DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! This business lies to and cheats its customers! They…read morehave had a long reputation for doing that, but giving the benefit of the doubt, we brought a vehicle here for service. They claimed to fix the problem TWICE (big red flag). When we picked the vehicle up the second time, and paid about $180, it was still running very poorly, in the same manner as when we took it in to them. David had told us he drove it and it was "running good!". It was not. Not willing to spend more time and money at Bauer's when they obviously aren't interested (or capable) of fixing the problem, we took the vehicle elsewhere, told them what all had supposedly been done (and said) at Bauer's (and showed them the receipt). The second place told us immediately what was wrong with the vehicle and fixed it right up. They said the parts that Bauer claimed to have replaced/repaired (and charged us for) HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED/REPAIRED. Finally caught this group red-handed, lying and cheating. Take your car elsewhere!
