So I told him to go ahead and do it. After I pick up my car, the steering wheel is pulling to the right. So I called and took it to them. After about an hour or so, Ken called and told me that he switched the tires and now it is lulling to the left. He told me it's the tire problem. So I took the car back and find it is still pulling the same way. I was talking about steering wheel pulling to the right, he was talking about wheels pulling to the left. I told him it is still pulling the same as before, but he refuses to honor his work. I would be cautious bring vehicles for him to service. They will first up selling you un-necessary service, and don't honor their work.

I had to escort my 70 year old mother back with her vehicle to try and rectify the quality of work done after paying over $300 to install an alternator as the lower front fascia of the car was not reinstalled properly which almost left her stranded on the side of the road. They obviously have no standard of quality control or inspection process when they return the vehicle with the promise of work completed as the service tech left his flashlight stuck to the radiator!!! He was very dismissive and was gaslighting us to take no responsibility for the errors done on their part!!! Do yourselves a favor and shop elsewhere for any services to your vehicle!!!
