So I've been having back ache lately and I wanted to get a massage after work and this was the…read moreclosest place so I tried it. I walk into this place and was greeted by an Asian woman in a revealing pajamas dress(not professional attire) It was already weird but I gave it a chance. I pay then I was escorted to the room which was nice and clean. While I was undressing she comes in and ask "are you looking for massage only" I asked her what did she mean and she starting making a j*cking off gesture and asked me if I wanted that. I told her no and I just wanted a massage and then she left the room. I started putting my clothes back on and told her I'm about to go and then she gave me the refund. As I was leaving her other worker came out with lingerie type outfit and told me to stay. I just walked out and left to find another place. To sum everything this is not a place to get a massage, this is a prostitut*on place.

I deal with deep neck and shoulder pain, and she has such a unique approach that's unlike anything I've experienced before. Her combination of stretching, massage, and targeted techniques provided relief I haven't been able to find elsewhere. She really knows how to identify and work through problem areas while making the whole experience relaxing. I left feeling so much better and can't recommend her enough! If you have chronic neck and shoulder pain, do yourself a favor and book with Yada... you won't regret it.

They really find your problem areas and pay specific attention to them. I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain from a car accident and nothing helps except going to get a massage here. I have tried so many different massage places and this is the absolute best. I couldn't recommend this place more. They do a full body massage and also stretch you and everything they do is so amazing. I come here every time I am home because there is NO place that does massages as well as they do.

The location was extremely clean, quiet, and large. There is parking outside so that was really nice. The masseuse I had was a smaller woman, but don't let that stray you away, she is INCREDIBLY strong. She was polite and listened to my needs. I thought the massage was amazing 10/10 would come back!

Although the massage itself was wonderful and would deserve 6 stars by itself the reason I gave 3…read morestars is how they time it. I got a 90 min massage but was only actually massaged for 75 min. They said this is so they can stay on track and get more people in(at least they were honest). So they say 5 to 7 1/2 min before and after is to get dressed undressed. I've have probably close to 100 massages at many places this is the only place that you don't get what is advertised. Everywhere else I've been a 60 minute massage last 60 minutes and a 90 last 90. Although massage was great I probably will not return as I'd rather get my money's worth at a spa that truly gives 60/90 min massages massages.

I give it two stars because I have been loyally going to get my roots done for a few months and…read morehave had good experiences for the most part. Ultimately though, professionalism and a regard for customers is more important to me than how my hair turns out. I can go anywhere and get good roots...my most recent experience sort of dulls down my entire impression of the salon. I had called to book an early appointment for this morning (a Saturday) so that I could get in and get out to make it to a family event. They said they could come in an hour early (8am instead of 9am) and do my hair and I was ecstatic they would do that! Apparently something went awry on their end as they didn't think that it was set-in-stone even though I said "yes, I want that appointment time." Push comes to shove, I ended up waiting around for an hour and a half until the stylist got to me. No apology, no regard for my time. The hair looks okay, it does the job, but the disregard for my time as a customer after I specifically asked for an early appointment to AVOID a mess like this is what really irks me. The perky manager then goes to charge me full price. I had to ask if there was anything that could be done to compensate for waiting around for an hour and a half and being extremely late to my family event and she "willingly" gives 20% (how sweet, right)....I shouldn't have had to bring it up, it should have been offered. After this mess and me feeling like I waisted a morning and my money I will not be returning. Bummer.

I had a prenatal massage here today with LaRina. My sister-in-law gifted me the massage as a baby…read moreshower present. I have had massages before - actually at the Troy MassageLuxe location - and the setup was pretty similar here. It's a very calming interior. I went to use the restroom and then sat in the waiting area for a minute or so, until LaRina came to get me. In the past for massages I've laid on my belly but I can't do that since I'm pregnant, so they had me lay on my side with a maternity-esque pillow on my legs. The massage as a whole was relaxing, but when I had to turn on my other side, I felt like I was slipping off the massage table a bit, even though I adjusted myself a few times. I'm not sure how much the massage was, since mine was a gift, but I think it was about $100-120, for one hour, although mine ran about 55 minutes. However, I know in the past MassageLuxe has had Groupons and other deals, so I would check those as well.

Ok so this is the SECOND time I am having an issue with this location. The lack of communication…read moreand honor on their part is VERY unprofessional! I have been a member with them for over 2 years and to be treated in this way is unacceptable! I have had my account on Vacation mode due to massage not being in the budget for the time being. I called yesterday to unfreeze my account, since I was informed when I signed up that I can be charged a monthly fee of $5 that would go as a credit towards my account, and to my surprise they changed that policy. Instead I opted to just cancel my membership since I already have a 1 hr credit on my account. I was informed by THIS LOCATION that I would be able to use my credit as long as its within the 60 day window. No problem! However, when I booked a massage for a closer location to use my credit, West Bloomfield location called me today and said i cant use my credit anymore bc my account is frozen and canceled. How can u take my $80 and say i have a credit to use then turn around and say I cant use it unless I UNFREEZE my account and pay an ADDITIONAL $80? What sense does that make? At this point, I regret spending all the money Ive spent at your location and I should have never signed up with you had I'd known you would STEAL from me! Thats exactly what that is.. stealing because i already paid for it. Im addition, I took down the last bad review because you asked me to after your staff mishandled that situation, but this review will NOT be taken down unless I get my money back. I dont even want the massage anymore at this point.
