Incredibly slow!! Do not go here if you think you'll be in and out in under 1 hour. Then one of the people working on my vehicle says in reference to my air filter "this is pretty clean, looks good!" Then, the guy trying to sell EVERYTHING tells me it super dirty and needs to be replaced. After my visit today I am done going to this place. read more

Fast service at a fair price. No waiting, I just drove in and they started right away. They did an oil change, tire rotation and vacuumed in about an hour, for less than $100 (with a coupon from their website) the guys who work there are laid back yet hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been coming here for oil changes for a few years. Yes they do try to upsale some things, but frequently it is on services that the manufacturer recommends at certain mileage. That can be helpful if you don't stay informed about that yourself. But there have been times when they push it just a bit too hard. I have usually had very friendly service at this location, but the guy who dealt with me on Friday early afternoon was cool and unfriendly toward me even when I was trying to be nice to him. Didn't smile even once. Think I'll be looking elsewhere next oil change. read more

Went in for the oil change. That was ok. Timely. I never got a receipt, he said it was going to be emailed. Never got it. Checked all junk folders and everything. I got home and noticed no updated sticker. No extra service like I'd gotten before. This was disappointing. read more

Went in for a simple oil change- first time going to a jiffy lube. Usually I go to our local repair shop whom we've gone to for years but they didn't have a lift open that day and I really needed it to get done. Excellent customer service by Robert and his staff. Had my car in and out in a very timely manner- they even vacuumed the front mats and filled up my wiper fluid. In regards to previous reviews about up-selling other services, I experienced little to none of that. Just a few manufacturer recommendations which is really helpful for people who aren't too knowledgeable on them. If our local repair shop is unavailable for an oil change in the future, I'd gladly come back here in a heart beat! read more

Only one star for this location in Maplewood, MN because they told me I needed a new battery for my car. They said my current one was old and it was going to stop working soon. I chose not to change it that day because I knew I had changed it only a year or so prior. A month passed and I brought my car to different place for a brakes check and that place said my battery was fine and didn't need to be changed. So I can only conclude Jiffy Lube was trying to scam me. (It has been 2 months and my battery is still working). read more

So today I got new license plates and of course I had to take off the old ones and put the new ones on. This is something I totally could have done myself if I had the tools, which unfortunately, I do not. I pulled up and explained the situation to the tech that greeted me, and he to me to pull up to a bay. They got me in the lobby and switched the plates super quick. The manager jokingly told me that it was $50 per plate then sent me on my merry way. I couldn't be happier with the way my service went. Good job guys. read more

I've been to this Jiffy Lube location twice since I bought my new car in September of 2014 and both times I feel like I walked away with a valuable experience. The night manager Don was there both times and he made sure I was taken care of properly when it came to my vehicle. The first visit Don and his team looked in my car manual and showed me that I needed to use Semi Synthetic Oil which I had no clue that I needed that kind. I was thankful for that. The staff especially Don was very courteous and knowledgeable. I spent more money for an oil change then I had with previous vehicles but I also learned something new that added value to the life of my car. I'm very appreciative of that. The second time I came in before I could get out of my car a staff member greeted me with my first name. I was impressed. I never had that experience at any other oil change facility. I told them I needed an oil change and they went to work. Don the night manager came in to talk to me and informed me that my oil was good and I had a couple more thousand miles to go and I did not need an oil change at this time. I have been going to this place for a few years, and I've noticed the up-sells have gone up, and the quality of service has gone down. Last week I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and, in typical fashion, they called me out to sell me a new radiator cap. Problem is, the one on the vehicle is new. The people that work there are nice, but they will try to up-sell you on everything. Service was quick, almost too quick. Noticed that they put that they washed exterior windows on my receipt, but I noticed later today that they didn't do that. Wonder what other things that they said they did on the receipt that they didn't do. Guess I should have payed better attention. read more
