I would recommend going to this Jiffy lube do to the location and the staff. They explained everything to me in detail with the highest respect due to the fact that I don't know squat about cars!!!!! Manager was very understanding and helpful. I will be back. read more

I have to say, I normally don't do any reviews. Although I should, I will start here. My experience with jiffy lube (esplanade location) is review worthy. Upon arrival I was greeted by Chris (manager) I explained my reason for the visit (oil change) and he proceeded to help me with such Waze and reassurance. While I waited I got to explore the neighboring stores. Once my service was done Chris walked me through everything that was done to my vehicle. I was even offered a $20 GC for purchasing the oil service. I also got to use a coupon for my service today and after all that it was a really good discounted price. I will be back here for sure. I'm just glad Chris was very kind and helpful. You can tell he enjoys what he does and has great customer service. Thank you again read more

Very awesome job on our oil change very attractive especially Chris and Arron I would request them 10 out of 10

Came by for a transmission flush and fill and got an engine oil change while I was there as well. The staff is amazing, Chris the manager made the experience super smooth and great! I was in and out in no time, my car feels 50x better now that I changed the fluids! Definitely will be coming back, I HIGHLY recommend this place!! read more

My rear driver's side wheel was grinding REALLY bad all of a sudden so on my '15 BMW X1 so I called Jiffy hoping they had an immediate time, Chris and the crew fit me in, same day, and fixed the brakes and rotors FAST! They absolutely kept me abreast of the issue and made sure it was perfect before handing me back the keys. The price was below expected! A+++ read more

I have had to come here multiple times recently (oil changes, some bad luck with tires) and I am always treated very kindly and they are very efficient with repairs/time. Chris is especially helpful and professional. Thank you! read more

in & out in less than an hour ! all the techs were very nice & didn't try to oversell anything to me. i even asked about my battery having issues and they recommended i call the dealership to check for any recalls first, rather than just selling me a battery they had there. overall super happy and will return ! read more

So gave this place another chance...had a bad experience there once before and I believe it's my only other negative review. Took my truck in for oil change service which took two hours but went smoothly. I left a nice knife my company gave me on the center console. Was going to put it in my pocket but got distracted looking for paperwork. Service was completed and Chris show me oil levels and completed work. Went home and noticed my knife was gone. Returned to the facility where I spoke with Chris about the issue. He said his people wouldn't steal but he would check video. Right. Does anyone give a shit anymore?!!! To top it off these employees really don't care. Instead of taking the time to remove the old sticker, they just slapped the new one on the old one. SMH!! read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - New sticker placed over old one. Too much trouble to remove old label?!!‍ - Auto Repair Near Me - Oxnard, California

Took my truck in for an oil change. When I got home, I found a piece of interior trim broken off from around the glove box (it was sitting on the passenger seat) and $50 that was in my center console was gone. I called the manager and he told me "that didn't happen". Never again!! read more

LIFE SAVER !!! I can't say enough about the team at the Esplanade Jiffy Lube. The manager, Chris is an absolute life safer. I had car troubles on the 101 south and pulled off at Vineyard road and drove into the Jiffy Lube parking lot. I had determined the under engine cowling had dislodged and was banging around. I walked over to Chris, the manager, and asked him if he had some duct tape in the shop I could use to repair my car so I could get back on the road. He said the shop did not have any, but he had some in his personal vehicle which he proceeded to get for me. Chris went way, way above the call of duty to provide service! I was able to tape up the cowling good enough to get me on my way. Chris and his team are the best! Thank you, Thank you! read more

Mike at Jiffy Lube was so nice and knowledgeable! I regularly go to Jiffy Lube but today I was overly impressed. Mike explained everything really well so I could understand what was going on with my car and he answered all my questions. I stopped for an oil change at this location early on a Friday evening, and it was not busy. But for reasons that remain unclear, they took TWO HOURS to look at my car before returning it to me untouched, telling me that couldn't service it because the bolt and oil filter were supposedly screwed too tightly into my oil pan. 0 stars and I wish I could bill them for wasting my time on a Friday night. A few days later I took my car to a different Jiffy Lube (the one in Monterey Park). True to their name, had my car ready in a jiffy, and I was back on my way with brand-new oil and filter inside of 15 minutes. There's no reason the people at this Oxnard location shouldn't have been able to do the same. Avoid this location at all costs! read more

This is for the Oxnard location by the esplanade! Do not go here! What a joke. Spent $110 on an oil change and the two jokers who worked on it didn't even know what to do. They Broke a undercarriage cover that didnt even need to be removed for the oil change. It bent back on freeway on my way home and scared the crap out of me! Do not go here! Overpriced and did a crappy job!!! read more

if I could give you more stars I would give you more. I want to say how much I appreciate Chris! We're traveling from the Central Valley when our car started smoking. The guys at Jiffy Lube on Esplanade Drive in Oxnard were amazing very courteous very efficient and my car was done in a timely manner. I'm so grateful for Chris the manager because he made sure things were done properly and very concerned as a manager about my happiness as long as I was satisfied, he was happy and I thank you Chris for being such a great help and making sure I was satisfied with the work done read more

The manager Chris help me get a part from my car that I normally wouldn't be able to get. It was a fuel filter and it was installed correctly. I did get a check engine light driving out, but they were nice enough to clear it for me. Also, considering the fact that they offer a military discount I paid almost nothing for the work. I recommend this place for the employees very efficient. read more

Rupert helped me. Very nice and personable. Didn't try to push other services on me to buy. That was refreshing. So today I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. I waited approx. 45 min. They have a tv, and water / coffee. When my car was ready, Rupert took me outside to my vehicle and explained what services they did, which I liked. When it was time to go, he held the car door open for me like a gentleman. To me the gesture was very nice, and unfortunately holding the door for a woman is something you do not see very much of anymore. I will be returning for my next oil change 100%. read more

I have been here many times have always had good/ok service, had to come Back 3 times because most of the mechanics were out to lunch, really? Overlap your lunches or don't all go together, it was. 2 1/2 hour wait, came back at 7 the next morning to be one of the first , still took almost 45min, had to come back again 4th time, oil levels was @30%, and they told me to wait again! Really !? Last time here, read more

The Manager Chris was a huge help. Very personable person and I felt like I was getting great value. I recommend this Jiffy Lube to others.

I Needed an oil change, so i decided to choose Jiffy Lube. The front desk employees seemed nice & i don't recall having any difficulty (besides the fact that they tried to get me to pay for more services). I left my car there and walked around the shops to wait until my car was done. Unfortunately, after picking up my car, i noticed a lot of things were shuffled around and out of place. They looked through the glove & the center console. There was no need to because any information they needed were already given to them at the desk. All they had to do was drive up to their garage, change the oil, and drive back out. I had told my experience to my dad and he said he had experienced the exact same thing with his car. NEVER going back to this location due to the lack of privacy & i dont recommend this place to anyone. Don't think anything they can say or do would change my mind. read more

My car was smoking on the freeway and a "coolant low" light came on. I saw Jiffy Lube next to the offramp and pulled in to see if they could add coolant. The manager, Chris immediately came outside and realized the problem wasn't actually that the coolant was low but there was a much bigger problem. He had me turn my car off and explained that the car would need to be towed to a repair shop. My car was blocking one of the bays and he was more concerned about me than he was about where my car was parked. He continued to help customers by pulling cars into the other bays and backing cars into the bay I was blocking but never made me feel bad. He checked on me several times to see if I needed anything at all. He was absolutely amazing and I will now get my car serviced at Jiffy Lube because of Chris. I will forever remember his kindness during a stressful time. read more

Drove in on a Saturday around mid-day with no appointment. Was immediately greeted by Chris. He was an absolute gentleman and made my young son and I feel extremely welcome in his waiting room. I was in for an oil change and an air filter replacement. Service was quick and speedy and the price was in line with what I've paid before but the big difference at this location was the level of service I received. They went over everything with me so incredibly thoroughly, cleaned all my windows, topped off all my fluids, and really kinda just went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much! read more

Great service. Very clean and the manager was very helpful and friendly and the technician was very good!!!

Long wait time!! Pricing is high! Don't go unless you have a coupon. The oil change was supposed to take an hour and half, check in was 45 mins!! I was hoping to drop off the car and then get picked up. They were packed, they need someone manning the counter read more

You really have to pay attention cause this store will be sneaking and take advantage of their customers. Zero customer service. Just so everyone knows there is a "Full Synthetic" and there is a "High Performance Full Synthetic". I told them I want Full Synthetic, the same one I get every time I come, said nothing about high performance. Never got the High Performance in my history of coming to Jiffy Lube, so how can they said that's what I got last time, straight lies. Should be getting high milage because my car has over 150,000 miles. When I went to pay it came out to like $140 when it should have not been high performance. I felt like I was scammed and ripped off, charged me for services I didn't ask for to make an extra buck, just pathetic. Will never come back to this location again, first and last time. Customers beware to make sure you know what they are doing before you pay! read more

I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Jiffy Lube today. After stopping by my local Hyundai dealership and being told that there was a 3+ HOUR WAIT (!!!) to get a standard oil change, I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try instead - and I'm so grateful that I did. First of all, I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Carl for making my visit so amazing this afternoon. From the moment that I pulled up into the garage, you were so chill and so funny and you had such positive energy, which was VERY refreshing after coming from the uptight environment at the dealership's service center. I was left sitting in my car, in the blazing heat, for over 30 minutes only to be told that I couldn't be helped today...so to be honest with you man, your kindness and gentle spirit and sweet personality COMPLETELY redeemed my entire day and I want you to know that you are appreciated more than you can possibly know. I genuinely thank you for how nice and kind you were to me, and you kept me laughing at every step of the way. The world needs more people like you, man, but I feel fortunate to have met you today and I'm so thankful for the experience you gave me, man. You're truly the greatest and I will always remember you, Carl. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Jiffy Lube to anyone who wants an A+ oil change and a great customer care experience. read more

I pulled up and never got attended too.. They just left me sitting in my car for about 15 minutes and wouldn't even look at me ... I am a former Jiffy Lube employee.. If your not car savvy, be careful. I'm sitting and watching them upsell this old lady. She said she might drive 2k miles a year. The guy explained sold her the most expensive oil for better gas mileage. Her Air filter was whiter then an albino but apparently she needs to replace it since her car is slightly losing fuel economy and power. It looked brand new. Her windshield wipers left a single streak so they need to be replaced, since you use them in So Cali so often. She's looking at over $200 bill for a simple pill change This place is a joke. read more
