Shawn greeted me right away, took my information, and clearly explained the process. Christian, Stephon, and Jason got straight to work on my car. While I waited, I enjoyed a hot, fresh cup of coffee. They didn't have sugar, but Splenda worked just fine for me. I also had great conversation with Tasha, the General Manager, which made the wait very pleasant. General manager is a child who cannot resolve an issue like an adult. Went in for a simple oil change came out with damaged sensors. Was told at point of sale to hurry up and leave I was holding him up. Then told to go to my dealer and have them worry about it. When i asked for a written acknowledgment of the damage he threatened to call the police which I said fine ill call, he then backtracked wrote me a sloppy hand written note he made me wait for and then threw it at me. I am currently disabled and take care of an older family member. I now get to spend the next couple of days calling Jiffy Lube Corporate, go to a repair shop, follow up on all the paperwork submitted, make sure repairs are done properly and in a timely manner and rebated for out of pocket expenses while missing work and having to change my life around to accommodate the error of an unprofessional, ignorant, rude, general manager who feels the need to yell, dismiss and threaten customers. I needed spark plug replacement for my car. The first day, they ordered parts they didn't have. Second day, I went there at 4:00 PM to get the work done. They said that the service needed two hours and they didn't have enough time. Fair enough. I went there at 2:40 PM the following day. I was told that they had a couple of inspections but they'll get my car done. At 4:00 PM I confirmed that they will still get my car done. At 4:35 PM they came and said they will not be able to do my car. Wasted two hours. They didn't have integrity to tell me that they cannot work on it early early enough. Their work on my other services was ok. But there are multiple options. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS LOCATION. read more

Arrived at 9:30 for an oil change and inspection. Oil change was done quickly and I was told and extra hour for inspection. After 1.5hrs with no update I was told that it would be another 45 minutes. I am currently sitting here nearly 3 hours after and have been waiting 30 minutes just for them to put on wiper blades that they're overcharging for as a condition of me passing inspection. After 3 weeks my problem has not been resolved after several emails to corporate and phone conversations & text messages with Maurice district manager. Long story short and after spending about $400 from another car repair shop the original oil change from Jiffy lube in Langhorne they did not install an oil filter. Photos were taken of missing filter and receipts from the shop that corrected my problem were forwarded to Maurice. Still crickets from Jiffy lube. read more

Very badly organized. You will find yourself in an unorganized queue and as they said to me "we will get to you as soon as we can." Meanwhile, they will just have you wait in a parking lot without any indication of when they will get to you. When I was there, there were cars parked in the back, one woman was in a car visibly frustrated, one guy who just dropped off his truck in the lot, and I drove up wondering where I should go. Because they don't open the front doors of the garage, you can't line up close to the doors since they have to back all the cars out. Give us numbers... something... I'd park in the lot if I were put on a list where it was clear who was next. But being told "we'll get back to you" without even looking at my plate (which is on the back, so they couldn't see it). Fortunately, they had another one in Bensalem, PA on Street Road which was a bit further away and I had to wait (which was fine)... If anyone disagrees with me, please feel free to come visit on the weekend and see what I mean. If cars can't go out the front, why are employees in the back (if that's who's there)? Might as well have people park and give them a number or something. There has to be a better way. read more

Paid $120 for an oil change, only to suddenly have oil stains in my driveway. Took car to my local mechanic, the OIL FILTER WASN'T FULLY TIGHTENED, so I had to pay for another oil change and to have the oil cleaned from my engine. Now I'll always have these oil stains in the driveway to remind not to ever go here again. read more

Went in for an oil change and air filter change. Car was ready quickly and they said they did not have the air filter in stock I would have to come back but they changed the oil and put on new wiper blades. I get in my car and drove away way and in about 15 minutes the low oil warning comes on in my car. I did not have time to return to the Jiffy Lube but when I got home I checked the oil and there was no oil in the car!!!! Further the windshield wipers that they were supposed to install we're just sitting on the windshield there not installed. I think whoever was supposed to do the work went on a break read more

Worst experience for oil change. NEVER GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE. 1. The check in staff intentionally tries to upgrade you to services you don't need. They "tell you" what you should have done to your car without any knowledge of what you actually need. They don't "ask" - they just tell you. 2. They never explained that the oil isn't drained but that it is "extracted" - basically vacuumed out. 3. Another employee opened my passenger door (while I was in my car) to attempt to change my cabin air filter - but never asked. She just started rummaging through my glove box in a very aggressive manner; she tried pulling open the filter, but couldn't do it. I told her to stop and declined that service. 4. They said I needed to "top off" the coolant; which wasn't necessary. 5. Said I had an oil leak which I didn't. I can't believe in this day and age Jiffy Lube gets away with treating customers in such a deceptive and unprofessional manner; it was uncomfortable and simply wrong on every level. NEVER GO TO THIS JIFFY LUBE. Lesson learned - next time I will go to AUTO EXPRESS down the road in Langhorne. They are true professionals. read more

Hated my experience at Jiffy Lube. I hate going somewhere for one thing and having them try to up-sell you. It's so awkward, when you're like no thank you, I'm good!!! I came for an oil change. I don't need to change my filters from you or get a tire rotation. The guy who helped me also was not friendly. I obviously checked in on Yelp, duh and you get a $10 coupon when you check in. When I showed him it, he rolled his eyes and was like what is this? I was like it's from Yelp. "Read me the code," he says. I do so...it's not working, sorry. Like really? Figure it out??? Then this nice woman tells him to use a different code to take the discount off. Safe to say, I will not be returning here for any type of service and I do not recommend. read more

WOW! What a great experience. Expecting to wait at least an hour or more, I brought paper work with me to kill time. Thinking I'll be sitting in the waiting room. I was incredibly surprised to pull up and brought right in. There were three cars in the shop when I arrived. One pulled out, I pulled in. I didn't even have to get out of my truck. Jiffy Lube, as you probably know, specializes in lightening-fast oil changes and other basic service operations on motor vee-hickles. You drive around to the back and leave your car with a tech while you're escorted to the waiting room by another tech. They work while you wait, and you're gotta there in a flash. Pros: fast, friendly, quality service at affordable rates. I have rarely spent more than 15 minutes here from start to finish. Love it. Prices for parts such as windshield wipers and filters seem fairly standard, and you have a choice of three or four different types and grades of motor oil. The "signature service" is an oil change that comes with a tire pressure check, fluid check, and other such stuff. The price is around $25 for this with the conventional oil; my car has 120,000 miles on it so I pay extra for the high-mileage oil. Cons: service techs make suggestions for additional services based on the manufacturer's recommendations, but don't take the specific make of your car into consideration. This means that I always having to listen to their spiel about having front differential service performed on my rear-wheel drive car, and they're trying to get me to replace a non-existent cabin air filter. Mildly annoying but not really a big deal. The waiting room itself is very small and only has about 7 chairs, but the service crew works so quickly that this has never been a problem. They get you in and out, boom boom boom. The waiting room has the usual assortment of magazines and coffee; all of the staff members I've encountered behind the register have been friendly and competent. I was driving down the road and suddenly my oil quantity low light illuminated. After a quick Google search I figured I would go to Jiffy Lube. From the moment that I pulled in, Donald (like the president) came out to greet me. He was friendly, courteous and professional. By the time he was finished writing up the paperwork James had already begun working on my car. These guys were great, didn't try to upsell me with useless stuff that I didn't need. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. If I'm ever in the area I would definitely come see these guys again. read more

I will not be back. I just got my "oil changed" if they even changed it. They said they vacuumed my car and changed my wiper fluid, which they DID NOT do! They also tried to up sell me on all these add ons, and when I told the girl that I have a new car, she talked to me like I was the bad guy saying, "I'm only trying to help you out and look out for what your car needs". BULL$HIT. After they finished with my car, the one mechanic didn't know how to reset the oil light- which he should have known that you don't have to reset the oil light in my car. It goes off when you change the oil. Idiot. He then proceeded to push every single button in my goddamn car to try to get the oil light off. I got into my car and tried to drive away from this hell hole, but my car would not drive!!!!! The idiot mechanic had to get the "manager" who came over, got into my car and drove off around the parking lot in my car so the light would go off. My purse was still in the car, and I didn't have time to get it out before the guy sped off!! Nightmare. To make matters worse, I got back into my dirty ass car to drive away and took my hands off the steering wheel to see that my hands were completely black. My steering wheel was covered in grease! This sounds like an F-ing JOKE, but it's not. They also say they give you a "free car wash", which is really a voucher for a free car wash at a Shell station down the road.
