Mark was super nice! I would highly suggest if you need work done. GO! I was out of there within 45 minutes. Quick and easy.

I have I say this Jiffy Lube is great. I always come here whenever I need service done on my vehicle and I'm always treated with great service from the staff. Sometimes it can be a wait for your vehicle to be finished but that means they're ensuring everything is being done right for your safety I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube! read more

Great experience. Fast service, very nice guys working there. Mark was very informative and told me about specials to save me some money! Technicians were very helpful as well. Free car wash is also a bonus! read more

Robert helped me with my oil change and was great never pushy on extras besides what I came for.

I saw a sign for $21.99 oil change. I took my car in and the person that was helping me told me that it would cost me $114.00. I said "why Your sign is advertising for $21.99? He said "not for your car. Do you want it? He did not take the time to explain that it was a signature oil and let me decide which oil I want it. I felt that he just wanted my $$. I had it done. I call other places and for signature oil it's only $59.99. Jiffy Lube it's way too expensive read more

I been waiting for an hour and half for a basic oil change ‍ smh and there were only two cars ahead of me. No updates were provided or acknowledgement of the the amount of time taken for this service. Someone please help read more

Great place, really fast service here. Brandon and Mark were great from start to finish, never had a question unanswered. If you need quick and reliable service please visit this location read more

Terrible experience!!! Waited 2 hours for a simple oil change with only 2 people in front of me. Not only that but they broke my engine fluid dipstick and didn't even offer to replace it. He told me I should go to the other Jiffylube on Vinyard and they could try to get the remaining stick portion out from the tube...I was on my lunch and was already late to be back to work because they had taken so long. I knew my coolant needed more fluid so when he was going over the services with me I asked why my coolant didn't get filled. He told me it costs more and he honestly hadn't even checked it. Upon checking it he needed to add a significant amount. And after all that...I didn't even get a window sticker to remind me when my next one is!!! Lazy and stupid is a terrible combination! What the hell did I just pay for!??!?! Never again!! read more

This will be my second time coming to this location. And to be honest. From driving up and receiving a kind greet from Brandon and Mark who assisted me with pricing for a oil change. Seeing the whole staff team working as a whole. There was no lack on any of there members. There were over six vehicles from Saint Carlos IA AZ. Getting there vehicles serviced after coming back from fighting the fires out here in California. They vacuum your vehicles. Check all filters as well oils. These guys take pride in assuring you quality service. Many thanks to the jiffy lube staff members off of Fifth St. and Rose, Oxnard CA. read more

This jiffy lube always does a great job and provides exceptional customer service. David and Miguel are extremely knowledgeable and always helps with any issue I am having with my vehicles. Definitely the best jiffy lube I have been to! read more

I had a really good experience here. Professional, fast and reliable service, friendly mechanics that are knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and will go back. read more

Came in to get a top off, only one person who said he was the manager and couldn't spent 5 minutes to help me with 2 open drive bays... He said I'd have to wait 1 hour+, why even pay almost 100 dollars for synthetic oil and some signature top off service when I can't even use it... He was very rude and I heard cussing as I left.. Totally unprofessional and makes me think twice about using jiffy lube in the future.. read more

They really know what they're doing here. Compared to other locations, this was the fastest service ever. I was there for just an hour. Chris was great. He was extremely nice and helpful. He explained everything in detailed and kept asking if I had any questions or concerns. Definitely will be coming back to this location, thank you Chris! read more

Came here to get an oil change on my SUV. They quoted me $72 and were very polite and friendly. The waiting room is comfy with free coffee and TV. It took them around 30 min to change my oil, in my option that was a little longer than expected. I then discovered they also checked all my other fluids and vacuumed my entire car. I found a group-on online and ended up paying $42 in the end. If price is not a factor I recommend coming here. read more

I was turned away because they ran out of my oil? No alternatives, just you can go to another Jiffy Lube. I'm no expert but maybe take stock better? read more

After going to multiple 4 different Jiffy Lube's trying to get an inspection done for uber and being turned down, this place was a breath of fresh air. Chris was the one that met me at the door, walked me into lobby and even took the time to show me were I could find everything I could ever want while I wait. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of Chris and the rest of the staff. I will definitely be a returning customer for this specific Jiffy Lube and I would honestly suggest that the other locations take lessons from these guys. They have there customer service locked down. read more

These guys were awesome, friendly, and informative! I didn't have any wait time, and being a gal, who knows jack about cars and what they need (or don't need) I never felt taken advantage of or anything. Will definitely be back! Roger in particular was very helpful and kind! Thanks guys :) oh and also! They cleaned all of my windows and vacuumed my floors. What a plus to the normal average oil change. read more

Impressed. In and out in less than fifteen minutes. Plus, a free car wash. Courteous staff. No up-selling. Will return for future oil changes. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and later that day my car overheated. Turns out there was a leak in the coolant tank, one that wasn't there before I took my car in. I called and told them and they took no responsibility or ownership of the problem. I had to rent a car for the weekend and pay to have the tank replaced. Terrible experience. read more

If you are in a hurry and need to get a quick oil change done for cheap this is the place

This was the best oil change experience I've had in years. Robert and Mark were very courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain and show issues with my car, without putting a lot of pressure to buy services. You even get a free car wash at the gas station next door within 10 days of the oil change. I was in and out of the shop in 20 minutes. Show up on Wednesdays or Thursdays midday. read more

I will always come back to these guys. read more

Just recently got an oil change here for the first time I usually go to Big Brand Tires but I wanted to try out a new place. When I got to Jiffy lube I was greeted right away by 3 people very helpful and nice of them to guide me and tell me what to do. Nancy and the rest of her team went far beyond my expectations they treated me like a loyal customer even tough it was my first time here. I read some of the reviews where they surprise charge you up to like a million dollars when it's time to pay of course I'm being sarcastic. In my experience Nancy did try to upsell and try to fix other things that were probably in need of a change for my car but that's her job I don't blame her. I nicely declined every offer she had for me and if there was going to be a charge for something she would let me know right away she also wasn't pushy. My visit didn't take long the lobby was nice and clean when everything was done I was surprised they they went as far as to vacuum the inside of my car very nice of them no one has ever done that for me, I also got a compliment voucher for a carwash next door. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change. read more

I was given world class customer service! As soon as i got there i was greeted then my door was opened for me. Then was asked to sit down, If i wanted water or coffee? At the end as i was leaving, my door was opened for me and once i got into my truck was close for me!! Was told to "have a good day".
