It is rare to find a therapist that is not only well versed in multiple styles of massage, but is also an expert in finding the right balance and style that works the best for your comfort and well-being. I explained my needs for work on my neck and shoulders, and we decided on adding a quicker gloss over the rest of my body as well because I had booked more time that she needed to just work my neck. I wasn't expecting for all of my problems to be cured, but I was expecting for at least a little bit of relief due to the extra dopamine. Nothing. It was like I paid a stranger to put lotion on me. He really pinpointed where the tension was coming from and worked on the spots. The minute I stood up from the table, I could already feel so much of the tension was gone!
