I'm kind of disappointed with my pizza this time from this Jet's Pizza. The sauce seemed different & seemed like a cheap off brand. The cheese seemed like a lower quality and was skimped on, too. As I walked in to pick up my order, I notice a man sitting off to one side of the register counting cash . He had no mask on talking to a young female employee also without a mask. The person making pizzas was wearing a mask. The sign on the door and on the counter as you come in clearly states the requirements for customers to wear a mask and only 4 patrons are allowed in the store at one time. After noting the mask issue, I looked on their health inspection reports and found some violations they had received this year giving them a 77 out of 100. I was wearing my mask and following the guidelines. I'm somewhat disappointed that they don't do the same at this Jet's. In light of the disappointment I had this visit and noting that this was the second time in a row that they don't follow the CDC recommendations or Michigan mandated reg's, I considering finding another local pizza place ... read more

We love jets pizza and we understand the demand on a football Sunday but this is at least the 3rd time that we've had to wait well over an hour bc "they only had one driver". Tonight we ordered at 515 and as of 643 it's still not here and I imagine when it comes it will be cold. I know it's not the kids working there's fault; but the owner of the store should know that if you're not going to be able to keep up with demand; you shouldn't have delivery. In fact the store told us they were no longer taking orders. Kind of ridiculous read more

Ordered my first pizza from this location. Ordered BBQ Chicken w/ bacon. Pizza was mediocre. Very doughy. Also ordered a Medium Mixed salad.Looked good until we mixed it. Lettuce was slimy and brown. Called to tell them. Heard me say I have a complaint. Put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up, will see them tomorrow. My husband and I had a business. If a customer had a complaint we didn't leave them hanging on the phone. Judging from other people reviews. I guess they don't care what their customers think about their products. I think they need to take notes on Customer Service Satisfaction. read more

Jet's is my favorite fast food Detroit style pizza chain. The food is never anything short of delicious, especially when I get the turbo crust. Pizza is made fresh and nicely by great employees. I only wish they were a sit down chain. I'd love to eat the pizza hot and fresh at the restaurant. There's some room to stand and eat a slice or two, buts generally a pick up and go spot. read more

Ordered the same pizza i always order. This time i couldn't even eat it. It was burned up to a black crisp. They said that was the crust i ordered. They would not offer any resolve. Been buying this same pizza from them for years. They are dead too me now. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! We had an online delivery order (that also included a 20% tip and totaled $102) that included an extra large pizza with 3 toppings and a small pizza with 3 different toppings and they were both wrong after being delivered over 50 minutes after our order was placed. When we called back, the manager only offered to make replacement pizzas and no additional compensation offer whatsoever and those pizzas were not delivered until an additional 40 minutes later AND then the delivery driver demanded that we give him the original pizzas that were screwed up (again with no compensation offer whatsoever)!! Finally, when I called back to speak with a manager again about the entire experience, he did not even provide a simple apology, let alone any compensation, and he then proceeded to hang up on me!! I have been buying Jets Pizza for years from other locations and several different food establishments in Metro Detroit AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS!! This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and I will also be contacting Jets corporate offices to share my experience!! read more

Ordered 3 pizzas 2 square and a thin crust. Worst pizza ever and only cost 80+ dollars with tip . Deep dish wasn't even cooked like eating raw dough . I never cared for their pizza wife always backed it . Not sure anymore . Chances they won't get anymore of our business. read more

The south Lyon jets Pizza normally has pretty good pizza last few times I've asked for extra sauce. But it wasn't there really dry pizza. even though you have to pay for extra sauce which I did and didn't get it read more

Ordered online. Website stated it would take an hour(stated it could be longer if at peak hours). I'm not unreasonable and think it should be exactly as stated, but at the one hour and ten minute mark, I called and was told driver left with my order and a few other orders and probably hit traffic. The person on the phone stated delivery time was really 1 hour and 30 minutes rather than the hour stated online. Fine. I'll wait. 30 minutes later(1 hr 45 min after ordering online), still no pizza. Called back to get status update. Again told probably hit traffic. At 6:02(5 minutes short of 2 hours) the driver delivered our cold pizza and jets bread. AND had pizza sauce NOT the ranch that I ordered. Horrific customer service. read more

Jets bread with "bacon" was unacceptable. I'd rather you just tell me that you forgot the bacon and wait the 15+ minutes to remake it, rather than tossing on a handful of disgusting CHARRED bits on top. Every time I order from this store, you forget SOMETHING, whether it be the bacon or marinara sauce. read more

Jet's Pizza - Unacceptable jets bread with "bacon" - Pizza Near Me - South Lyon, Michigan

There was a 45 minute wait for 2 pizzas but there's no alternative to Jet's. I walked the plaza while I waited for a veggie cauliflower crust pizza for my dad and a small square pep. Checkout was a little SNAFU while they trained a new guy but the pizza is still the best in South Lyon. read more

Since my last review a few years ago, service at South Lyon Jet's has improved! They definitely listen to customers and aim to please. I recently had a pick up order -jet 10 large - it's delicious as always. Keep up the good work! read more

Let me start off by saying that I'm and fan of Jets pizza but this location needs help. I have ordered twice in the last 6 months and will never choose this location and recommend you don't either. My last order was a carry out and was given an approximate delivery time. 40 minutes after that time I called and was told my order was on the road and I should have it in 29 more minutes. Should have known that was a lie buy by now we were hungry. When it did arrive the pizza was cold and at some point tipped on its side. To make things worse it was terrible. If you're looking to have pizza delivered and have hours to wait and low expectations this is your place. I would recommend that you run and spend your money on one of several pizza spots in SL that are on there game. read more

being honest.... this place is a complete cluster. double the time they tell you and pray they made the right food.... Love Jet's, but the South Lyon store can't get it together. Twice in 2 weeks I've called and ordered, and when I get there they have no record of my order. Shouldn't be that hard. Try another Jet's.... read more

By far the worst pizza place I've ordered from. Only reason why I still order is because it's local with late delivery. Every single time an item, pizza or cheese bread is forgotten. Management or something needs to change. read more

Just had a pizza and Jet Bread delivered. Pizza was hot and fresh but the bread was clearly made prior to placing my order. Cheese is solidified and cold. $35 for a pizza and bread one should expect fresh food. read more

This is by far the best Jet's Pizza in the area. There pizzas as consistent as McDonald's burgers. I absolutely love this place and get it anytime I'm having people over, which isn't as often right now. I always get the deep dish pizza with bold pepperoni and mushrooms with the butter crust. It's so solid. I've never had the gluten free pizza or any of the rounds or thins. It's Jet's, get a Jet's style pizza. read more

My family enjoyed the first pizza that we ordered from this location very much. The second time that we ordered (several months ago) it took over two hours to get our pizzas and then they were cold. Tonight we received a pizza that had cajun crusts that were overly seasoned to the point of looking like they were burnt. The whole pizza was so soggy with grease that it practically fell apart trying to pick up a piece. As you can see from the picture there is no crust on some pieces. Perhaps the lack of crust combined with the grease is why the slice is so hard to pick up. The worst part is that it seems like management does not care this time or with previous issues. Fortunately we are able to get delivery from another location and we have had great experiences with them read more

I am very picky when it comes to where I get my pizza because I have Celiac Disease and a dairy allergy. To be honest most places don't care about me having these "allergies" and I worry I'll get sick, NOT this Jets. NOT this General Manager...she was so careful and actually heard me and knew how to handle my food properly. I was so impressed and relieved knowing I would be getting an allergen friendly pizza. read more

I just love their deep dish pizza is the best deep dish pizza I've ever had their servers are very good

The Jets in south lyon on Pontiac trail is honestly hit or miss. More times than not our order is always wrong. It's never ready when they say it will be, and items have been missing when they deliver. When we call the employees aren't the friendliest out there. The only reason we continue to order from here is because the restaurant choices are limited. read more

1:45 mins for a cold pizza? I had to call to remind them to bring the pizza. I am pretty sure they forgot about me.This is the second time you double crossed me. Ive gone here a few times and it is always just ok with crappy service. With 10 other pizza places in South Lyon I don't see a reason to go to this Jets again. The Lyon hotel's pizza is better anyways. I recommend people who want pizza to go there. read more

We ordered a pizza tonight. After 25 minutes on hold, it took 2.5 hours to get the pizza. We called a few times, and were told a few more minutes over and over. Very slow service. Came in at Noon. Ordered 3 pizza totaling $47 to be delivered by 5:30. Called and hadn't even been made by 5:30. It's 6:15 and no pizza. Incompetents are running the store. Got an apology, but nothing else. One hour late, paid in full 5 hours ahead of time. ------ update. Business was heavy on New Years Day. Everyone wanted delivery. Got a refund and an equal store credit. Manager was accommodating. Employees lied and said order was on the way. Manager accepted responsibility and made it all good read more

I have ordered from this location four times and not once has the order come out correctly. My first time ordering, I did carry out and got two pizzas. When I arrived home, the cheese pizza we ordered had sausage and peppers. I called and they said they could make another and have it ready for me. So a 10-15 min drive there, then 10-15 mins back, my pizza (the original one that was correct) was cold by the time I got back to eat. I also received no apology or an offer that they would deliver a correct one. My second order was larger, since we had friends over. I did carry out again. This time I checked all the pizzas. Drove home and when I got there and unpacked everything, we realized the left out one salad and didn't include any dressing for the others. Again I called and had to drive back. When I eventually got home, the pizza was cold for me... again. On the bright side I called and spoke to a manager who refunded me the cost of my salads. I then declared we will never order from this location again. About a month later, for some reason, the wife ordered a salad and pizza from this location. When I picked it up, they handed me the food, I paid, then I went through everything to make sure it was correct. Of course they forgot the salad dressing, but at least I caught it before I left. I felt victorious. Fast forward another month or so. We were having a small group of people over and we wanted to order a couple of their large group size salads. Because of their opening time on Sunday and when we wanted the salads, we called the night before to see if we could order in advance. They said of course and we ordered two giant salads for the next day. When I showed up, the worker seemed very confused. They talked to another worker who replied something to the effect of "Oh yeah, we have that order, but I forgot to make it. " I then had to wait for them to find the order in their system and make the salads. It took about 20 minutes to finally get out the door. Again, no apology from either employee. I will NEVER order another thing from this location. I do like Jet's pizza though. Luckily, there is another location not much further from me in New Hudson. read more

The pizza is always delicious- if you don't mind waiting an hour longer than they quoted you, listening to them yell at one another in the pizza place, and fighting the inevitable 6-8 people who are still waiting for their pizzas too. I'm shocked so many kids still work there- I would think they'd get tired of apologizing to people that their pizza is STILL not ready. Always a disaster, but the pizza is always delicious. read more

This location has gone down hill. I am beginning to think there was a cheese shortage in South Lyon. My latest visit was the final straw when the pizza was sub par (AGAIN) and they gave us the wrong salad. We will be going to Aubree's in the future. read more

Back to a 2-star, where it will stay. I can't come back, I just can't. I shouldn't have to have the urge to talk to a manager every time I get pizza. The New Hudson location is OK, and a safer bet. But I will likely just stick to Benitos or Dolly's from now on. read more

Bad food bad service the pizza was cold took 3 hrs to get . The manager was not helpful at all. All around I would rather eat a frozen pizza

I've lived in South Lyon for ages. I've been ordering from this location since before they moved to their Pontiac Trail location. Their pizza has always been a pleasure to ingest, however as of late, this pizza has been the worst I have eaten. I'll choose Little Caesars over them. Whenever I receive it: it is luke warm, tastes like there is a pound of oil in it, and lacks the type of flavor you'd expect coming from Jet's Pizza. There is nothing more unappetizing than eating a pizza that tastes like it's been sitting in a soggy box for hours. Their customer service has completely gone out the window and the over all morale of the store is very low. It just seems like a place no one would want to work, let alone eat pizza from. Now, I get that I'm no one important, but being a valued customer is on the list of things I'd enjoy from a place I'm giving my money to. Whenever contacting the store about the lack of tastiness of product and the urgency to deliver their pizza there is always some bullshit excuse or another. If you want to keep your customers around, act like they are important to your business. Don't just brush them off. How do you expect to keep a business running if you keep losing your customers? Maybe someone should look into getting new management and an overall turn around of employees for this establishment to be successful again. read more
