Just wanted to say THANK YOU ALVARO for always helping me anytime I randomly have to pop in for something. Appreciate you.

Came in on a Saturday morning before 10am for an oil change and was helped right away. Alvaro was very attentive and very professional. I appreciate that they weren't trying to sell me additional services. They informed me of what my car needed in addition to the oil change and let me decide when I would come back to take care of the additional needs. I waited no more than 20 minutes. Their seating area was very clean and comfortable. They have a bathroom for customers and even have a Keurig machine. Thank you for the pleasant experience! read more

After the fact, they agreed to take ownership of the costs related to me being stranded in the middle of nowhere. I had to reach out directly to the manager and owner to work out the details of getting reimbursed for the outcome of the issue. I'd still not come back as a customer, but their positive attitude afterward must be acknowledged. read more

Great customer service and quick too! Don't have to wait long for an oil change especially if you are on the go.

I really don't like jiffy lube I've always heard they have bad service they couldn't do my uber inspection because they said one of my tires couldn't pass inspection when I went to another shop they said it was we passable just change it in the next 1000 miles. My car is also a front wheel drive so the more important tires are the front ones which have over 80% tread. Drove 40 minutes for no reason at all thanks for nothing. read more

service- awesome and quick requested tire pressure check. value, great and complimentary thank you, alvaro! you are the best. friendly and amazing. jiffy lube should give you a raise!! you're a very pleasant employee!! thank you! read more

Talk about ROCK STAR SERVICE...this place is it! Thank you so much to Bruno and his wonderful team. I wish I had found them sooner. My suv had some break issues and they took care of it. Will be using them for all of my future suv needs. I appreciate them and shouted "Hallelujah" as I drove off. #2017landroverdiscoverysport #bleedingbrakes read more

Price is higher , for a shittier job. They didn't properly remove the oil filter ending up in spilling oil on the engine bay. Then cleaning it up while I watched and complained as they laughed at me and said it's okay. Unprofessional and clearly amateurs. Don't go here. read more

Alvarado really took care of me and all I gots to say is wow!!! If you want excellent service with professionalism this is the place to go, very fast and this is the Jiffy Lube I will be returning to in my next oil change! Also great price and very worth it. Thanks guys!!! read more

I was sent to this specific Jiffy Lube from another because this location has the tire machine, and I was looking to have a new tire put on a rim; however, when I arrived I was told that even though they have the machine they won't perform services with it. read more

They'll damage your vehicle, then refuse to answer your calls. I've been here twice. Once after the owner of the other Escondido Jiffy Lube (Paul/Poya) tried to make the mess caused by his El Norte shop right by sending me here for services and another time when I came for an oil change. When I came for an oil change in late February/early March, before leaving the state, the heavy-set guy with the beard was a jerk. I pulled up to the Bay Area (two were open) and waited to be instructed where to pull up and after seven minutes of him staring at me, he yells, "Get in the line... what the f***." Apparently, I'm a mind reader. Anyway, after that, they changed my oil and DID NOT REPLACE MY SPLASH SHIELD. A $400 mistake. I tried calling them weekly since March... NOTHING. I do not recommend this crappy establishment. read more

Customer Service, Quality, & Value A++++++++++ Best Jiffy Lube. The team is professional and helpful.

I always bring my cars here! The best service in Escondido!! They always go above and beyond in any service you request!! Last visit I was helped by Alvaro, which was very kind, helpful, and did an Amazing job!!! Highly recommended!!!! read more

I've been here a couple times and it seems like all the men hate their jobs. Went in a couple weeks ago and they told me I didn't need an oil change for a little bit. So they sent me on my way. The man was unfriendly, I tried to walk inside and he told me no I'll meet you outside. He asked if I wanted an oil change I said yes, he quickly typed something and said " you don't need it for another 1000" miles and I was like oh alright, and he just walked back inside. I don't know much about cars so I just left and called my husband and told him what happened and he was so mad they didn't take me. Not a single person was there, just seemed to me he was lazy and didn't want to do his job. Won't be going back here again. read more

Wonderful!! Came in this morning for an oil change, I was there for about 15-20 minutes. Jiffy is an understatement, great value for the service. They noticed lots of things that others wouldn't (lost three tire caps!) and a couple leaks. Thank you Jiffy lube! read more

Been here couple of times already for me and husband's vehicles. All staffs are nice. Service is quick and it's super convenient that you can just walk in without an appointment! Plus, Location is so great!! I can wait for my car while having lunch at rockin Jennys!! Use yelp check in offer for $12 off! I will be back! read more

Super shady set up and staff. Wanted to get my oil changed and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I know what my car needs, but I let them do their thing. They tried to get me on a synthetic blend and a brand new air filter. For an oil change with 6 quarts of oil they wanted to charge $92+! The staff was not helpful and started performing the service before I even signed the paperwork. They reset my oil light and had already taken off my skid plate. When I said I didn't want to go through with their service, there was ZERO customer service or recovery. Just a "do what you want. It's your vehicle." read more

quick & nice customer service! they're very nice aswell, we've been here a couple of times & been nothing but good experiences

Jaime is very aggressive and lacks customer service personality. Needless to say I probably won't be returning back to this location. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and someone willing to help this store lacks both. read more

Do not go to this place if you want to get critiqued for having an older car and schooled by some one about your vehicle being too old and why you choose to make changes on YOUR vehicle. First of all his option wasn't asked second of all of you can't provide a service just say that not BE RUDE AND DEGRADING. Won't be recommending this place. read more

I was leaving for Northern California to see the family and these gentlemen came through. Great office with tv. Fast, friendly, professional staff made my first experience a great one! I will be back! read more

Found a $13 off coupon online and decided to try the place out. The place looks new, it's clean, and they have complimentary coffee. Unlike other quick oil change places, they drive your car in for you. This was different than I'm used to, but I got to watch them work. They were quick and efficient. We were in and out in 20 minutes. They didn't try to upsell us a bunch of things, and they made reasonable suggestions. I had no idea one of my brake lights was out, and the air in two of my tires was low. I'd definitely come back. read more

I have been going to this stores for a couple years now Cody and his team always take care of me, love how easy they make it and are able to get me in and out. Thanks again guys read more

Stay away, horrible customer service! I took my car the weekend before thanksgiving and will never spend another cent on this company. The two attendants were smoking in the garage when I drove up. One of them still smelled like alcohol from the night before. The aroma was left inside my car. No explanation of services, no details given regarding coupons and no greeting. I never heard 'hello' or 'thank you'. There are other places to go, I just hope this review helps others by avoiding this business. read more

Wow. In a very good way. My 2008 Pilot showed codes that it needed the engine oil and differential fluid change. So I took it here on lunch break. Bit of a wait for the delivery van in front of me to finish, but they used the time to check me in and provide an estimate for both jobs. Once I got over the pit, it was probably 10 minutes to get everything done. While they were working, I heard the downstairs tech say that the differential fluid is bright red, perfect condition, doesn't need to be changed and he's not going to do it. Completely fine by me as I bought this car 2 years ago and the last owner had it changed right before selling it. Very impressive show of integrity, especially because I could hear how hard it was for him to get the access bolt out to check it. I couldn't be happier. This team has earned my trust and my business. read more

Came in today on Sunday and this is the most unwelcoming place I've been to. Jamie is the person that "greeted" and the guy must really be going through something outside of work because he clearly doesn't want to be here. I'm sitting in the waiting room and he's being rude to another customer checking his vehicle in also. Next time I'll go to someplace else. He mumbles his words and then seems off put when people say "excuse me" read more

It seemed like there was only one guy working there and he seemed pretty stoned. Prices were a bit high but nothing crazy. I just decided to take my car somewhere else because I didn't trust this guy to put hands on my car. I wanted to get oil change and brake pads changed. read more

This Escondido branch has been helping me maintain my used SUV, being efficient in inspecting the fluid levels, brake pad wear & tear, and any major leaks (thankfully none found!). Fairly knowledgeable, polite, and honest team members there to help you, no appointments necessary, and will honor unexpired Jiffy Lube coupons and deals you print or show from your smartphone:) read more

Rude ! Empty place with lots of attitude. First time at jiffy. Approached for an oil change. Got close to the entry when an employee shouted rudely and started pointing to reverse. Have done dozens of "quick" oil changes at Valvoline with great service and smile. Jiffy ain't spiffy ! read more

I have wondered why they are never busy. Today I took my ram 1500 in for an oil change with synthetic. Their price is $45.00 more than the Ram dealer charges. They have no clue what the going rates are. Back to the dealer read more

Fast, easy, did the job correctly. I went in the AM on a weekday and there was no waiting. In and out in about 20 min.

This shop is great! They took me right in (no appt) and did a great job! I'll be back for sure!

I regret going to this location. I knew I should of gone to my usually JL but I thought this is closer not big deal. The guy got me. I saw the invoice and I ask prices went up , he said 5 dollars and I looked and it was almost triple for the same about of work I got the last 15 times. Lessen learn read more

I thought it was about time for my next oil change. I got there and they informed me I could go without one. They topped off my coolant and sent me off on my way with no charge. I always get excellent service at every location! read more

I went to this jiffy lube not knowing what to do. Scott helped me gave me all the info I needed. Super helpful. And I know this doesn't matter about service. But it was nice hearing him sing some of the old country music I grew up on. I'll definitely be back just because of him. read more

They've revamped their process from money-centric to customer-centric and it shows a ton. Great store, great service. Shout out to the Assistant Manager, John! Thank you!!! read more
