    Came into this Jiffy Lube for a Brake Fluid Flush. I normally like to do my own vehicle maintenance but for about 90$, they can do a full replacement of the brake fluids. For the convenience and savings on your time, I'd say this is a decent price. There is a lobby you can wait in while your car is being worked on and my visit here took only about an hour half. I spent that time sitting outside enjoying the sun. Alternatively, you could drop your vehicle off and come back at another time, but I called ahead to see what the line was like and jumped at the chance to get my service done. My only advice would be to know what you need and only pay for what you need done to your vehicle. I was told my brake rotors were worn (as in they would need replacing). Normally I would be fine being told this but I just changed all four rotors and brake pad sets for each last week and barely put any miles on them. When I related this information to the tech, he merely said that sometimes rotors wear down faster than brake pads. I have less than 100 miles on the new sets and being told this was a little concerning. I'm sure the techs are just doing their best to inform you on the status of your vehicle, but again, just something to watch out for as this really comes across as a little scammy to those who just don't know. Overall, pretty good work done by the guys there and as long as you're careful, would recommend them for the convenience of getting some routine service done.

    I was really disappointed with my last oil change and didn't want to return to this location, but the other locations had longer wait times, and for good reason. As it was being driven, the underneath of my car fell off.

    I went here for a quick oil change on my Jeep and told them to lube the fittings on the steering components. After getting the oil changed I was working on the Jeep at home and realized that the brake fluid bleeder valves on the rear brake calipers were LOADED with grease. The same red grease they used for the other components. These idiots can't even tell the difference between brake bleeder valves and grease fittings. DO NOT GO HERE. They have no idea what they are doing!!!

    In my almost 20 years of driving I still have never had a good experience at Jiffy Lube. I had such a bad experience the first few times at a different location 15 years ago I vowed I'd never return. Unfortunately I didn't learn then and wanted to give them another chance. They figure out how to rip you off and sneak in extra costs. For example, I just went to get my oil changed in my van and asked how much that would cost. I was told it starts at $43.99. While that was happening I had to change my babies diaper which was another let down. No changing table in the restroom. Luckily I had a changing pad with me so after changing my baby on the ground of the restroom, I came out and sat down for another few minutes. The man that had told me the original price said my car was done so I followed him to see what the damage was. He proceeds to tell me that because they couldn't find me, they had put in the "cheapest" synthetic oil that is allowed in my van without ruining the engine. The total came to $75.79!!! FOR JUST AN OIL CHANGE! I'm still baffled at this and can't believe they are STILL getting away with crap like this. If you are a woman, I would highly recommend to NEVER go to any Jiffy Lube location...because you WILL get ripped off. Oh and don't worry, he was nice and asked if I had any coupons.....so after trying to find one on my phone (and being successful) he just said, "I'll give you this one".....gee, thanks. So I saved $5....‍ So if you guys like paying an arm and a leg for an oil change, by all means...go to Jiffy Lube. Me on the other, will never return again.

You asked us to look over the truck for any issues. We did a full and thorough inspection and went over each item we found by severity. We have no $90 jump fee so I'm not sure what you are referring to. We have a diagnostic fee to determine the issue the vehicle was having which is $90, to go through the test procedures and get you the answers you needed. You had several things we brought to your attention including differentials that had excessive pinion bearing play and needed to be rebuilt. My staff informed you, due to the excessive play in the gear boxes and the driveline moving around that it eventually could become a safety issue. I'm not sure to what standard that you fill like you were being overcharged but we are well under national average for automotive repair cost. Your friend I'm sure is able to get you a better price and wewould encourage you to save money where you can but we have overhead and labor expenses we have to cover with the repair cost, while still trying to make a profit. We are happy to have you come back in and we can go over the inspection report with you and actually show you what we found on your truck with it lifted in the air. The last thing we want is for you to feel we made recommendations on your vehicle that it didn't need, so the best way to resolve that would be to show you what we are talking about. Please reach out to me so we can go over all the details and resolve this issue. You're claiming that the diagnostic charge is standard, yet when I brought my truck in, I clearly told the service advisor that there was nothing wrong with the engine and that I was confident the issue was related to the suspension. I understand you feel the need to be defensive when criticized, that's natural. I also understand how business works; I own and operate one myself. I paid your diagnostic fee and repairs, even though your rates are a bit high and some unjust and just greedy. That, however, is not the core issue. The real issue is that your team attempted to charge me nearly $7,000 for repairs that multiple independent mechanics have since confirmed are completely unnecessary. That is inexcusable. It's not just a mistake, it's taking advantage of people who may not have the knowledge or resources to question your recommendations. I've since had my vehicle evaluated by several trusted mechanics, and they were all shocked and upset by the quote you provided. They confirmed that the work you recommended was not needed. Frankly, it seems like your shop has grown complacent and overconfident due to the lack of competition in the area. Your invitation for me to return and review the changes is not only ridiculous, it's absurd, given the circumstances. I don't think that would be beneficial for either of us. As for the jump-start charge, it is clearly listed on the paperwork I received, so denying it serves no purpose and it's insulting. At this point, I'm seriously considering reporting this situation to the appropriate city, state, and federal consumer protection agencies. It's clear that this wasn't just a simple oversight, you attempted to take advantage of a customer, and this time, you got called out. I suspect I'm not the only one this has happened to. Instead, the situation turned into a complete mess that left me feeling blamed for something that could have been prevented. When I arrived, I was directed to drive my car over the service pit. Because I'm still fairly new to driving a manual transmission, this kind of maneuver can be a little nerve-racking, especially in a tight space where there are employees and equipment around. I assumed that the staff would guide me clearly or even drive the car into the exact position if needed to make sure everything was safe. Instead, I was told to drive forward myself with very little direction. As someone who is still learning and trying to be careful, this put a lot of pressure on me. These pits are obviously something the employees deal with every day, but for a customer--especially a new driver--it's not something we're used to navigating. Situations like this are exactly why staff should be helping ensure the car is positioned correctly. When things didn't go smoothly, instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, I was told I might have to pay for a tow truck. That completely shocked me. I came in for a simple oil change and suddenly I'm being told I might be responsible for towing costs because of how the car ended up positioned over their pit. From my perspective, this should never have happened in the first place if there had been proper guidance or if a staff member had handled positioning the vehicle. What made the experience even worse was the lack of understanding or empathy from the employees. Being a newer driver is already stressful, and instead of helping calm the situation and find a reasonable solution, it felt like they immediately shifted responsibility onto me. Places like this should prioritize customer safety and clear communication. Not every driver has years of experience, and not every car is the same. If you run a shop with a service pit, there should be clear procedures in place to prevent situations like this from happening. Customers shouldn't feel pressured, confused, or threatened with unexpected charges over something that staff could easily help manage. Overall, the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. What should have been a routine oil change turned into a stressful situation that could have been avoided with better customer service, clearer guidance, and a little more professionalism. I definitely won't be returning, and I would recommend other drivers--especially newer drivers or those with manual cars--to be cautious before coming here.
