I told her I have been trying to find someone that can do my brows right and this spot right here is the best. She asked me my skin history, skin care etc. before she started to make sure to use the right wax. She was able to get my eyebrows so even and nice I was so happy and very impressed. Everyone from the cashier to the eyebrow tech were very nice and caring. It was very relaxing in there and not very loud despite there was other people having their hair done. It was overall super nice vibe and great service.

Sam is doing hydration facial and glycolic peel for my face and décolletage for $200. The hydration facial is $150 and $50 for the glycolic peel for the face and décolletage. Toner between facial cleanse, glycolic chemical peel, massage, hot stone, enzyme, face mask (in the packet). Face feels clean. The toner burns the eyes a bit. The glycolic chemical peel only tingled a bit on my chest. Didn't feel any tingling on my face at all. Sam is nice, she was able to fit me in last minute. She had to tend to customers in between, but she made sure I was okay. Calming music in the background during my facial. My face feels really nice and clean. The massage was the best part for me. It's a bit expensive, but the facial and massage was good. My husband was sniffing me when I met up with him after my appointment, he said he could smell the mothballs on my coat and everywhere. The mothball smell was bad. The mothball smell wouldn't come out of my winter coat, my white alpaca sweater or my jeans or hair at all. Plan to shower and wash everything or dry clean afterwards. :/

I had a very unfortunate interaction with the owner. I had a less than satisfactory experience with…read moreone of the massage therapists, it was a very strange massage and was unlike anything I had previously experienced there. First the essential oils placed under my face gave me quite a migraine. I have a herniated disc in my neck which I acknowledge that sometimes that could be an issue but for me this has never been a problem during massages. For some reason she placed several, and I mean several, hot towels on my neck which was immediately pretty painful as this was heavy to be placed with heat on a herniated disc, no matter how healed. Then she quite literally covered me in lotion, like a ridiculous amount where I couldn't even get dressed, barely touched me and ran out of the room, almost before I could even ask her for a towel (I was literally drenched in lotion) and before the session was supposed to be over. So I was left in more pain plus a migraine with a shortened session and covered in lotion, and I did notice that she didn't greet me afterwards to offer me water and make sure I'm doing good like they usually do here. This was all very strange and bizarre, but I assumed maybe this had to do with inexperience and wanted to leave feedback as to why this wasn't the best experience, especially since this is a luxury service that wasn't cheap. The owner called me the next day, and she was genuinely one of the most hostile and unpleasant people I had ever talked to. I am not a confrontational person, and I do think I was being reasonable in leaving feedback. She called me and told me that there is absolutely no way that any of this happened, and that she "welcomes me to not return". I told her that this was unfortunate to hear because I had such positive experiences in the past there, to which she told me I didn't go there enough times to have that much of an opinion. She kept telling me that I am more than welcome to not return, and at this point I wasn't going to but I just wanted her to tell me directly that she was banning me from returning for having a negative experience. She was avoiding saying explicitly that I could not return, but she kept insisting I was welcome to go elsewhere. I told her I would probably leave a review of the situation, to which she said "well that's not very nice of you". I told her it's not very nice to ban me for expressing concerns with my session. She hung up the phone abruptly, and the next day another staff member called and offered to reschedule me with someone else. I politely declined. I also want to mention that the ramp to get in the door is extremely inaccessible, I am a wheelchair user and it's borderline hazardous the way it is oriented. If I am to open the door, I have to be on the ramp which is difficult, or the door will push me down the stairs. If you use a mobility aid or have chronic pain I would not recommend, not because of the staff but 100% because of the owner.

I had a 1-hour deep tissue massage with Megan W. When she brought me back to the room, she reiterated what I had written down on the intake form. My goal was to get the knots out from my shoulders, back, and calves. After about 10-15 minutes, Megan asked me about the pressure. I said she could go firmer but I didn't notice a difference. I was hoping she'd get the knots out but the massage was relaxing. Shes also very professional. Before my appointment, I received 1 phone reminder and 3 text messages (before I typed STOP because I didn't need another reminder).

I am not the person who normally speaks up, but I couldn't help myself today. The line was impossibly long with only 1 register open and a long delay while the customer at the front of the line asked a lot of questions and paid with multiple transactions. It was seriously at least 10 minutes. A second employee came over and started herding and yelling at us to form a more orderly line. I calmly asked her if it would be possible to open a second register since the line was so long and not moving. She told me to mind my own business. I bit my tongue realizing (a) It wasn't worth it and (b) they just lost my business to the Ulta 2 miles closer to home. Several women in line thanked me for trying with the woman directly behind commenting that behavior like that is common and was exactly why this location has such bad reviews. When I finally made it to the register, the cashier offered me a free perfume sample for the wait which was insulting since it was already free and nothing special.
