I don't usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received from the store manager at Jiffy Lube thanks to Gary Rodriguez, the store manager. Gary took the time to walk me through everything--what was going on with my brakes, what needed to be done, and why. He explained it all in a way that was easy to understand, with zero pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and that I was comfortable with everything along the way. It's rare to find someone who's both professional and down-to-earth but Gary nails it. If you're looking for honest, quality service and someone who truly cares, Gary's your guy. Brought my 06 Acura TL in for a quick oil change which is where I was introduced to employee Jose Rodriguez. I usually change my own oil but I was pressed for time today. I left thoroughly impressed by this shop and its employee Jose. He was the only person working at the time (someone called in sick) but he communicated that to me and I only needed to wait 10 or 15 mins which was no big deal for me. Jose was very polite and professional. He performed his job with care and noticed something was leaking under the hood of my car. Instead of ignoring this he brought it to my attention. I was aware of a steering pump leak but I could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Jose grabbed some tools and a flashlight and noticed a loose clamp. He checked some bolts and even tried to tighten them for me in an effort to fix the problem. I had aslo just changed out my alternator a fews days earlier and I told him I lost my flashlight somewhere behind the engine. Jose said he would look for it and actually found it and another clamp I had no idea I had lost. Truly Jose went far above and beyond. Businesses are only as good as their employees and Jose should be commended for his great customer service. I will definitely be back in the future. 5 stars from me and well deserved thanks to Jose Rodriguez and his exceptional service. read more

I wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen that worked with me, but I believe one is German. At any rate, German and the mechanic were both very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my second visit (standard oil change first time), and it was for the A/C servicing (specifically AC Evacuation and Recharge). The service was expensive ($200). However, my car was occasionally blowing cold air followed by warm air. The heat index was over 100°F, and they said the car would be ready in 30 mins (no appointment was necessary). I said I'll take it. They DELIVERED!! The mechanic hooked up his fancy machine and taught my car how to blow cold air again in less than 30 mins. You will not get this kind of treatment and service at the dealership for twice the price. Highly recommended!! 06 read more

How dare you? I went for an oil change and German (who I thought was an extremely nice guy at first) told me that I needed my rear brakes replaced and that he wouldn't allow his daughter drive her car with brakes in that condition. He even showed me what he claimed was the brake pad from my car. Fast forward to this morning when my husband went to change the pads and rotors on German's recommendation only to find out that there was nothing wrong with my rear brakes. The brake pad that I was shown at Jiffy Lube clearly was not actually MY brake pad. How dare you try to scare me that way just to get an extra $450 bucks from me. Never again. I will be posting my experience across the South Riding community Facebook page, Yelp, and anywhere else I can think of in the hopes that you don't take advantage of another woman. Update: the regional manager called me directly after seeing this review and did his best to rectify the situation. It doesn't change that it happens, but I did appreciate the follow up. read more

I always put off getting a milestone service because really who has time to sit around all day for them to finish. In about an hour every major fluid was flushed and refilled, my fuel injectors were cleaned, and my tires were rotated. Great service and great customer service. Definitely made a return customer out of me. read more

So I brought in my car for an oil change. Everything was going fine until the employee changing my oil kept telling me how his dodge magnum would eat my car for breakfast. Had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! I had my car serviced a couple months ago and had an awesome experience w the team. Recently I had noticed that there was an oil leak coming from my car. When I took it into the shop, the team, especially Jiquon did an amazing job accommodating me and understanding the issue. He and the team diagnosed the issue was related to a faulty drain plug, and were able to replace it quickly, and even refill my oil! Definitely my go-to shoo in the area! read more

I am very unhappy about my oil change here recently. After a simple oil change, I was told I needed a new oil pan screw. The next day, my car started to leak, and it has never happened before. I took it in to check again, and was told oil pan screw is not fitting well and there is nothing they can do since this is "wear and tear". I am really wondering WHY NOW? Since it never happened before. Talked to the store manager and was told to chang oil pan!! I won't take my car to Jeffy lube anymore because I am afraid a simple oil change could lead to more expensive repairs. If you read this, be alerted! read more

Seems like this place needs to decide what it wants to be. Oil change or a full service repair shop. While in the end I think the services provided are fine, it is just SLOW. 3 bays, car jacked up in one. No one touching it. Single guy working on each car in other bays. A couple of people walking around. Seems rather inefficient. Not my business so I don't really care but it is my time and money which I car about. I have pulled away on at least 3 different occasions and went other places. I try to support local but at some point there are to many other businesses in the area that do the same thing for me to spend my time waiting. Truly unfortunate as up until a year or so ago this was a great place. read more

Brought my civic for signature change on 3/23/2019 and today, 3/24, my tire pressure warning light came on. I stopped by a different jiffy lube and they told me my tire pressure was way too high. Apparently the tech who did my service didn't know the appropriate pressure and over filled. Kudos for them fixing it for free, but the moral of the story don't expect that your service can't have any problems. Mistakes will sometimes happen. read more

The manager here is great and also the main tech named Francisco?. They went above and beyond and fixed several things that my car failed inspections for including a brand new wheel bearing at half the price of Main Street or Va tire auto. They also replaced a very difficult to change bulb for about 10 dollars when I was quoted 100 at several other places. Love these guys. read more

Hands down the best, nicest, and customer focused mechanic shop I've ever visited.  I didn't expect this from a large chain.  It's clear management makes it a priority to value the customer.  They actually called me to return money to me after a service they performed on my AC didn't work.  Will give them my business from here on out. read more

Very nice and accommodating! I called and asked them what the wait time was, I was told 10 to 15 minutes. as soon as I got there they took down my information and got my vehicle into the bay to start the service. 10 minutes later my oil was changed plus they vacuumed and clean my windows and topped off all my fluids. The service technician also told me that anytime I want to come by and have my fluids topped off or tire pressure checked they would do it for free. This place is awesome ! read more

The guys did good job but the manger or supervisor was very pushing, they want to fix everything and wanted charge arm and leg for it. Plus when I pulled in I was told the price for oil change is $57 but when he finished they said $84 because my car take 7 qt vs 4 qt. I understand my car takes more oil but they should have given the correct price up front. read more

Fransico and Herman was very professional, friendly and competent. The eased my worry by showing me exactly what was wrong with my car and the fact that Honda failed to noticed that my antifreeze was almost depleted a week earlier which lent itself to my car overheating.
