I walked in with long, healthy natural nails and only one nail slightly shorter from a break. I specifically asked for the rest to be shortened to match and shaped into a squoval style (square with rounded edges). Instead, he cut them down to short, uneven nubs and attempted to file them into a strange pointed shape that looked nothing like what I requested. I honestly don't even know what shape to call them. I left extremely disappointed and upset, especially because I was getting them done right before a special vacation. Then came the pedicure. Ricky attempted to remove my existing shellac using an electric file without soaking first. The friction became so hot and painful that I had to ask him to stop. My new shellac polish was applied so thickly and sloppily around the edges of my toenails that it was already lifting within hours of leaving the salon. I spent $140 on what was, without question, the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. What makes this even more disappointing is that I've been coming here on and off for over 15 years. I remember when the quality, attention to detail, and customer care were worth recommending. That is no longer the case. It now feels like speed and volume matter more than quality or customer satisfaction. I also find it telling that the website now prominently states that services are non-refundable and that customers must speak up immediately if they're unhappy. Policies like that don't inspire confidence--they suggest this is a common issue. I gave this salon chance after chance because of the positive experiences I had years ago. This visit finally convinced me that those days are gone. I wish I had made the drive to my regular salon instead. Lesson learned. I won't be back

I have been having horrible tightness and tension in my shoulders, neck, and upper back. I recently tried therapists at some other places and things just didn't seem to get better. I continued to get more and more sore. Well this man, he's awesome. He was courteous, didn't talk unless it was in regards to the service, very polite, and knows what he is doing. He really pinpointed where the tension was coming from and worked on the spots. The minute I stood up from the table, I could already feel so much of the tension was gone! I loved that he used a warm oil. It really helped with the relaxation piece. He used hot towels to help loosen muscles up. He also sprayed something nice on the headpiece so you breath it in. They said there was nothing I could do about it unless I come back. I can't leaving for my trip. This is unexceptionable. I am now having to ear shorts with my bathing suit in vacation. I find this very embarrassing and un professional. I hadn't even paid for the service. They said there was nothing they could do a manager will call me. They insisted I had to pay for the incomplete service. No word from manager yet nice girl Lea poor quality. Poor customer service. I don't usually leave poor reviews. But incredibly poor customer service.

Still waiting to get my lips done but I saw Sarah for my Botox and she gave me a very comfortable…read moreand professional consultation. Sarah triple checked what I was looking for and informed me every time she was going to poke me to inject the Botox. My Botox took effect in 5 days and my fine lines and crease between my eyes is gone! She did such a fantastic job and I am so happy with the results! I hope they can move my lip appointment up ASAP because I am so pleased with my Botox results! Sarah is awesome such a professional and knowledgeable person. I will be seeing her for my next appointment when I am ready for more! Update: I saw Sarah again and we discussed everything again and how I liked my previous results and what else I wanted to target. We came up with a great plan! I wanted my lips more full and asked about fillers. Rather than push it on me Sara recommended a botox lip flip to see if that gave me the desired result with out adding more fillers. We have a follow up appt once my Botox takes effect to determine if I would like a bigger plump with fillers of if the lip flip gave me the look I wanted!
