I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for YEARS! Mind you, I have also gone to the dealership for my car and a few other places looking for deals on oil changes etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and my experience at this shop.
For now, I will talk about my most recent 06/30/2020. I did not book an appointment. I came in for an oil change and I had noticed my car had stalled a couple of times that day. There was a line when I arrived. My car was brought in 30 minutes. There were two cars getting worked on and I was 5th in line when I arrived.
They spoke to me about what was going wrong with my car. They did not do anything without my permission. In the past, they have given me a "heads up" about future issues I may be having, "It is something you could consider taking care of today, but you still have about XXX amount of miles on". I have been here enough times to know that if they tell you "You will want to consider changing your air filter", it is because you should probably change your air filter. They do not ask most visits.
This visit: They worked on my car for an hour - solving all the issues of my 10 yr old car. I watched 4 cars get serviced while they were dealing with my issues. Other cars were in - serviced - out.
I drove away with a new battery (1st time being replaced - and I already knew something was wrong with it as my car had stalled 4x that day before arriving), new lights (as a head light was out and my brake lights were not working), new filter (which I was told last visit I will want to consider - 6 mo ago bc of COVID), an oil change that was LONG overdue, new wiper blades (bc I am restricting my COVID exposure and not going somewhere to purchase to replace - they were long overdue too), fluids topped off, windshield and mirror cleaned, peace of mind and a bill that made sense AND did not break the bank. I stayed in my car - due to COVID. I enjoyed watching the crew work with each other. And, I felt respectfully included - which felt nice during these difficult times.
A few things I want to make sure I post:
I Trust THIS Jiffy Lube more than any other company/franchise I gone to do work on my car.
It is not so much the name - It is the People who work here.
They earned my trust and respect rather quickly - AND have remained consistent over the years (Since 2014).
I have always felt taken care of and respected.
I have never felt swindled or taken advantage of.
Honestly - whomever is reading, If you are near this Jiffy Lube - try them out. Keep coming back. There is no doubt in my mind you will have a similar experience. read more
