I had a headlight out and I made a 10am appointment to have it fixed. Still sitting here at 12:30 and they haven't looked at the car. The guy said the master mechanic had to put a fuel pump in before looking at my car, he said that would take 4 hours. I think when you have an appointment, that is supposed to be a time set aside for you! That didn't happen in my case, so I won't be back to this auto care business again. read more

Worst repair experience ever. I even tipped $20 when I dropped my car off. I went in for a tire change and alignment. I also paid $19.99 for a bumper to bumper inspection. First, they didn't put my spare back. Just left of in the back seat. Also when I got home, I realized the oil was on 2%. If I paid $19.99 for an inspection, how can a service person not check the oil (in my opinion that should be the 1st thing to check). Unreal. The "alignment" is worse than it was before I dropped it off (and this is a 4 year old car). It's in great condition. They upsold me on new wipers because they were "streaking". So I paid for it. Well, they installed them wrong. One flew off today while driving home. Unreal. Uncharged, no attention to detail whatsoever, and terrible execution of work preformed. Waste of money (for the service and tipped an extra $20 for no reason. No I have to buy another windshield wiper to replace the one installed improperly, go to another place for an oil change, and lost $50 in the process. This place is terrible. read more

Avoid this place. Tried to fix a flat told me they found nothing. I filled with air the tire before I went there, and it went flat in the parking lot before they looked at it. Obvious there is a leak and could not find it. They charged me for a tire plug but never put a plug in the tire and labor to repair plus charged me to balance the tire. Said it holds air you are good to go. Went two miles down the road and check tire light came on. Went flat on the road and had to change tire. Would not give me money back. Plus, did not give me discount under the company name I work for. Save your money and time and go somewhere else where they know what they are doing and don't rip you off. Apparently you can't missed a call from them (which doesn't even show the store name) because they will get an attitude and cancel your appt even when you attempted to call back. Very unprofessional and rude experience. read more

Scam artist. You always have to play games with these people. They wanted to do other things to my car coming out to 1800. Once they did that my car still wouldn't be running because it was with the engine then they would refer me to an engine repair place fix it anywhere between 2500-7000. They tried to word it like oh yea we can do this this this and it will be this much. Then I asked if my car would run after they did that they said no. Like that's insane to me. This establishment went above and beyond for me today! The gentleman who helped me today was amazing! He checked for my tire and he had it in stock and went out of his way to put the tire on for me being I walked in out of the street pretty stressed. What he didn't know was I went to the walmart on bowen ave after calling them this morning and them telling me they had 5 tires in stock, well magically after I walked in they couldn't find any of them and sent me away telling me to order them on walmart.com . I've patronized multiple Firestone's in multiple cities and they always seem to mess something up. Below is a list of issues I've had the past 3 years and this particular one is guilty of numbers 3 and 4. 1. The oil cap wasn't put back on and didn't notice until I was 500 miles into a roadtrip and splashed oil was burning on my engine block. 2. The battery was dead after service and it had to be re-charged. 3. The power steering fluid cap was left off after service and I didn't notice until my pump was running dry. Shortly after I had to spend $300 on a leak. 4. They didn't connect the intake between filter box and mass air sensor. This cause it to stall on my wife 5 miles down the road and she had to wait to be towed. 5. Tire's had to be re-balanced three times to stop shaking. 6. Power steering fluid was well below the minimum level after a flush and re-fill. 7. They din't pack the ball joint they replaced, then it failed and jacked up my tires. They covered the part only and not the labor. They also did some questionable things with the paperwork to make it look like they didn't mess up. I've given them thousands of dollars over the years, but I will never buy new tires or have my car serviced at a Firestone again. read more

Well my son paid to have tires put in his car a month ago and since he had had it in this shop twice. This week I took it down for the passenger rear tire. On Wednesday they told me I could pick it up. Before I got to the Main Street the same tire was flat all the other tires were fine they had no issues. So I immediately was instructed to return the car. Late Wednesday I received a call telling me they found a very small two hole puncher in that rear tire that was the size of a stapler. They then told me they would order a new tire to replace it and I could get it sometime Thursday. I never heard anything on Thursday so Friday I go to check on the status. They new issue was first they fixed the tire Wednesday night( but I was told they would have the tire until Thursday) but when they went out Thursday to check it the front passenger tire was completely flat? What? That tire has never been issue. If something was wrong it was due to their lot or neglect. I have done business at this store for 20 years but I won't be back. They definitely tried to pull a fast one on my son. I give this experience a zero. Yelp you need to add a zero star review. read more

Excellent shop. I'm always cautious about Firestone shops, most of the time I don't know what to expect. This one is one of the best. Jordan, the store manager, has been here for forever, and has always been extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I take both my beater 97 Ford Ranger and my 01 BMW M5 here for alignments and tire mounting/balancing. The lifetime alignment package is worth it, it pays for itself in 2 alignments. read more
