It is so clean, makes great use of the space (full with various equipment without being cluttered or cramped), the large screen tv's are not blaring and the volume is conducive to relaxing. All the staff seemed to have regular clients and they have a number of services, including hair and waxing.  I came in and saw Danny and I will be frequenting this business and asking for him again and again. He polished each of my 10 nails like they were paintings. Seriously the best manicure I've had in my life (better than my wedding day mani years ago!). The attention to detail was not lost on me. But after a week, when I washed and straightened it myself, I finally saw the chop job that had been done. It was completely botched, and I was extremely disappointed. Thankfully, Pauline--the owner--came through. I went back in, and she did some miracle work so I was able to keep my length and get rid of the choppy look. I was going to give one star because I was devastated with the original outcome but Pauline was very kind, and fast with her response and solution and handled the situation with grace and the salon deserves some love. She said "ohh you want a trim?" I said "yeah.." at the end, they end up charging me $60! I complained to them saying they were constantly upcharging and placing false prices!
