I called to ask the cost of an oil change, I was told for synthetic it would be $89.99 & I also asked about additional costs & was told they're l there wasn't any. I brought my own oil filter as well. After the oil change they charged $94.99 for the service, $2 to install my own filter I brought, then charged $29 for an added 2.2 liters of oil. Totaling $130.41 for the service!!! They're dishonest, & shady to the very least. Absolutely do not recommend & never will be going back!!! read more

If I could pick less than ZEOR STARs I would. Brought in new car for oil change, seemed to be quick and easy thing... as I left the building I noticed a strange sound, turns out they FORGOT to attach the skid plate after oil change. I brought it back so they could fix it, as the tech got out of my car, he hit the tool rack with the door, he just blew it off like it was ok. This is totally unexpecxeable, I will NEVER bring anything back, and will encourage others to do the same. I wouldn't trust them with my lawn mower!! read more

Okay, now I'm really impressed by the service this location provides. I suck at getting my oil changed when I'm supposed to, but this place makes me want to go back right when my mileage is due. So I came here yesterday to get an oil changed. Now typically I'm really wary of going to Jiffy Lube or any oil change place for that matter because they always try to sell you stuff you don't need. And it's possible that I fell for that yesterday, seeing as how I spent $100 on services, but I figure that I needed them since I hadn't had my tires rotated in a while and my cabin filter looked disgusting. The store is incredibly clean, which I didn't expect. The location on Bulldog in Provo is definitely less than pristine. When I was walking into the waiting room, one of the workers opened the door for me, another worker changed the channel from golf to baseball for me, thank heavens, and when I left they opened the door again for me and gave me a good breakdown of what they did on my car. Seriously, this place is at a good location, the pricing, while higher than some places, is pretty standard, and the guys who were here are way friendly and respectful. I'm sold. read more

I went there to have my oil changed and they go around and do there little "routine maintenance" check and come out and say that my parking light is out and needs to be replaced. I decided sure might as well have it replaced while here since I was headed out on a trip. Well about 3 hours into my trip I hear this loud banging at the front of my tacoma so I pull over and see the parking light swinging in the air holding on by the wiring itself. They had broken off the plastic tab (http://imgur.com/nfRGvf1) that the screw goes into to hold the light in place! So I have to unplug it and go on my way. Now I get to my destination and head to a car wash to clean off all the nastiness from the trip and as I am spraying the front area of my truck I pass over the remaining park light and it starts floating with the water pressure. Yup same issue... the plastic part was missing as well. I guess it's my fault for letting an "oil" establishment replace anything other than oil. read more

Not pleased about the service I had. Everywhere else I've gone has never charged me extra to replace an oil filter, this is typically included in the charge of the oil service. After the service was done, they said my vehicle took 1.5 quarts more than the dealer recommended amount and charged me more for it. I checked the oil when I got home and it was overfilled. Didn't need the extra oil that I was charged for. It would have been cheaper to take it to the dealer. You'd think these guys would know better since the majority of there service is probably oil changes. Sorry Jiffy Lube, I don't trust you anymore. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Took my car here to get a simple oil change and they forgot to put the bolt back into my oil filter cover to hold it closed. Well it fell open and going in reverse about broke the part off. My car didn't come with a jack so I was stuck. Couldn't drive my car all weekend until I got help from someone with a jack. Also, called jiffy lube to ask what size of bolt I'd need to fix it and they couldn't help. Finally I duct taped it shut and took it back to jiffy lube to repair. They denied that it was them and that I must have hit a bump making my bolt fall out. They refused to give a refund for the oil change even though I missed many commitments over the weekend because my car wasn't driveable. read more

Pulled into the local Honda dealership to find out it was Pioneer Day and they wouldn't be open. Agh! Found this Jiffy Lube. I've heard horror stories about JL and how they rip you off. I noticed that they were very busy when I was there but they treated every customer with respect. They took time to explain any situation to each customer. I live in Lehi. I was driving home from Orem one night and saw that the Jiffy Lube on State was open. My car really need an oil change so I thought I'd stop by. I was really happy with the location. Clean, friendly service. And Roland made me aware of a problem with my AC Compressor belt. It had melted off! I really appreciated the extra effort and time he took. It was winter, so I wasn't too worried. It's April now and I bought a new AC Compressor and installed it and decided I would see if Jiffy Lube recharges AC. Orem Jiffy Lube does! And Roland remembered me and he went above and beyond to recharge it even though there were a few complications. I highly recommend this location and I will keep coming back. read more

My experience was great at this Jiffy Lube! The people were great and it was very quick. They opened my door for me when I arrived, and did the same when I left. They were friendly and I was impressed. The only thing I didn't like, is that they try and upsell you at every turn, which I totally understand. When I did roll my mountain bike in here, the staff were more than helpful with tire refills and letting me use the tools I need to fix the dilapidated thing. Even though they had a garage full of cars they were working on. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. I went in for a safety and emissions and waited for 2 hours without any resolution. I asked about my car and they said we're backed up. That's understandable, but if you're so backed up when I brought the car and you should have told me that the wait was going to be more than 2 hours. needless to say I was very upset when I left their shop. This Jiffy Lube is now on my black list. Told me i needed to replace a couple items on my car and that the service would be upwards of $200 plus parts. When i took the car to a different mechanic they said everything was fine with the exception of a signal light and i spent a total of $11. i've literally never written a review in my life but this location is too good not to. from the start they were very honest about the changes i should make to my car and would walk me through why certain things should be fixed without pressuring me at all. they also discounted an oil change for me if i ever needed one in the future. being a girl, most auto shops try to take advantage of me and assume i don't know anything about cars. this location was not the case at all and i didn't detect an ounce of condescending attitude from them. when i came back for that discounted oil change they even vacuumed my car and installed a new windshield wiper i had purchased from walmart but didn't have time to install. i can't say enough kind things!! read more

I hate taking my cars in for maintenance because it always seems like such a hassle. And I've never had a particularly good experience at any Jiffy Lube, until this one. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and didn't pressure us into anything we didn't ask for. We had several different coupons and they let us use them all, saving us a lot of money getting emissions/inspections test done on both our cars.
