So gave this place another chance...had a bad experience there once before and I believe it's my only other negative review. Took my truck in for oil change service which took two hours but went smoothly. I left a nice knife my company gave me on the center console. Was going to put it in my pocket but got distracted looking for paperwork. Service was completed and Chris show me oil levels and completed work. Went home and noticed my knife was gone. Returned to the facility where I spoke with Chris about the issue. He said his people wouldn't steal but he would check video. Right. Does anyone give a shit anymore?!!! I had car troubles on the 101 south and pulled off at Vineyard road and drove into the Jiffy Lube parking lot. I had determined the under engine cowling had dislodged and was banging around. I walked over to Chris, the manager, and asked him if he had some duct tape in the shop I could use to repair my car so I could get back on the road. But for reasons that remain unclear, they took TWO HOURS to look at my car before returning it to me untouched, telling me that couldn't service it because the bolt and oil filter were supposedly screwed too tightly into my oil pan. 0 stars and I wish I could bill them for wasting my time on a Friday night. A few days later I took my car to a different Jiffy Lube (the one in Monterey Park). True to their name, had my car ready in a jiffy, and I was back on my way with brand-new oil and filter inside of 15 minutes. Rupert helped me. Very nice and personable. Didn't try to push other services on me to buy. That was refreshing. So today I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. I waited approx. 45 min. They have a tv, and water / coffee. When my car was ready, Rupert took me outside to my vehicle and explained what services they did, which I liked. When it was time to go, he held the car door open for me like a gentleman. The Manager Chris was a huge help. Very personable person and I felt like I was getting great value. I recommend this Jiffy Lube to others.

My car was smoking on the freeway and a "coolant low" light came on. I saw Jiffy Lube next to the offramp and pulled in to see if they could add coolant. The manager, Chris immediately came outside and realized the problem wasn't actually that the coolant was low but there was a much bigger problem. He had me turn my car off and explained that the car would need to be towed to a repair shop. My car was blocking one of the bays and he was more concerned about me than he was about where my car was parked. He continued to help customers by pulling cars into the other bays and backing cars into the bay I was blocking but never made me feel bad. He checked on me several times to see if I needed anything at all. He was absolutely amazing and I will now get my car serviced at Jiffy Lube because of Chris. Drove in on a Saturday around mid-day with no appointment. Was immediately greeted by Chris. He was an absolute gentleman and made my young son and I feel extremely welcome in his waiting room. I was in for an oil change and an air filter replacement. Service was quick and speedy and the price was in line with what I've paid before but the big difference at this location was the level of service I received. You really have to pay attention cause this store will be sneaking and take advantage of their customers. Zero customer service. Just so everyone knows there is a "Full Synthetic" and there is a "High Performance Full Synthetic". I told them I want Full Synthetic, the same one I get every time I come, said nothing about high performance. Never got the High Performance in my history of coming to Jiffy Lube, so how can they said that's what I got last time, straight lies. Should be getting high milage because my car has over 150,000 miles. When I went to pay it came out to like $140 when it should have not been high performance. I felt like I was scammed and ripped off, charged me for services I didn't ask for to make an extra buck, just pathetic. Will never come back to this location again, first and last time. I Needed an oil change, so i decided to choose Jiffy Lube. The front desk employees seemed nice & i don't recall having any difficulty (besides the fact that they tried to get me to pay for more services). I left my car there and walked around the shops to wait until my car was done. Unfortunately, after picking up my car, i noticed a lot of things were shuffled around and out of place. They looked through the glove & the center console. There was no need to because any information they needed were already given to them at the desk. All they had to do was drive up to their garage, change the oil, and drive back out. I had told my experience to my dad and he said he had experienced the exact same thing with his car. If your not car savvy, be careful. I'm sitting and watching them upsell this old lady. She said she might drive 2k miles a year. The guy explained sold her the most expensive oil for better gas mileage. Her Air filter was whiter then an albino but apparently she needs to replace it since her car is slightly losing fuel economy and power. It looked brand new. Her windshield wipers left a single streak so they need to be replaced, since you use them in So Cali so often. Horrible service. They damaged my car and will not take responsibility. Apparently, they have a reputation for forgetting to fill fluids (oil, coolant) or tightening caps. Jiffy lube went above and beyond, despite being understaffed and busy they were able to not only get my car oil change finished in a timely manner but the manager Chris was extremely friendly and wasn't bothered at all by the ton of inconveniences that my car came with.
