The 2013 Edge needed an oil change so I saw it was open so I swung in. We got the synthetic oil change especially since it's an older vehicle. Nonetheless the staff was friendly, efficient and let me know about a transmission fluid leak. Nice work guys I see no reason why I wouldn't come back. This Jiffy Lube managed totally fraudulently. I had a coupon for a $79.99 full synthetic oil change plus an 8.97 shop supply fee. But I was charged $108.54 base price instead of $88.96 as per coupon. Besides overcharging, Jiffy Lube only added 3,000 miles to my oil change sticker, instead of 5,000 miles for full synthetic. I have to say I cheated on this location and went to the central ave location in St. Petersburg and was highly disappointed. I went back to Ulmerton location and as always got amazing customer service they rechecked everything to make sure that everything was completed that wasn't done from the central Avenue one! Where does the oil cap go when you are done with an oil change? If it's the Jiffy Lube on Ulmerton in Largo apparently the answer is left on the cowl of the hood. That's where mine was left after a recent oil change. If course they remembered to check and replace my air filter, and a license plate bulb they said was out. They were even going to rotate my brand new tires without asking me first. Work on the basics first...then try the more difficult stuff...never again. read more

I was in a company truck, and very busy at the time. I pulled in with a 2021 with 6000 miles. I told them, change the oil, don't worry about anything else. No need to do anything inside the truck. Without my permission, they moved my computer and personal items to remove the cabin air filter, also removed air filter and other items in the truck, I only wanted and only had time for an oil change. I was there only customer. They told me I needed both filters replaced and engine flush. Like I said, 2021 with 6 k miles. I told them no, and I had a meeting to get to, I was there another 20 minutes with the cashiers trying to get me to fill out a customer card with my personal information. I reminded them, it was a company truck and company account, I wasn't giving my personal information. They wouldn't let me leave, I gave them BS information for their card, employee was questioning everything I put down. This place is a scam, they are high pressure, trying to get you to buy extras, and get your personal information, so they can spam you and robo call you. DO NOT GO here. Bunch of crooks. If your wife goes here, they will soak here for hundreds of not needed service. I had to get shitty with them to let me pay for an oil change on my brand new truck and leave. If you go here, you're an idiot, and you deserve to get ripped off. read more

I arrived at your location on Ulmerton Rd for an oil change at 12:28 and didn't leave until 1:48 - I would have left at 1 if I wasn't blocked into the parking lot. I understand expenses for everything are high but I am extremely pissed about the lack of professionalism, hidden fees and the time I had to wait. Upon arrival I requested no tire pressure check as I have recently checked and had 35psi. When I returned home tires had 45-46-45-32. Oil and filter change requires 5 quarts. Oil was 1/2 quart low. Grease hand prints all over white van. While there for 1.5 hrs. a customer returned because of grease on seat. Run from this place!!!!!!!! read more

I cannot say enough positive things about AJ and Brandon! I was traveling for work. I have a Mercedes SUV which is very difficult to service. My oil light kept going on and my tires were low. I called them and they took me within five minutes and I was out of there within 15 minutes. To top it off, they did not even charge me. They greeted me with a smile ... took my truck right on in the bay with no delay ... Met an older lady in the waiting area she says she has been coming here for years ! So I knew the reviews were correct ... this place does great work. ... with a smile ... they changed my oil ... checked the rest out ..let me know what is next on the list ... to replace... and sent me on my way ! I have enjoyed their services twice and will continue to go back. The guys here are always friendly, helpful, not pushy and as promised fast. I get the full synthetic oil, the price is reasonable and love that I can go twice as far so it saves me time too. Probably the worst part of going here is getting in and out of the location due to the construction on ulmerton. FL location for an oil change last week and was told that her rear brakes were bad and needed to be replaced and that the brake fluid reservoir was empty. She was quoted about $350.00 for the work. On my way to Tallahassee on US 19, I had engine problems and pulled off on Umberton Rd - I was so lucky to pull inot Fast Lube! The mechanic used some devise that determined that I had transmission problems ("Coast Brake solenoid") This was very helpful as I know nothing about transmissions. As the transmission garage he uses was closed, I ended up going to the Aamco in Clearwater (another not so positive story). He then changed the rubber strip on my rear window wiper and didn't charge me! Honest! Wow! Very rare today! He deserves your business and you deserve his! read more

I love and trust this place. I won't take my car anywhere else. I've been taking my care here for about 5 years or so and I have a great experience every time. I'm a woman who knows literally nothing about cars but I feel completely comfortable here. They are always willing to work with me and my junky car. I can trust them to tell me what needs to be done now and what can what till later. They are never pushy and never add anything I don't need. I always feel like I'm getting the best deal and know that they will get me back on the road quickly. You will not regret trying this place.
