I've tried several places in town, and this is my favorite. They are fast and helpful and usually less expensive than most places. They told me about their "top off" program. You can stop by between oil changes and they'll top off your fluids for free and NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED! I haven't done it yet but I love that they do it. read more

Came in for air because my tire was low on the rental van I had. I am out of town on a business trip and they were attentive, quick . Friendly and knowledgeable. I would trust them for my auto care needs if I lived in the area.. thank you! read more

Standard issue Jiffy Lube. In, out. Get a coupon from the website; but their maillist blather might make you growl. Negotiate prices first. They were professional, did their thing, I paid, and was gone. That's how maintenance should be. My only beef is that their coupon system should be dropped for a standard good price that's well-known. You can save money, but they make it too hard, and too stupid, amounting to a game with the customer. This said, with coupon, you pay a reasonable price. read more

In a time when nobody cares about a good customer experience. This place delivers. Polite. Friendly. Even held the door open for me when I arrived. Wouldn't go anywhere else for an oil change. read more

I went to this location years ago and wasn't very happy with the service or politeness. I noticed it had good reviews recently so I decided to give it a shot. They were great to work with. They were very prompt. I happened to be the first one there in the morning so I happened to pass most of the staff as I walked in. They were all getting set up for the day and each one of them were very polite and courteous. I'm fairly familiar with my vehicle and what is needed. There was no attempts to sell me on anything I didn't need but yet informative on where all my fluids and filters were. I'll be going back! Appreciate the service! read more

Went in for a simple service before my trip to the airport. My car was damaged and a whole part had to be replaced which kept getting delayed. Did not get clear explanation of how the damage occurred (I think an employee broke the part) just vague descriptions and was charged full price. read more

Amazing service. Always extremely friendly. They fixed all my problems as well as gave me regular maintenance. Although I don't know much about my car they walked me through everything and made sure I understood. read more

Excellent service! I went for an oil change and new air filter. The manager will show you the diagnostic on your car and explain it in simple terms. As a 20 year old woman, I really appreciated their professionalism and transparency. The price was right, service was great, and I will definitely return for future services. read more

I've got HORRIBLE experience in this place. If you care of your vehicle, you WILL NOT let those people change oil on it. It Seems like these guys don't know what they are doing. In my case, they did not tighten the oil filter cap and guess what, after my driver gone 200 miles out, oil blew out through the oil filter cap and messed up all over the engine! Our driver is a very experienced guy, he stopped the vehicle right away and spent hours to go to the nearest auto part store to get the tools, oil and oil filter and REDO their job on a FREEWAY shoulder. Our vehicle is a Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2022! I pray the engine is still ok. read more

Patrick was the one who helped me get an oil change. But he did so much more than that. First of all he is incredibly well mannered and honest which is what I most respect about him. Secondly he communicated the issues with my car and throughly explained their individual statuses. I asked him if he could also tighten some screws in my battery area and I was happy to pay but Patrick just said that it was no problem and he was happy to help me out. This changed my view on Jiffy Lube and now I respect it as an establishment. read more

I almost never review anything but restaurants. But I'm making an exception. When I checked in, I noted my tires were low to the gentleman working the front desk. When he checked me out, he read the technician's report, yes checked fluid, yes checked lights, yes checked tires, etc. A different guy working pulled my car out and then immediately returned it to the bay and told me he had to do that because my tires were low. Turns out the original tech didn't do any of those things - just checked the boxes, changed the oil, declared me done. I was fortunate the second person noted it and was legit. It got fixed, but it gives me pause as to how often this happens. Quick service oil changes are notoriously overpriced anyway - convenience has a cost - but at least do the work - all of it. read more

Went in for an oil change.. The oil pan plug was Frozen and the staff worked to get it out for over an hour.. In the end they had to drill it out and put in a new one.. This was done at NO extra charge and the staff was very friendly.. I'll go again..Receipt says that I can get up to 2 free quarts of oil as needed for the next 3, 000 miles.. Such a good deal.. Great place. read more

Finally reopened, which is awesome because that side of town needed it. I guess it's new owners and they aren't an official Jiffy Lube because they don't accept Jiffy Lube coupons. However the guy was awesome enough to give me a little off since I didn't know that until after they changed it. read more

Ive been to many Jiffy Lubes over the years and this is by far my favorite. The assistant manager is always so nice. He's well groomed, efficient and polite. It just has a good energy. I never regret going there. read more

Went to get my oil changed. It was a hot day, but they got me in and out in about 10-15 min. Great service done quick.

Excellent service, all team members were very courteous and professional. The manager (Rob) even told me that my tires didn't need rotated after I requested the service, which saved me $30. That's a VERY rare quality these days! Patronize honest businesses that look out for their customers when you can, and this is one of those places. I was also in and out in under 15 minutes. I'll be going back here in the future for basic service work. read more

While I can't speak for all Jiffy Lube locations, this one excels at customer service. My partner has taken her car here for years, and I started taking my vehicle here as well for the last few oil changes I've had. The biggest draw is the fact that they top off fluid for free if you stop by between oil changes. Recently, I took my girlfriend's car here because she was having an issue with her brakes and I read online that it might just need brake fluid. The employee at Jiffy Lube explained that they no longer top off brake fluid unless it is classified as an emergency, due to the fact that if brake fluid is low, if often signifies a larger problem, and can also contaminate the brake lines if there is such a problem. He offered to take a look at it to see if they could detect anything amiss with the brakes, and when they found the issue, allowed me to go down beneath the car so I could see it for myself. They filled the car up with brake fluid before I left to make sure I could at least drive it to a shop, and did it all for free. I was incredible impressed with their willingness to inspect my brakes, even though that is not a service they provide, and then to allow me under the car to let me see the issue up close, as well as explaining the mechanics of the issue to someone who is not mechanically knowledgeable (i.e., me). All that without expecting a dime. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone trying to decide where to take you vehicle for this service. I occasionally see promotions for less expensive oil changes at other businesses, but I prefer to have my oil change records available at one location should I need them, and the free fluids between service makes the price a solid deal. Not to mention the fact that, as my recent experience demonstrates, they are willing to go above and beyond to take care of customers when they are in need. read more

Jiffy Lube - Watching an "oool change". - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Bloomington, Indiana

Got an oil change. Very unprofessional. 2 employees vaping while working. 1 employee was using the F bomb..

We've been taking all our vehicles here for years, however, we will be finding somewhere new. $77 for oil/filter change ONLY! No tire rotation and no further work was done. Seems high!! In addition, they advertise in the local Mail Pak flie, however, my husband was told they "don't accept those coupons"? They are the only address listed on the coupon & are the ONLY Jiffy Lube in Bloomington. He gave my husband the $5 in cash back but said they wouldn't honor it again. In TODAYS mail, what do we get? Another JiffyLube coupon for THEIR location in the Mail Pak flier. I wasn't happy about the $77 charge but they are quick and efficient (I guess, I don't know anything about cars). I can go to a dealership for less with a different coupon Will definitely be going elsewhere!! read more

Amazing service under new ownership. 20 minutes in and out for an oil change, very respectful and polite staff. Manager Patrick Autry was awesome giving me the breakdown of my inspection and explaining my battery test results and my engine air filter erosion. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! After a bad experience at another shop in town, I was so nervous going in. The staff members informed me of all services being performed on my car and helped me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The service was very fast (I went on my lunch break and was able to get a complete oil change during that time), which is so helpful when you have a busy schedule. I would recommend them to anyone!! read more

Very kind and great service! They changed my oil and took about 25 minutes!! Will definitely be coming back for more car serviceS here in the future! read more

This place is as good as you can hope to get. The people are friendly, intelligent and efficient. The place is well run and the facility is clean and organized. As with any garage, they can't control how many other customers might be in front of you. But once this place gets started on a car for a basic oil change, it will not take more than 15-20 minutes, so the line moves quickly. This includes all the add-ons expected nowadays (tire pressure check/fill, top off all fluids, windshield/windows wash, vacuum of interior). If you're the only customer being serviced when you arrive, more than one technician will work on your car, and you really can be out in 10 minutes! The price is competitive. read more

Quick and excellent service. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean facility and grounds. Explained my options and all relevant prices up front. Checked lights, fluid levels, tire pressures, washed my windows, and handled the oil change just as expected. Glad to see this location is up and running again. read more

If your a female do not go here because they will completely take advantage of you. I just got my oil changed like 3 weeks ago and they (as they all always do) try to upsell me luckily i knew to say no. well 3 weeks later, i have so many car problems that i've never had until i got my oil changed from them. when you get your oil changed they say oop all your other fluids have been filled and are good. well that's a damn lie cause here i am stuck 2 hours away from bloomington because my engine overheated. hmmmmmmmm i thought they just filled my coolant up? weird. i don't have a coolant leak, just simply didn't have any. And i know you're gonna say well why didn't you check your coolant, well considering the fact that they specifically told me they filled all my fluids i didn't really think i needed too. i honestly don't think i ever have because usually yk when you go to get an oil change they do that for you, so no need to worry. we'll worry. cause they lied. thanks. read more

I took my car in a few times for a simple oil change. All was well until I took my car to Bridgestone because they are temporarily closed. So I get a call from Bridgestone saying that my oil cap and pan were worn down due to a mechanic there putting it on too tight. I now have to pay $700 to get a whole new oil pan. If you cant trust them to do a simple oil change I would not trust them to do anything on my car. Please stay away-- these techs know nothing!! read more

This has become the only place I get my oil changed. They are fast, clean, and very friendly. They vacuum your car, too! Not mine, though. It's filthy in there. Yuck. read more

I struggled to find a shop that could fit me into their schedule today for an oil change and I've got a trip planned for tomorrow, so it was a necessity. I arrived at Jiffy Lube at 1:30 and by 2:30, they had me out the door. They're practicing social distancing and I didn't even leave my car, which was a huge relief. The customer service was great, the prices were reasonable, and the car service they did was quick and efficient! I will definitely be visiting them for my next service. read more

Fast friendly service. Went in at 8 got my oil changed, tires filled, fluids topped off by 8:25. There are tons of coupons on their website. Phil the manager does a great job. Best part is for the next 3 months I get free refills at any jiffy lube! read more

This place is great. I was in and out in literally 10 minutes and it is the only oil change place I've ever been to that didn't try to upsell me on some overpriced unnecessary service. They're true to the name, got to my car right away! Friendly and speedy service! And, they'll top off your fluids in between oil changes!

Saturday morning oil and filter change only took 15 minutes total. Great, quick service and fair prices.

Very nice, friendly service. Cheap oil change. Very quick. Will certainly come back and recommend to my friends.

I went here today because Walmart had a wait of over two hours and everywhere else was booked up. For a basic oil change and tire rotation, it was 74 dollars. This is WAY more than what their competition charges. On the plus side, they were super fast. However, I don't think I'll be going back because I simply can't afford to pay that much. read more

The service is fast, thorough, and reasonably priced, especially with the coupons that are available on their website and in monthly circulars. They never try to upsell you on additional services, which I appreciate. read more

Very fast and nice people. I used a $7 early bird coupon but there is a $5 one on their website. They didn't try to convince me to buy anything extra and they gave me a quote before they even started the oil change. I have NEVER been to another shop that did that. My car came out cleaner than it was going in, not something you can say for a lot of other car shops... I will DEFINITELY be going back there. read more
