Horrible service. They damaged my car and will not take responsibility. Apparently, they have a reputation for forgetting to fill fluids (oil, coolant) or tightening caps. If they do damage your car, you will need an attorney, as it will quickly rise above a small claims action. Horrible customer service, period! read more

I've been here before and never had any issues but today unfortunately I heard the F### word about 20 times in a 3 minute period between two workers from Jiffy Lube it became very comfortable as they had no consideration for the customers around them. They were clearly becoming very heated with one another and one guy would not hold back. The other customer and I just looked at one another wondering when it would stop and I was not feeling safe at all. These guys need to be more considerate and professional with their language and consideration for the customers and for each other. Jiffy lube went above and beyond, despite being understaffed and busy they were able to not only get my car oil change finished in a timely manner but the manager Chris was extremely friendly and wasn't bothered at all by the ton of inconveniences that my car came with. Embarrassing lack of empowerment with the employees at this location, bordering on extortion. We went to a Jiffy Lube in Colorado last month and got new windshield wipers, among other things. This visit was in preparation for our move to California. Well, the first time it rained, the windshield wiper came flying off. We went to the local Jiffy Lube where the local staff told us, upon seeing the receipt, that they couldn't do anything about it (despite the warranty) because they are a franchise business and this isn't the location where we bought it. So here we are driving around with no visibility and our 3 year old in the back and they are trying to charge us full price for a new blade knowing our only choice is to do that or drive around in dangerous conditions. To the original franchise' credit, we called them and they actually refunded both wipers, which was a classy move given they couldn't see it in-person. Wouldn't it have been easy for this Jiffy Lube to take care of all that legwork for us? They would have retained a long-time Jiffy Lube customer and been no worse for the wear. read more

Avoid at all costs. I was first in line with no cars outside when I got there. Took 20 minutes for someone to greet me and grab my car key (I f#%ed up and should've left like others did). Car was pulled in to the shop soon after but took over an hour just for someone to come in & tell me I should replace 2 cabin air filters along with an oil change which I thought had already been done. The air filters were removed and sitting on my engine bay for at least half an hour before they spoke with me & did not look like they needed to be replaced. Worker told me less than half an hour for the oil change which could have been (did not watch them complete so unsure when completed or if they even changed my oil filter) but it took about an hour for them to return and tell me it was complete. I wanted to tell everyone that walked in to just leave but most figured out themselves. There were 3 others in the waiting room with me upset about customer service and wait. I saw 2 customers walk out because they were not greeted properly and 2 others ask for their car/key back because they essentially took their key from them without informing them of process or wait. Work productivity and customer service was unacceptable. All workers were paired together chatting, texting on their phone and I'm pretty sure I saw 2 take a selfie together probably hash tagging #harddayatwork for the gram. There was at minimum 1 worker: 1 car ratio while there but everyone was wasting time. Workers were consistently walking to the back but trying very hard to avoid speaking with customers. In my eyes it looked as if their was no upper management present and everyone was doing whatever they wanted to do. The 2 different workers I spoke with ACTED as if they cared and were nice but I could tell they were very fake pretty much rolling their eyes when saying sorry and speaking with me and other customers. I visited the location late Monday morning, so it's possible everyone was hungover from the weekend. Regardless, I do not recommend visiting this location. read more

This Jiffy Lube offers excellent service with staff that go above and beyond. For instance, I arrived mid day on a holiday with several cars ahead of me. A staff member greeted me within a few minutes of pulling up, told me which stall to drive up to and how long it would be. About 3 minutes later, another staff member came to check on me to see if I'd been helped and repeated the timeline, but added, we might even be able to get you out of here faster because we're wrapping up two vehicles. That is but one instance of the excellent service provided here. I am a repeat customer at this specific location, not just because of the Jiffy Lube name and the coupons they often have for many services, but because of the staff. The excellent customer service of the staff comes from the top down; Chris, the Manager, is attentive and thorough when he describes the services rendered. He and his team always delineate my choices, are never pushy about recommendations and as I mentioned earlier, there are always internet coupons available, so I am always satisfied with the value of the service. Further, I go to Jiffy Lube for a myriad of services; not just oil changes. Check them out, you'll be happy with their service...they even vacuum out your car! Which I love! Another fun fact is that while you wait in the lobby, they have a tv playing excerpts from America's Funniest Home Videos to give you a chuckle. It's a wholesome guilty pleasure if you don't need to be on your laptop or phone. Lastly, this Jiffy Lube also has snacks and drinks for purchase, a bathroom that's clean and accessible, free water, trash cans at the car entrance to clean out your car and indoor or outdoor seating...all great amenities while you wait! read more

I just left Jiffy Lube and it is 5:48. I pulled into Jiffy Lube at 4:30. Waiting outside bay doors for 20 minutes before anyone came out giving me direction. Pulled up to a station. Sat in my car the remainder of the time with little to no direction of what was happening. Finally after asking how much longer it was going to be, I was told another 2 cars were in front of me still and it would be at least another 40 minutes. Left without ever getting an oil change. Was never notified of the extended wait time or anything and wasted almost an hour and a half. I would suggest going to the Valvoline or other Jiffy Lube. read more

Worse customer service I've ever had a a jiffy lube, got to the front of the line almost as soon as I got there and still waited over 45min just for someone to come and pop the hood open then waited another 20 min till they started servicing my car, I watched as no one was clearly paying attention to the order that other customers where coming in, it's like they got to you when they got to you. No order what's so ever. To top it off the employee dropped my oil cap in the engine bay, that took another 20min to find and take it out. I know there's other jiffy lubes that are good but this one isn't one of them. Never again will I go here, I'll rather drive to Camarillo or Ventura to have it done. It's not worth my time or money. Horrible service. I dropped my car off and went to grab breakfast in the area. I was told by the manager I'd get a call when my oil change is ready. Call multiple times to see if it was ready and no answer each time. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to just come to the front desk and talk to me.
