We sat in the lounge until we got robed up and all had incredible massages. My lady was attentive to my preferences and I loved that the bed was heated and you were given heated eye masks. I do wish they had bigger bathrooms (only one stall and one shower) and also wish the lounge was in a more secluded area. Regardless, this is the place to be!

It didn't feel cramped, and the cold foot bath paired with the variety of essential oils for the hot rocks made it even more special. If you're looking for a true luxury spa experience, go to Bloom. I walked into a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Once you exit the lobby area and go to the back, the lights are dim. The changing area was clean, there was a locker to put my personal belongs in, and the robe and sandals were super comfy. There was a shower and a toilet and a waiting area outside the restroom with an electric fireplace on the wall. The massage itself was super relaxing and enjoyable. The woman who did my massage spoke softly asking me what areas I'd like her to focus on and what would be included in my massage. She gave me clear direction and privacy. She was firm, and worked out a knot in my shoulder and did a full body massage. There was calming music playing softly. At the end, they gave me a cup of tea to drink while I changed. I was not rushed in the beginning or the end. I would absolutely love to come here again one day for another massage. I have had massages before - actually at the Troy MassageLuxe location - and the setup was pretty similar here. It's a very calming interior. I went to use the restroom and then sat in the waiting area for a minute or so, until LaRina came to get me. In the past for massages I've laid on my belly but I can't do that since I'm pregnant, so they had me lay on my side with a maternity-esque pillow on my legs. The massage as a whole was relaxing, but when I had to turn on my other side, I felt like I was slipping off the massage table a bit, even though I adjusted myself a few times. I'm not sure how much the massage was, since mine was a gift, but I think it was about $100-120, for one hour, although mine ran about 55 minutes. However, I know in the past MassageLuxe has had Groupons and other deals, so I would check those as well.

I have been a member with them for over 2 years and to be treated in this way is unacceptable! I have had my account on Vacation mode due to massage not being in the budget for the time being. I called yesterday to unfreeze my account, since I was informed when I signed up that I can be charged a monthly fee of $5 that would go as a credit towards my account, and to my surprise they changed that policy. Instead I opted to just cancel my membership since I already have a 1 hr credit on my account. I was informed by THIS LOCATION that I would be able to use my credit as long as its within the 60 day window. No problem! However, when I booked a massage for a closer location to use my credit, West Bloomfield location called me today and said i cant use my credit anymore bc my account is frozen and canceled. How can u take my $80 and say i have a credit to use then turn around and say I cant use it unless I UNFREEZE my account and pay an ADDITIONAL $80? What sense does that make? At this point, I regret spending all the money Ive spent at your location and I should have never signed up with you had I'd known you would STEAL from me! Thats exactly what that is.. stealing because i already paid for it. Im addition, I took down the last bad review because you asked me to after your staff mishandled that situation, but this review will NOT be taken down unless I get my money back. I dont even want the massage anymore at this point.
