They have earned my trust the old-fashioned way: by being honest, thorough, clear, and not treating every mysterious vehicle noise like an invitation to financially body-slam me into the shadow realm. When something can wait, they say that too, which is how you know you have found actual decent humans and not transmission goblins wearing shop shirts. These people are truly lovely human beings running an exceptional shop. They are the rare mechanics who make you feel like your vehicle is being cared for by competent adults instead of being dragged into a fluorescent dungeon where the check engine light is worshipped as an angry god.
