Best experience EVER at Discount Tire in Saratoga Springs Utah…read more Had Porter help me with some tires that had very uneven wear because the vehicle needed an alignment. Porter went WAY BEYOND what was needed to help me brain storm various solutions to getting these tires on my Dually vehicle. It was too tall to put on their rack for front end allignment. If I could give Porter 6 stars I sure would. Thank you for your exceptional service. Ken

I brought my Subaru here for a tire install and a wheel alignment. Unfortunately, the technician…read moredid a completely rushed and negligent job. When they handed me the car back, my steering wheel was turned sideways/crooked, and the technician had handwritten "not adjustable" next to my front right camber specification and claiming rear left toe was maxed out. Knowing that Subarus have factory camber adjustment bolts, I took my vehicle to a specialized mechanic shop for a second opinion. They put it on their diagnostic rack for free and confirmed my suspension was 100% healthy. The only reason the alignment numbers looked "maxed out" was because the Discount Tire technician failed to center and lock my steering wheel straight before starting the alignment. I had to drive back to Discount Tire to demand they fix their mistake. They put it back on the rack and magically got all the numbers perfectly into the green zone using the factory adjustments. To make matters worse, the same technician who did the lazy work asked me, "Did I say the camber couldn't be adjusted?" When I pointed out his own handwriting on the paper, he admitted, "Oh yeah, I didn't even look at it." Crazy. It is completely unacceptable for a paying customer to have hours of their time wasted because a technician admits they didn't even look at the factory adjustments. Stay away from this location or check your alignment sheets and car closely.

I got a tiny nail puncture on one of my rear tires last week. First I went to the dealership where…read moreI bought my car from and they forced me to replace all four tires because they are so "worn out." Instead today I brought my car to Les Schwab in Saratoga Springs to give a try. They checked all four tires and told me it only needed a patch. It only took them 30 minutes to fix my tire and didn't even charge me a cent. Thank you for being 100% honest with me and thank Grady he did such an amazing job being so patient with me during the whole service! As a tire shop, they never tried to push me to purchase new tires from them. I will definitely come back to them when I need new tires in the future.

I've used Les Schwab since they've opened to fix flats or add air to my tires but unfortunately…read morethis month I've had two expensive repairs. The first was a full brake job on my car. They did an excellent job and I can tell my brakes are much better than they were before. A couple of days after I had my brakes replaced, I hit a pothole or some debris in the road and punctured my tire. I have the type of car that if you ruin one tire, all the tires must be replaced. I left my car in the parking lot overnight because it was after hours, and it wasn't safe to drive. I called the next day to let them know the car was there and that the keys were in the dropbox. They quickly got to my car, replaced all of my tires, and they are smooth. The only silver lining was that I knew I was going to need tires soon, just came sooner than I expected. I think they always do a really nice job. They give you plenty of price options, are courteous, and answer all of your questions quickly. I will definitely keep coming back to Les Schwab in the future. Hopefully not anytime soon because this was an expensive month.

I had a 10/10 experience with Josh at Discount Tire today…read more I usually have to mentally brace myself and prepare for attempted upsells and listening to sales pitches for fixes that are a luxury but I don't NEED right now. There is NOTHING that turns me off more than a pushy, fake friendly salesman but I needed a tire. Josh made the entire experience easy, straightforward, lighthearted and I felt completely taken care of. I was there for 3 hours because of my own poor planning and walking in during the lunch rush; but the wait was totally fine with me since I was taken care of. Josh knew that I couldn't afford more than what I came in for. After I paid, he mentioned genuinely that a different tire on my car needs to be replaced when I can afford it. Now, I will 100% be coming back to this location to replace the other tire when I can!!!
