My Botox took effect in 5 days and my fine lines and crease between my eyes is gone! She did such a fantastic job and I am so happy with the results! I hope they can move my lip appointment up ASAP because I am so pleased with my Botox results! Sarah is awesome such a professional and knowledgeable person. Update: I saw Sarah again and we discussed everything again and how I liked my previous results and what else I wanted to target. We came up with a great plan! I wanted my lips more full and asked about fillers. Rather than push it on me Sara recommended a botox lip flip to see if that gave me the desired result with out adding more fillers. I ended up getting three inches cut off, and it's way above my shoulder. This is after I specifically said I do not want my hair that short. I have never in my life gotten such a bad hair cut. I also got highlights and specifically said I just want them to cover my grays and showed that my grays were around my ears. When I got home I pulled my hair back into a bun, and all of my grays by my ears are still there. Such sloppy and inattentive work. It was a complete hack job. I won't be back.

It used to be if you received a gift for Christmas you could do an even exchange without a receipt,…read moreit seems that's not the case anymore. I received a gift of perfume from my young teen daughter. She purchased the perfume at this store, and even received a little makeup bag as a free gift with her purchase. Unfortunately, my daughter purchased the wrong version of the perfume that I wear so I was looking to do a simple exchange for the same exact perfume and price just a different version of the perfume. They would not do an exchange without the account that it was purchased from. Being a young teen, my daughter does not have an account here and unknowingly threw the receipt away. When they went to look up my phone number or her number, unsurprisingly nothing came up. A manager took a look, also told me that they can't do an exchange, then spoke to another manager, who then graciously offered to give me the $50 item with a value of $30 where I would have to pay a $20 difference. Excuse me? I even brought them free the little gift bag that they were giving away with purchases before Christmas. I could've shared the location of my daughter when she purchased it, but they would only accept a receipt or an account from a young teenager. Mind you this isn't even exchange, it's not anything complicated. Thank you Ulta for encouraging me to shop somewhere else!
