Less than a week after my service, I noticed a large amount of oil leaking from my car (but oil was still inside after checking and safe to drive). I went back to the location for them to check the plug and diluted for issues, since I had never had this before. Ashlie was helping me with my initial service, and was so friendly and professional, as I realized I'm being that annoying customer coming back with an issue. She was kind and helpful, and immediately spoke with her manager to take care of the problem. They ended up replacing the oil and and new filter all for free after noticing a small leak. I have an old car, so I realize this also could have been a coincidental oil leak as well. After my quality service with Ashlie, the manager, and Josh helping change the oil down below.....I will continue to bring my business back to this specific location for my oil changes. But during the tire pressure inspection, they broke off a valve stem, causing the tire to go flat. Then they tried to remove the tire to get it fixed and stripped a lug nut. So I had to request roadside service to get a tow to a place to get the tire fixed. They assumed no responsibility in any of what happened, other than comping me on the oil change. So I ended up with $252 of repairs. So be weary of any damage they do to your vehicle, because they likely will deflect blame when it's clearly their fault.

During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! There were two Walmart reps behind the counter, one was Lloyd and the other one was a fat guy with glasses. Lloyd was working with a customer who could not speak english and the other guy simply watched while I stood in front of him for several minutes.. Finally, I said, "can somebody help me"? And, this guy took immediate offense to my question and said, "you have to wait." For what? He's not doing anything. Lloyd had to tell him to help me. I picked up my car 1.5 hrs. later and my car was messed with. He wiped grease on my door handle and completely changed my seat and steering wheel settings. In fact, the seat was pushed back as far as it would go. He then put 38 lbs. of air in my two front tires and just 32 lbs. in the rear. Chevy recommends 35 lbs. all the way around. I am SO upset by this rude treatment. That guy should be fired. He's awful and should not work with the public. He's on a power trip and thinks he's more important than the customers.
