Utterly disappointed. Internally raging. Hundred percent don't recommend. My parents and I, both car unsavvy, have been using JiffyLube service since 2020. Things were fine, which to us just means car is working, not dead. Thus, we were happy. It was not until recently that I personally have noticed weird noises, vibrations when stall or reversing, that I felt something was wrong. Do note that this is my parents' car, not mine, so they're the ones that drive it daily and why I didn't notice until a road trip recently. I took the car to a mechanic, just to be inform that JiffyLube might have put the wrong type of engine oil in the car; I double-checked the receipts and voila it's 5W-30, instead of 0W-20, and that it's been wrong since 2023. My bad to trust them to do their job right. What's worst to know is the engine gas cap also have the correct type of oil written and yet this still happen. To top it off, when my mechanic tried to change the oil filter after oil drainage, he found that the previous person --JiffyLube employee-- did such a shoddy job that the oil filter is stuck and cannot be removed properly. Another hour of breaking and cracking the badly screwed oil filter to properly replaced it. If you are mechanically illiterate, don't go here. If you know "cars", well, you wouldn't go here in the first place. Just don't go. If you love your car, spend your money somewhere else where they would actually do their job right. Fast? Shoddy? I went here in May 2024. Got an oil change. In November I went to another Jiffy Lube and they discovered that the protective cover for my oil filter system was missing. They said it has six screws and there's no way it fell off. Only explanation was someone must have forget to put it back on. So the only explanation could have been that this Burbank Jiffy Lube forgot to screw it back on. I was stressed out and annoyed. I called this Jiffy Lube expecting them to say basically "Sorry but there's nothing we can do / no way to prove they were the ones who removed it etc etc." Instead, Richard gave me his personal cell number and said he'll order the part and install it for me. Three days later he did. I was blown away at the level of care and service which prompted me to want to leave this review. Thank you, Richard. You may think that Jiffy Lube is a Jiffy Lube. Think again. This place is really great. Not sure if it's the management team or the staff or just both. I just went in there for a oil change. They did a fantastic job working as a team, they also brought other issues up showed me why they recommend certain things but left totally up to me. It was not high-pressure. I've been coming to this place for a very long time and during todays visit, they tried to charge me bc they rounded the drain plug last time they changed my oil ‍ when I left, I realized they didn't top off the air in my tires - a protocol they announce when you first pull up. Can't help but feel they didn't top me off bc I complained they over tightened/stripped my drain plug during my previous visit. They didn't end up charging me to replace the drain plug but at least adhere to topping me off as informed. Must be bc I'm a female ‍ read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of care for customer privacy at this location. I sold my car months ago, yet Jiffy Lube recently emailed me a full service receipt for that vehicle -- including all of my personal information -- and also handed a copy of that receipt to the new owner with my name, phone number, and home address still on it. This is a serious breach of basic privacy practices. When a car has a new owner, the customer information should be updated before printing or emailing anything. Instead, my private information was shared without my consent and sent to a stranger. Why were no red flags raised when my name didn't match the person who made an oil change appointment. I've reached out to the location directly to address this as well as corporate, but I want others to be aware. One of the front headlights from my car needed a bulb replacement and I called this Jiffy lube location based on the good reviews to ask if they have a replacement in stock. I gave them my car type and year and they said they said they have it. No appointment which is great, I am tired lately to make appointments for car repairs. We went today. The guy we dealt with wasn't the nicest, kinda bossy. After all that they didn't have the bulb in stock. The rest they had, mine no and it would take 2 weeks to get it??? He recommended us a place to get it from and they would install for us. We went, bought it, no installation, they don't do that. So we came back to Jiffy lube and another guy helped us, install it for us, not easy and put air in the tires since we needed that. He didn't charge us, which was nice. We tipped since we appreciate the work, his time and kindness. Mixed feelings about this place. Our first time here and it wasn't done in a Jiffy, maybe you buy, we install.
