Massage was awesome and it was easy to relax as Jeff was attentive to personal preference of pressure and comfort. I had lower back issues that I'd been experiencing for months that was causing numbness in my legs. I felt almost immediate relief after the massage and could feel increased blood flow and warmth radiating from my back once he stretched the muscles. It's easy to see he is very knowledgeable and will focus exactly on any issues that you let him know about. The facial followed directly after and did wonders for my skin. Emily also was really great about asking about problems and even offered to do my eyebrows. I was a little nervous about that at first since I've had waxes before where too much hair has been taken off but she assured me that she was all about the full natural look :). Oh my gosh it was so fast and very little discomfort. She did such an amazing job, it looked really clean and almost zero irritation and redness. She informed me she uses hard wax that's easier on the skin. It didn't stay sore all day like normal waxing which was awesome. She also uses all natural products and gave me some tips for skin care going by my age and skin type, which felt really special since I'm not used to such a personalized consultation for facials. I was greeted by a smiling face and a calm waiting area. It is small and quaint. Emily was professional and walked me through each procedure. The facial left my skin feeling smooth and refreshed afterwards. She used pretty good products that I was not allergic to. I find that important because I have sensitive skin and everything doesn't do well on my skin. Waxing is something else that she does. I was nervous, but she explained how it worked and took time to make me feel comfortable. She offered cooling towels after each arm. She was meticulous with getting my underarms nice and smooth.
