These guys treated me like gold! I saw online that they were running a 3 day specials on oil changes. $12.99 for regular, $30 synthetic with full inspection. Such a great deal, the best around! Especially because the original prices are $46 and $74. I called to confirm because I was bringing my toddler along and they promised 15 minutes, maybe 30 if they're busy. It ended up taking longer, around 45-1 hour but they were all so kind and nice, I can easily get over the wait. The waiting room is pretty dirty and gross but you can tell they try to keep it clean. It is a mechanic after all. A small pot of coffee sits out nearby a large soda machine. What seemed like a manager told me if I could get more people in for an oil change and they used my name, he'd give me something free like wiper blades. Random but how nice! I'm assuming their productivity is low but not really my problem. The gesture was kind! On top of that, while I was checking out and they did the final inspection, they noticed my brake light was out. It has been for months. The were so nice and willingly replaced my bulb that I bought a few months back. Just one extra step that they didn't have to do but chose to. My oil was changed, filters all checked, windows washed and out the door very happy, which is most important! AND it only cost me $13! read more

Do not go here.... less expensive to go to your dealer. So unprofessional !!!!! Did not know where the oil filer was on my car. The tech said he did not know if the oil filer was accessible from the hood or under neath the car. He could read the manual and I could come back the nest day. This was after they drained the oil, replaced it and then tried to find the filter. Went home with oil change but no filter change. The manager of jiffy lube on beechmont avenue his name is Marc, he is an excellent mechanic and he does not over sell for items that you don't need. I take all 4 of my cars to him. He will make recommendations to make sure that you and your family are always safe. He's a good manager because he trains his other employees. I have observed him when they only had one car in the shop, all five people there watching him and he was explaining the repair he is doing. The whole crew he has there treats me with nothing but respect.they know by my first name when it come in and make sure they check everything on the car even I'm just stopping in for something simple. As a female I have never felt more comfortable anywhere than this Jiffy Lube yesterday. I wish I remembered the guy that was checking me out so I could give him praise, but he was a young guy who said he was from Kentucky. He was such a gentleman...honest, and super sweet. Usually when I go to places like this I get talked to like I am an idiot, and they tell me a million different things that I HAVE to buy and treat me horribly when I don't buy them because I know better. (My boyfriend TRIES to teach me lmao.) Anyways, this was a fantastic experience with a fantastic deal on prices, and I will be returning for all maintenance on my vehicle. My family has been coming here since early 2000s, but the quality of service has gone down hill so much over the past 3-4 years. Overpriced service and lies is what you get here. You have lost our business! April 2018 I came in to get an oil change and was told my brakes were shot. I had just had my brakes done 6 months prior and that car is rarely driven so after getting a second opinion at a CLEARLY more honest mechanic that was proven to be a lie. The following month my mom came in to get an oil change she was told she needed tires. She wanted Michelin tires and was told by one of your mechanics they dont make tires for her make/model. She went to tire discounters across the street and guess what tires she has on her vehicle... MICHELIN. Fast forward to yesterday 11/6/2019 against my better judgement I went back to get an oil change and SURPRISE SURPRISE your mechanic came out saying my front brakes were so bad they were in his words "rusted and barely hanging on," it's been a year or two so i thought maybe this time to they were being truthful. I passed on them doing it and took it to another mechanic this afternoon because of your workers track record and low and behold was told never go back to Jiffy lube I have AT MINIMUM another year of life on those rotors and brakes. Your workers are dishonest and use people's lack of knowledge about cars to cheat them out of money and into repairs they DO NOT NEED! read more

Don't take your car here. We brought our car here for an oil change, and specifically requested to agree on a price before proceeding. After being told a ridiculous price, we decided to go with another service. That is when they told us that they had gone ahead and drained the oil. When I stated that we had not agreed upon the service, I was met with hostility. The female working the counter stated "I can't deal with you" and proceeded to walk into the bay and yell out "I can't deal with this girl" along with other insulting comments. After I simply asked why they would drain the oil before discussing a price of service with the customer. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a business before. No wonder they weren't doing any services at 2:00 pm on a Saturday! Clearly people avoid this place. read more

The manager Holden was about to leave, but kindly offered to come in early the next day so I could get my much needed oil change before going on my trip. They were a little slow and you have to get out of your car and some of the employees are not great with customer service yet. Don't take a groupon here. The front desk and the mechanic are not on the same page. They "accidentally" put in the more expensive oil and expect you to pay for it. Oops. Their mistake and then they just offer you coupons for future use. Really? What a scam! Totally take advantage of you here and corporate backs them. DO NOT go to Jiffy Lube.
