We've always gone to the JL in Sun Valley. But my man suggested going to this location as it's bigger. So I went. NONE of the guys working there could drive a manual transmission. What kind of car place has that? That's kind of embarrassing for them. Isn't it? I did like how much bigger it was. But I didn't like the tv with their Jiffy Lube station playing in the waiting room. I got talked into getting more expensive combo synthetic oil. $83.00. I could swear that the Sun Valley guys have gone back to vacuuming the inside(since Covid). But this location didn't and didn't even clean my windshield. I think I'll go back to Sun Valley. read more

Garbage customer service. Lies about price and charges something different. When I complained to the manager, he was rude and dismissive. Manager said he was going to refund me the difference and never did. Prices are was too high anyways. Go to any of the other nearby oil changing places that are cheaper and much more professional. Literally the best Jiffy Lube I've been to. The garage was visibly clean, everyone was so communicative and efficient. Ricky and Dameon were sooooo helpful, friendly, and thorough. This location was very good up until Amanda came and started interrogating customers about their car mileage and being very PUSHY and AGGRESSIVE in regard to unnecessary add on services, despite letting her know from the beginning you were not interested in ANY additional services. Not only this, but Amanda doesn't know how to correctly document vehicle details, which will lead to incorrect information being recorded on your account, and GOOD LUCK trying to have her fix it because "the system" doesn't let her. read more

Had one of the best car service treatments I've ever encountered in my life!!!! I called with a battery problem unsure if this is an issue they could fix and Nick who answered my call was very kind throughout the whole conversation, he suggested me to come in to see if they can fix it. I took my car in and parked in the wrong spot and one of the workers who was in their car on their lunch break was so nice to guide me to the correct area to service my car. Then comes in the most sweetest gal named Amanda who from start to finish provided the most exceptional service! She fixed my battery problem in a matter of minutes and was just the friendliest mechanic ever. She was the best. I know I could probably buy those parts and do myself at a lower cost but it's more convenient for myself to just have the crew do it. I've been coming to this location for a few years now. It's the only jiffylube I trust in SFV and Burbank. The employees there are always professional. Kudos to whomever does the hiring. They will get 1 or 2 employees that don't match with the rest of the crew and usually by the next oil change their gone. They adhere to great policies and the techs always do proper call outs when work is completed. Oil changes never last longer than 20 t0 25 mins unless you're there during the weekends waiting in line. Sing up for their emails and you'll get some savings. The inconsistency of coupons is pretty ridiculous, you arrive with a coupon you got from the national jiffy lube website, only for them to start your service then tell you they "don't accept that one at this location" lol. As a woman car stuff is an extra hassle. This honest location is lady approved. I took my 1998 Mercedes here and was helped right away by a knowledgeable staff that explained everything easily and didn't talk down to me, or waste my time. I was in and out quick, and felt I got an honest service. I didn't even expect, but they cleaned by window, topped off my fluids, put air in my tires... etc I felt like a NASCAR driver!
