I love Casa De Bella, EVERYONE on the staff is so wonderful. They greet you with a smile and are all so friendly. I am so glad that I found this salon. Amy is my hair stylist and she is so amazing! My hair has been a million and one colors and was a mess because of it. Since I have been seeing Amy my hair is longer and more beautiful that I would have ever though possible. Before she colors my hair Amy takes the time to talk about what we are going to do. It is so refreshing to have someone who takes the time to listen. Katherine does my waxing, facials, chemicals peels and eyelashes. She is so wonderful! She takes the time to find out what you want and talks to you before she start your service to fit what you want into what is right for you. I have a thyroid condition and I used to do the wax where they put the wax on then put strip of paper (or what ever that is called) and rip it off. Katherine and I talked about this and she explained what she was going to and how it was different because the old was actually pulling my skin off and scaring me. She is double booking clients and alot of the special touches are being handled by a apprentice. Danette was my Stylist. I'm used to getting my hair cut and styled exactly how I like it and have been blessed with superb stylists from the East to the West Coast. Danette is in this elite category. One starts with a consultation, followed by a shampoo and massage, then a carefully crafted cut with feedback encouraged throughout the process. Upon completion, the customer is presented with his or her optimal look and offered any adjustments, if necessary (in my case they weren't as the consultation preceding the cut was thorough). Went in for a haircut today with Amy horrible haircut. Told her it was a lot shorter than I wanted she said she didn't touch the front . My hair was to the middle of my back I went in for an a line bob came out w a bob that sits right at my shoulders perfect for my hair to flip out. I informed her it needed to me below my shoulders in order to prevent this from happening. She said I can't come back to have it fixed unless you can magically grow hair I will not be back plus my layers are uneven. Way to make this new mom feel even worse about herself. read more

If you're thinking about trying this salon, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Let me explain. I came in for a balyage/ombre and a wax and it took them 4 1/2 HOURS. I didn't even get my haircut. No way should it have taken that long. Nobody apologized or thanked me for being patient and when I called to complain they said they would do some "research" on what happened and never called me back. I called again, the front desk girl said she would leave me a message for the lady I spoke with, and again she never called me back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. That's the short story, here's the long one: As stated above I came in for a balyage/ombre and a wax. My stylist recommended I get a Malibu treatment first. She put the treatment in my hair and told me I needed to sit under the dryer for 45 min. While I was sitting under the dryer I started talking to the girl sitting next to me who told me her stylist (unknown to me at the time it was the same one I had) said she would be under the dryer for 30 min. My stylist came over, washed the other client's hair, blow dried it and started working on the color. My stylist obviously double booked our apt's at the same time and thought she could juggle them. When my dryer turned off the stylist came over and turned it back on (she was obviously trying to stall and I was under there for almost an hour). The stylist had her assistant wash and blow dry my hair, then took me over to a different chair where I sat for another 20 min waiting. Waiting for what, I am not sure nobody ever explained it to me. Then the stylist said that I was going to get my wax done (it was supposed to be done after my hair apt was complete). I got a wax and then sat again for another 15 minutes. By this time, the other client who was next to me under the dryers was completely finished- dyed, blow dried, styled and all. Then the stylist started coloring my hair which didn't seem to take very long at all. My hair turned out beautiful, $150 later. When I went to checkout at the salon I was going to talk to the front desk girl about how unhappy I was to be in the salon for 4 1/2 hours but another client who was ahead of me insisted I go first and I did not want to make a scene, so I called back the next day (they closed after I left). I spoke to Cookie, explained the situation and she said she would do some research and call me back shortly. I was totally okay with that. She called me back in a couple of hours and said the reason it took 4 1/2 hours is because an ombre usually takes 3 hours and the stylist recommended I do a Malibu treatment first, which adds an extra hour. I told her it took TWO hours for them to finish my Malibu treatment, not one. And that I was being bounced around between the stylist, her assistant and from different styling station chairs having to move my stuff all the time. I told her as a first time client at the salon and I felt like the other client who was double booked with my stylist got all of the stylist's time, while I was waiting and waiting and waiting without any explanation of why it was taking so long. She said she understood and wanted to make it right, and would do some more "research" on why the Malibu treatment took so long. She asked what they could do to make it right, not guaranteeing that my request could be granted but that she would talk to the manager. I told her 50% off of all my services would make me completely happy. She was going to talk with her manager the next day and call me back next week (this was Saturday and they are closed Sunday and Monday). I was alright with that. They never called me Tuesday, I called Wednesday at 6pm (hoping they would call during the day), the front desk girl told me Cookie had already left and she would let her know I called. No call Thursday, Friday or Saturday. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I'm not saying I deserve a full refund, but they seriously aren't even going to call me back?? They clearly don't care to make the situation right, or that they have an unhappy customer. read more

After a disastrous waxing experience at a different salon, I was apprehensive to try again. But this place was close to home and reasonably priced, and I was starting to look like Sasquatch, so I made an appointment. Katherine greeted me at the door and took me right back, no wait! I got to lie back on a padded table while she cleaned me up, very quickly and efficiently and with hardly any discomfort. She got every single hair! Finished with a soothing gel that removed any residual redness, so no one would know I'd just been waxed. Twenty minutes later I walked out of there feeling like a girl again, not some bearded monster. I would highly recommend this place for waxing. (Next I'm going to try the pedicure and see how that goes.) read more
