The young man who helped me was Chris and he was so upbeat and pleasant to deal with and has great work ethics. My appointment was at 10:15 and it was done in 35 minutes. I needed an alignment and Luke came out and showed me the numbers and about 15 minutes later it was done. Make an appointment and pre order tires to what you want so that they have them there and it should be a quick appointment. The business was clean and neat. I never went into the restroom so I cannot comment about that. The truck tires were cheaper online from them, the alignment was average. The only complaint I have is that I have a lug nut socket that doesn't scratch the rim and they didn't use it. I will check the torque and check the rims. I don't think they were scratched because it's usually the younger kids that don't know how to use the air gun.

The…read morestaff is always nice, professional, approachable, and--most importantly--takes care of my car the right way. I've never had any issues with this place. A few years ago, I had all four of my tires replaced here, and they're still running great today. I know tire shops can sometimes get a bad reputation, and it's easy to feel like you can't trust certain places, but I've always had a great experience here. The workers are trustworthy, honest, and take pride in doing the job right. For a tire plug, it's typically around $20, while a patch is around $40. Depending on the size and type of your tires, replacing all four can run $400+, which honestly isn't bad compared to some of the bigger-name tire brands and shops. If you're looking to support a local business and need tires or tire repairs, I definitely recommend giving them a shot. AI can't replace our local neighborhood heroes!

I've been a customer here for several years, but an inflated estimate has me looking elsewhere…read moregoing forward. Got a timing belt estimate here that came in at just over $4,000, more than double what two other shops quoted me for the same job (around $1,600 each), and neither of those quotes lumped in unrelated work. A few things left me scratching my head: Spark plug replacement (~$520) was bundled into the timing belt job automatically, just because it falls at the same mileage interval, not because it was requested or related to the actual repair. An "Inspect Valve Lash" charge ($253.90) was billed as a separate labor line, despite overlapping with the teardown already being done for the belt job. A "Convenience Fee" ($112.89) was added on top of a separate "Job Supplies" fee ($86.43). I have no idea what these charges would consist of. Parts pricing on the spark plugs and water pump came in noticeably above typical market rates, even accounting for OEM brands. This is a genuinely expensive job on this engine (considering my car is over 21 years old ), and I don't have an issue with using OEM parts. But between the unrelated add-on work, the inspection charge, and the stacked fees, a significant chunk of this estimate had nothing to do with the actual timing belt repair. Their estimate had an option to text with questions. I send some questions for clarification four days ago and I have not heard back. After years of bringing my vehicles here, this estimate has got me shopping around for a new regular shop. Something has changed. I hope betting $2400 at the risk of losing a long-term customer was worth it.
