I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.

I had to wait a couple of minutes because the manager was helping an older gentleman who's car they had just serviced and noticed that the windshield wiper wasn't working and grabbed his tools fixed it quickly for free so he could get home safely in the storm.
