Came in for an oil change after work today, the 3 guys working were awesome! Was greeted by Jacob who was great made me feel super welcome even though it was getting a little close to closing. The other guys, Wylie and another who I never caught his name, were great and speedy. I think I was only there for 10 minutes maybe less. They even told me my windshield wiper was installed incorrectly by a different location and they replaced it for free! They were very transparent, very kind, all around great guys working there today I would definitely choose to come her over another Jiffy Lube location. I paid $87 (after a $26 off coupon) for a synthetic change and to add some coolant which he showed me was a little low. Overall a great value considering what everyone is charging these days. read more

Sold us a battery. Told 5 year warranty. After 3 year's battery died. Was told that ANY Jiffy Lube, ANYWHERE could replace, but had to be the same make and model battery. Problem is, 3 different Jiffy Lubes in Utah where we now live could not find the same battery. We had to buy a new battery out of pocket. I feel like we were lied to and ripped off. Had oil changed on 11/23/22, (store at Guadalupe/Ellsworth in Mesa Az.) came home and the vehicle was leaking oil. I had a trip to Tucson for Thanksgiving, but couldn't go for fear of something happening. I called immediately when the store was open again after Thanksgiving. Someone came to my home & looked at it. Said it wasn't caused by them, that it had been leaking before I took it in. The crack (noted by video & photos) was right by the oil plug. Nothing was ever said to me at the time that there was a leak, but they were able to tell me that my kick plate was missing 2 bolts. Now I have to take it to the dealer to get it fixed. No apology and bad customer service by the store & their manager (Frank Coboner) after it happened. I gave a scathing review on Yelp & filed a complaint with the corporate office. All that got me was another call from good ole Frank to reiterate that they won't be reimbursing me for the cost of a new oil pan. Update: I just got it back from the dealer, $500 later, but they confirmed the jiffy lube store over torqued it and cracked the oil pan. It was definitely their fault! The dealer put it in writing and the tech at my dealer made a call to Frank. Not entirely sure where or how to submit for a reimbursement but by God I will figure it out!! read more

I recently just bought a 2019 car. After driving it for two weeks the check oil light came on. I took it to this jiffy lube because I took my son's car before a month ago. They were really friendly and made oil change service positive. So I thought I would give them another try this time. I explained that I recently purchased it and they explained what type of oil it needed. The workers were curious why I needed a oil since I just purchased from a dealer. They checked the oil and it was super clean. They said they may of forgot to reset it. Again he showed me how to reset my oil check light. I don't know the individuals names but you have some honest workers. This was Friday July 3rd 2020 about 2pm. You may not had a sale that day but I have 4 cars that I know where I'm going to take in the future. Thank those guys for great customer service! read more

Friendly and very quick employees but the main gripe I have is that they didn't know how to turn off the service required on my wife's 2015 Prius. They should know how to do the with every car period. Almost all of the new cars have this light/display and they need to get with the times. I had to go home and watch a 1 minute youtube video to learn how to do it myself to turn it off. read more

I was told that those are not Arizona prices. So, I took my car next door to Pep Boys and got my oil change for 45.99. Never bring your car to this Jiffy Lube!! read more

I like that a full synopsis is given as far as how everything is running on the vehicle so you know for sure they aren't trying to sell you something that you don't necessarily need. It's very rare that I go in and post a bad review, I really like good reviews. But in this case this is a consumer alert! I reluctantly took my car to Jiffy Lube on Guadalupe and Mesa because everyone else was booked up and we were getting ready to take a road trip. It was close to the holidays so I took my car in for an oil change. I got much much more. They left the cap off my battery dropped it down by my radiator and AC fan, and there it sat until yesterday when I finally turned on my air conditioner for the first time. There was a loud bang and then there was a horrible grinding sound and now my air conditioner fan is out of balance and wobbling and hitting the housing. I took it back to them because clearly they did it once I saw that the cap was off and we found the cap down below something that doesn't fall off on its own. They accused me of creating an issue, trying to blame them for something they didn't do when it was crystal clear with the problem was I even got a second opinion from someone who stood to make no money on the deal. This hard plastic cap hit my air conditioner fan when it was turned on for the first time and destroyed my air conditioner motor and fan. It even left some of its red coloring on the fan blades, which further incriminate Jiffy Lube. However, This Jiffy Lube is taking no responsibility. Zero. Frank the area manager was absolutely rude and completely irresponsible about this. He literally looked at me and said "this didn't happen here" the type of immediate denial that to me seems guilty.. Well of course it did it's the only place I've been for service in the last 30 days. He told me it's been too long that I drove the car A Thousand Miles, full of course I did it's winter . I haven't turned on my air conditioner. Until yesterday, so, Genius Frank, how can I possibly have found the problem before yesterday? I trusted you to fix my car, instead you destroyed my air conditioner. This is a no duh moment. Frank the area manager was incredibly rude and completely unwilling to even try to resolve the problem. Because he knows it's now an expensive problem and I have to pay for it. Do not do not do not go here, I fully intend to cost them as much business and more as they have costed me. I already let 1700 people know in my community, and gotten a lot of response. There's a fantastic oil change shop right next door, Just Brakes, I highly recommend them ask for Jake! He was more than willing to look at my car and give me an honest assessment. So avoid Jiffy Lube especially the one on Guadalupe at all costs, Frank the area manager should lose his job for how rude and insulting he was, and completely irresponsible for not taking accountability for the lackadaisical behavior of his mechanics. At the end of the day the cap was off my battery. End of discussion. It was their fault. I give them 0 Stars if I could. No reason to ruin my day they should have been grown ups and accepted responsibility. Instead I will continue to slam this company. read more

Wel it's 915 no sign of opening and door clearly states they open at 9 am. Lack of attention to employees being in time is a sign of the work they perform. A employee came up to me to let me know they have no sign of their manager. All of the staff were here waiting but no one has a key. The employee was very courteous and apologetic. My daughter was pressured into getting unnecessary services. Despite having a coupon she was charged more than she should have been. Had I known she was using his particular Jiffy Lube I would have warned her not to go there. STAY AWAY!!!! AVOID!!! Use at risk of your own frustration. My experience occurred on Saturday, 10/9/2016 I cannot express my disatisfaction with this location any stronger than to advise you to never use this business. My service interaction with the staff combined with their unexpected and excessive pricing caused me to leave this establishment to service my truck elsewhere. Service: I called this location as I was in the area and wanted a quick oil change between service intervals at my normal vendor (Firestone Complete Auto Care). The staff member who answer the telephone was no cordial nor helpful. When asked if they were busy he said, "We have one car in bay". I had to ask how many bays they have and he replied "two". I pointed out that didn't sound busy as I could drive right into the other bay and he said "yes". I asked how long it would take (twice). He advised 15 minutes for a basic oil change. He id not offer additional information and ended the call. This sounds like a simple interaction but getting any help from him was difficult. When I arrived at the location another individual (I could tell by his voice) met me at the open bay. He asked if he could help. I told him I only needed a basic high mileage oil change. He indicated that could be done. He then asked, "Are you aware of our pricing?". I said no but it's just a basic Jiffy Lube oil change thinking, "how much could it possibly cost"? He advised it would be $69.99 before taxes and other fees for a high-mileage (mixed synthetic) oil change. I asked him to check that price as it sounded exorbitant since my normal vendor only charges $34.99 for the same job. He looked at me, dumbfounded, and in a very unhelpful and matter of fact way said, "That's the price". I then pointed to the business right next to this Jiffy Lube (another auto care center) that had a $19.99 oil basic oil change advertised on it's doors. I advised that price was ridiculous. Again, looking dull faced and serious, he shrugged his shoulders and said, "That's the price". He then said, "well, we check your fluids and tire pressure too". When I pointed out to him that additional service is commonly free he didn't flinch and stood there appearing confused. I advised him the price was not acceptable for the service offered and I drove away. I will NEVER visit this location or offer recommendations to the entire Jiffy Lube franchise again. If this is the pricing and service Jiffy Lube and/or this franchisee finds acceptable they will lose many customers. Don't do it! Stay away!! read more

I got in today to go and get my oil changed and they told me its 45 bucks at first then are now making me pay 70 bucks because it "needs synthetic" well I called to other jiffy lubes and even a Mitsubishi dealer and they said it can take pretty much anything but they RECOMEND the synthetic so it's bullshit they tell me this afterward and didn't give me the option to just get a regular oil change, also the price for it is way too fucking high, I should have gone down the road and received better treatment and also a fair cost for something like this, definitely never coming here again, fucking idiots. read more

Went in on a Saturday before Noon and a very nice young guy recommend I come back around 2p, when it was a little slower, if I didn't want to wait long. So, that's what I did. Went in for an oil change. Watched from afar. I can't guarantee exactly what they did but I'm putting my faith in that they did what they said they'd do! They do a "complimentary" vacuum and glass cleaning. Because it was complimentary, their poor job doesn't factor into my rating! Honestly, I saw someone holding a vacuum but never saw the vacuum inside my car. But, again, I went for an oil change, not detail service. It was expensive at around $42 (with a discount) but, for some reason, I still have stuck in my head that oil changes are $14.95!!! I chose this Jiffy Lube due to location. I've never used Jiffy Lube prior to this. Nice enough guys but I didn't leave thinking this would be my "go to" for future oil changes. read more
