there is a complete and total dick, today Feb 9 2017 there is a bad snowstorm and my defroster button was jammed. I couldn't see he refused to even look at my car and told me he couldn't do it they needed parts and everyone was busy plowing.. meanwhile I explained it was a simple jam which I didn't have the tools to do it. Then after that I parked in his parking lot for 2 minutes to try to fix it and he told me I had to move he was plowing... real nice I'm a young girl in a dangerous situation and he was an uncompassionate asshole. read more

I went to have a wheel alignment done but told him not to if my rack was no good and he still did it the. when i complained he said oh your rack is no good. Plus i was told 60$ but then got charged 110$ this place had the worse unethical service that i have ever encountered. I do not recommend anyo e ever go there read more

These guys are cons. I received a coupon in the mail for $10 off an oil change and the coupon had their address on it. I made an appt here and when I showed them the coupon they said they wouldn't take it. I told them that I had just got it in the mail and it had their address and they said it didn't matter. I took my business elsewhere. read more

I grew up a mechanic's daughter, held flash lights, pumped brake pedals, changed flat tires, all that good stuff. My Dad is retired now and it's been tough trying to find a place I can trust that does good work. I went here to get an oil change on a whim and have been coming back ever since. The guys are all really friendly and helpful and they always try to get me in and out quickly. I definitely recommend it to everyone. read more

Do not go to this shop! I went to this place for a power steering leak and It came out even worse than it was before. When I went back to talk to them and tell them that it was still leaking they basically laughed in my face they would not do anything about it they didn't even want to listen to my side of the story. Brought my car in for an oil change a week ago the staff was friendly and polite did my service in under a half hour and brought me out to my car to show me what was going on with it.would recommend this meineke to all my friends and family read more

To add - I brought my own mufflers and rear pipe - charge was for labor and welding only less than one hour to complete job!

I had a leaking gasket in my muffler, pulled into the parking lot, they came out to see what I needed and got my truck up on the lift immediately. We discussed my options and they started fixing the problem immediately. I was here years ago with my old truck and they had the same attention to customer service as they have today. Highly recommend this Meineke location. read more

i used to use this meineke for every and anything my cars needed especially when buddy worked then but they hired new people and their customer service sucks you need to beg them to answer your questions? and very unclear about what they charge you. i brought my battery there to see if it was bad and needed to be replaced.. next thing i know i'm being charged $100 for the test which they neglected to mention. needless to say that was the last dollar they will get from me my family and anyone i know for that matter. read more

I took my daughters Nissan Altima to meineke in Patchogue on 10/01/15, for an oil change. All the oil drained out of the car the next day, and the drain plug was missing. The car was towed there, and a used motor was installed by "Meineke Technicians". The body was damaged while getting repaired there, and had to be fixed by SunWave body shop. Also, Meineke refused to pay for a rental car, even though they caused all these problems! There were various problems with this "junkyard motor". After a few weeks, the motor began to smoke and sputter. I had the car towed to Meineke , and they refused to pay anything, saying that a faulty catalytic converter caused the motor to go bad! Please avoid this repair shop, their quality of work is very poor, and they don't back up warranties!! read more

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have worked in customer service for 16 years and understand many things and they have still the worst customer service. I had an inspection done front brakes done that they told me I needed as well as them fixing a tire as I was driving my car around I noticed some screeching and clunking noises and had a fellow family member who is a mechanic take a look at my car only to find out that it was part of the brake job that was done incorrectly and that is why I was having problems with my car and since I had a lifetime warranty. When bringing the car back we found out that they did not put the brakes under my car they had put the brakes under a different vehicle but the inspection and other services were listed under mine so now some random vehicle has a lifetime warranty on their brakes that I paid for. And after coming across the issue instead of trying to rectify the situation they proceeded to get into a heated argument with my husband and my father and have still not rectified the situation so once again worst customer experience and I would never ever bring any vehicle back to that place even if they were the last repair shop on earth read more

A must-go if you have car issues and are in the area. I am from out of town and was worried about going into a random repair shop. The guys in the front were super nice and helpful. Explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car, and gave me a few different options to choose from when fixing it. Prices are good, service was good, experience was good. Haven't had a problem with my car since. read more

OMG This is the worst place! Avoid this place at all costs! They will lie to you just to get more money from you. They also like to play good cop / bad cop so that they get you to spend more money. I had my exhaust fixed by them, paid over $200 and the NEXT DAY the pipe fell down. They did a bad job on purpose so that I would come back and pay more money! They wanted over $700 to redo the entire exhaust system! The ENTIRE system didn't need to be fixed but they insisted that it did. Terrible! And the older man that seems to be in charge there will straight out yell at you and tell you that you don t know what you are talking about even if you do. He thinks he is right no matter how much research you have done, meanwhile they don t even know about some of the advancements that are out there for cars. LOL Stubborn, poorly educated greedy jerks! read more

Let me start by saying I have never written a review, but after this experience I felt I need to. I have been to them a few times and thought I was a pretty good customer but I guess I was wrong I brought my car to them to fix the high pressure power steering hose that they told me was leaking when they looked at my car. Turns out they said the fixed the car and it was leaking from the power steering switch not the hose. They also said that it will still be leaking a little because we couldent get the fluid off the area it cost $425.00 for the repair. A week later the car was still leaking so I took it bAck and the man at the front desk was very mean and he dident even want to look at the car because it was SAT. Long story short it ending up being the high pressure hose that they said the first time and they wanted $980.00 to repair that.!!!!!!BEWARE OF THIS MEINEKE IT IS NOT REAL ONE THE DO NOT RESPECT ANY CUSTOMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Not a bad shop. They were pretty upfront with what was wrong with my car and fixed it, quick and easy. Prices were OK for a repair shop. Not necessarily the best, but they got the job done. read more

horrible, go there for an inspection and something on the tire didn't pass, go down the road elsewhere and passes no problem, and the big sign they have posted for an oil change for 19.99 ends up costing 35 dollars, funny how they had tired in the back to put on my truck after it doesn't pass, pass the emissions fails by a .1, thanks scumbags read more
