It was my first time getting an oil change in this new car and they did a great job! I didn't wait long at all. They came to me with a few suggestions like the engine filter and the cab filter to be replaced., but I didn't feel pressured to buy it. That's the kind of service I really do appreciate. I did end up getting g the filters but I don't think it added to my wait time at all. I appreciated all of my interactions with each employee. The oil change also comes with a car wash (that it's attached to) it was really busy and the reviews were not that great, so I decided not to risk it this time around. Been taking my vehicle here for several years but I am done. My wife took the car in for an oil change not knowing our son had already had it done the day before. Instead of checking the window sticker that was visible and something that all oil techs should have a habit of checking and notating, they ignored and tore it off the window. Something that shouldn't ever be overlooked by a business who put said stickers in customer windows. They saw an easy mark, a woman alone, and they pounced. Not an excuse me ma'am, but this sticker says that it was serviced yesterday, yes it's our competitors sticker, but we wanted to give the best service possible and before we start, we wanted to check with you. They took advantage of what they viewed as an easy mark, and when the realization hit my wife and she asked them if they had started yet, they said they were already in process and that she didn't know what she was talking about because the oil was dirty. What a crock of bull. Your technicians pulled the sticker off the window. They read the sticker and did nothing to inquire about the sticker they TOOK OFF THE WINDOW WITH YESTERDAYS DATE AND MILAGE. You took advantage of a woman and then told her to piss off when she asked why they didn't say anything. Intimidating, demeaning and straight up jerks. Making women cry because YOU READ THE STICKER AND IGNORED IT AND PROCEEDED TO SCAM. Horrible business practices and horrible human beings for taking advantage is such a egregious fashion. I understand that perhaps they may be busy, but to pick up and hung up on me several times rather than telling me to hold shows their professionalism and how they really feel about their customers and their business--truly what their company logo indicates: Monkey Business. I never thought I would leave a 5-star review for an auto shop, but Dakota and his team absolutely deserve it. The first time I came to this Grease Monkey, I had a foreign issue with my car. I called ahead and Dakota told me to bring it in for inspection. He and his team didn't have the proper materials to fix my car, so he recommended I go to a neighborhood shop that would be able to assist me. Not only did Dakota give me the name of the manager and the business card for this other location, but he called ahead and told them my situation. I've never felt so personally looked-after by any auto shop in my life. It was so refreshing! I highly recommend this Grease Monkey location for its auto assistant as well as it's car wash. We paid to get our registration stickers put on the car, when we got home we realized they had not put the stickers on the car, we drove back and they said we lost them and would not replace them. We did not lose them, they were never given to us. We drove off thinking they were on the car! They customer service was awful. OK, getting an oil change is not the highlight of anyone's day...but the folks at Grease Monkey may change your perspective. I've had the opportunity to take my cars in for routine maintenance, and every time I go I am wowed by the service. The staff is friendly-one fella came in to the waiting area to get a drink and went out of his way to greet the waiting guests. It's the small things, ya'll, that make a difference...and these guys get it. I also feel like they are fair and honest. I asked if my tires should be rotated and, after examining them, I was told that they looked fine and not to do it this time. (They also didn't try to up sell me on additional services). I'm so glad this is near my house and that I found this place. I'll never go into a Jiffy Lube again. P.S. Free car wash with the oil change. I left feeling like a million bucks!! read more

In regards to their Gorilla Car Wash : blah, I feel super lame blasting them but, man! Do better. Went to get a quick car wash on Wednesday, was guided on the track, put my car in neutral and sat back. Like, 30 seconds in, I feel my car jump over the track and am slammed into the side -- totally stuck! I start honking for help and finaaaaallly the attendant comes. My bumper is apparently hooked unto the side and he instructs me to reverse, scratching the rest of my bumper. I finally get out and NO ONE approaches me to help or apologize. My car is still soapy and no one offers to rinse it or anything? I park my car and go in and am instructed to stand outside their little office while they 'review the tapes privately.' ??? The manager comes and talks to me and essentially tells me it's my fault but he will be in contact with me. Thursday comes and goes and I hear NOTHING. I go in today and he acts like he doesn't know me/my scratched van but tells me it was a long day (...at the car wash?) yesterday and he forgot to call. Then he says he looked at the tapes again and, "yeah, we aren't taking responsibility and can't help." Lame, lame, lame. I'm annoyed about the damages but more annoyed @ how dismissive they were. You ruined my car! And traumatized me from going to the car wash! (Haha, mostly kidding about that last part) At LEAST offer me three bucks to get a Diet Coke and cookie!! I never leave reviews, but this deserved one. Right after leaving from a oil change I get on the road and hear a awful sound 2 mins from leaving the location. My skid plate had fallen halfway off and was scraping on the road. I immediately head back and have them put it back on. They claim the screws were just not tightened and that everything was okay because it was a cloth skid protector. The noise I hear was from a metal plate that was scrapping on the road. This was the first lie. I felt something was off. After calling the manager of the store I told him I wanted to get things checked by my dealership and wanted any damage to be paid for. He agree to this. I went to dealership and found out oil was spilled all over the engine, a skid protector was completely missing and the metal plate was still missing screws. I had my dealership document this. The missing skid protector cost over $100 to replace. I sent all this to the branch manager and he said to bring in documents to him. Went back to the location and directly handed both the cost of the missing part and the dealerships documentation. He said he would get it refunded. This was April 1st. April 30th: I am still waiting for refund. I get that these things take some time. I text the branch manager and his response, "Yes, I'll contact my finance department and see what's going on with this situation! I apologize for the delay." I respond, "Thank you." May 7: The branch manager says they need the invoice and license plate. I take a picture of the invoice I already directly handed him and send it to him. It is now June 27. I have left multiple messages for the manager to contact me back. He has ignored me and I still waiting on the refund of damages the manager stated he would cover. I think this is super shady, unprofessional, and I wish I saw the many negative reviews for this business before I went there. read more

I have major trust issues with people who work on my car, but this Grease Monkey location has earned my trust and proven to me that they are there to help. First time was when I went there for an oil change and the guy told me it would actually be cheaper for me to go to the dealership for my Suburban because of the type and amount of oil I would need the dealership can actually do it for less. Which was true and has saved me so much money over the years. This time they helped me with my emissions and registration. My husband had taken the car to Jiffy Lube, paid $50 for emissions and the employees were jerks and said it didn't pass. There was no check engine light or anything wrong with our car. Took it back in 2 weeks later and it still didn't pass. They said we would have to pay again for the next test. So I took it to Grease Monkey. They tested it and said it passed and he couldn't see any reason why it wouldn't have passed the first time. I won't go anywhere else again. I went to get an oil change and see if they could tell me if I needed to recharge my air conditioner. I pull in and was greeted by an employee. I ask him if he thinks I need to recharge my a/c (told him that when I'm idling it doesn't blow cold air but when I accelerate the air gets colder). The guy literally tells me he doesn't know...so I say okay..I'll get an oil change then. He then asks me if I know what type of oil. Of course I don't know, I know nothing about cars. Grease Monkey is my go-to for oil changes and minor car maintenance and they've always been so kind and prompt, and their customer service is on point. I just had my emissions done with them and awhile after something happened with my car--it didn't have power and I was too scared to drive. I called them up and asked if something happened during emissions and they said no, which I figured because with emissions you're not really messing with any parts of the car. However, they went the extra mile to have someone come over to my exact location to help me check what's wrong with my car! That's next level service. This review is for the car wash. We almost didn't go because the line was long, but it moved quickly. They scrub the front of your car before your go through and get the bugs off. He didn't pressure me too hard about adding extra services on like they do at other places, but he did educate me about the importance of different services recommended every year or so. The service guy showed me what my fluid looked like compared to new fluid..no difference and he gave me a free car wash. He charged me nothing to check the fluid.
