    This Jiffy Lube hires people that will text you after getting your car serviced, which itself is beyond not alright and then will apparently keep your number saved in their phone from their system so they can text you months later. Women beware. Send in your husband, boyfriend, brother, or guy friend.

    If I could give a negative one star review I would. I dropped my car off on Saturday and was told they'd have it done Monday or Tuesday. After hearing nothing all day Monday, I called to find out if my vehicle was ready ( they didn't call me of course) and was told it was ready to go. So I arrive to pick it up and am told that they couldn't put my skid plate back on despite trying very hard, turns out the mechanic lost the U nut that helps attach the skid plate. I had to ask what they were gonna do to rectify the situation because Adrian was pretty much saying good luck putting it back on yourself. So after I the customer had to ask how they would fix their screw up Adrian says oh I guess I can go try to find it, after awhile of "looking" Adrian finds nothing. So I have to ask yet again what are you guys going to do to fix this. Adrian says oh I can talk to my manager tomorrow and see what he says maybe we can just order new clips. So I say alright and have him write down on my receipt that they lost the part and are going to replace it. I leave thinking I'll hear from them the next day as promised. 4:30 pm rolls around and I've heard nothing I call and am told their still working on it and that the manager knows about it but he had to leave for a family emergency. I should not have to be hounding them and doing their job after paying over 1000 bucks to have my truck serviced. Absolutely worst mechanic experience ever. Really disappointed. Edit: I've added a picture to show the condition my skid plate was returned to me in. EDIT: When I returned on Thursday 2/29 because the T nuts arrived I had to wait 10 minutes while they looked around in some office for said T nuts. To top all of it off they did not even offer to finish their job by installing the skid plate, they just sent me on my way. Find any where else to have your car repaired Adrian and the team at this Jiffy Lube have no idea what customer service or even finishing a job you started is.

    It's 8am 4 cars waiting outside. I came to this place many yrs. 5 vehicle, first time back in 3 yrs. Horrible, horrible. Omg.

    Two words: UNPROFESSIONAL and DECEITFUL…read more I truly don't know where to begin. I despise writing a poor review for a locally-owned business, but after months of being led-on and ignored, I am writing this in hopes of saving someone else's precious time. My husband was in a car wreck in October 2025. The person who rear-ended him has terrible insurance, so we decided to file a claim through our insurance, Allstate. Capital City Collision provided us a quote that our insurance did not agree with. An Allstate negotiator went back and forth with the shop. Part of the issue was my husband's truck had after-market parts that were damaged. Our Allstate negotiator, Elizabeth, called us to confirm that she was able to get funds approved by her manager and they reached an agreement on pricing with the shop. A check for $2,207.66 was sent to the shop to start ordering parts. According to Allstate, the shop cashed the check on January 20th. It is now March 19th and the shop still has yet to reach out. I have tried calling the shop multiple times in the last two months. Each time I call, they answer and hang-up immediately. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they are busy. I tried calling the shop today, and again, same situation: answer, then hang up. I thought to myself, "hmm... maybe they really are ignoring our calls?" So I waited 15 minutes and called back with a blocked number. What do you know... Catherine decided to pick up and answer this time! She kept me on hold for 9 minutes before taking me off hold and hanging up on me immediately. I called back, and a man answered. He transferred me up to Catherine, who kept me on hold for 4 minutes this time and hung up immediately. While I was on hold the second time, I received a text message saying they wouldn't do business with us. They ignored my text, asking when they planned on returning the check they cashed for $2,207.66. My husband and I have been trying to get his truck fixed since October 2025. It is now March 2026. I understand that our insurance was being difficult to work with... we were annoyed by Allstate, too! That being said, Capital City Collision could have rejected our business months ago, instead of stringing us along. Rather than sending this text message 5 months ago when this all started, they chose to dodge our calls and waste our time. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe their behavior. They were avoidant, deceptive, thieving, and rude.

My tires needed replacing, so they reached out to me personally to ensure I was given the equivalent quality as a replacement. They were always very kind to deal with on the phone as well. Great service and great quality!!

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I used to use Brownie's for everything for my car back when I had a car that often needed work (2008-ish) as my family always trusted Brownie himself. I recently moved back to Austin from out of state and needed brake pads and my back rotors to be machined. I went back to Brownie's because my family and I always trusted Brownie. However Brownie himself sold his business to a former employee and is no longer a part of the business although his name is still used. The new owner initially quoted me $285 for four new brake pads. So I took off work, drove my car to the shop, paid to Uber myself back to my apartment while I waited on the car. However when Jose at Brownies Automotive called me he told me my back rotors needed to be "sanded" and so the total would be over $600 to replace four Brake pads and "sand" my rotors. Talk about a bait and switch. Anyone who knows anything about cars would know this is criminally overcharging. As a single female he probably thought I was an easy target to scam. Took my car elsewhere and paid $255 for all four brake pads and to get the back two rotors machined (not just "sanded"). Absolutely unacceptable. Brownie would not be happy to know his name is being used this way. I hope this review helps save someone from this predatory business. The positive reviews here must be from friends and family of Jose trying to boost business because if he would try to scam me like this, he's definitely scammed others - they probably just didn't know enough about cars to know they were being scammed.
