Have typically had the famous giant Toarminas which goes over will at large gatherings. Great value and taste. Went for a cauliflower crust pizza when I wanted to satisfy a craving but not feel so guilty. It's SO good, honestly could not even tell the difference between what would have been a traditional thin crust pizza and their cauliflower crust. If you could do half stars I would, so I'd give 3.8. Pizza is good, has good cheese, it's not too thin and not too thick, just the way I like it, and they don't skimp out on cheese either. The sauce is a little sweet compared to other places I've tried but it's still very good. The lasagna was not good, tasted microwaved, the breadsticks here are inconsistent. Sometimes they are really cheesy and sometimes they taste like they were sitting out too long. And I'm not big on their ranch. Stick with pizza if you are ordering from here. And don't be afraid to get their toppings, we got pepperoni, bacon and extra cheese on our 14 inch pizza and it was very delicious. read more

Our go-to pizza delivery since we've moved it! We have tried a few variations but the Greek pizza is by far our favorite. Cheesy, savory, and overall great flavor. The prices are very reasonable and delivery times are comparable with others (usually 45 mins during dinner time). We have yet to try their salads or breadsticks but will once we have a few more people to share the food with. Love this local joint! read more

I live in White Lake, approximately 15 miles away. I stumbled on this location approximately a year ago and fell in love. The food is always excellent. The staff is always friendly. I have returned several times, passing dozens of other pizza places, just to go to this Toarmina's. My family and I especially love the big 24, "South Lyon style" (whatever that is?) pizza. I've been so satisfied with their product, I've recommended this location to family members living in neighboring Northville, who now frequent this establishment.... Pros: excellent crust thin crust elasticity/ density, tasty sausage, price Cons: Doesn't taste "fresh" finqlly ordered from here after driving by for years. I was pleasantly surprised to be honest. It's not life changing pizza by any means, but I feel it's a happy medium between the big chains and a great east coast neopolitan type place. We ordered a deal for about 20 bucks. It had a large 2 topping pizza, cheesy bread, and 2 liter. This took us days to finish so there is definitely value here if you are feeding a family of 4. The pizza was very good. I loved how the crust wasn't that cardboard thick pie crust. That has it's place but definitely not when it should be a thin round. It was thin and light letting the toppings take the stage. The sausage was really good quality. My main gripe comes from the freshness. I didn't detect fresh garlic or basil. It was very heavy on dried herbs. I felt this way with both the pizza and cheesy bread. That's really what separates them from being a go to for me. You also walk on a wire with thin crust in regards to the sauce ratio. I do feel like they errored on the side of not enough sauce, which definitely affects flavor. There's nothing wrong with folding pizza. In conclusion, I'll definitely go back if I'm feeling something a little more authentic than the big chains but under the price tag of other places! read more

I'm giving this place 4 stars for a few reasons. 1) Ownership is new. They are friendly, family-oriented, and quick to right any wrongs. For example, I had a long wait after ETA passed, and they threw in fried mushrooms I was going to add to my order anyway. So customer service is 5 stars. They even ran an order out to someone's car! 2) Prices are fair, even without coupons. 3) They were slammed when I showed up, with online orders. So I will hold back more negative judgement on #4 below until I try it again. 4) Pizza was "meh." I think a different mix of cheeses is needed. Crust was fine, but more chewy than I'm used to. Might just be preference. Bread sticks were good -- somewhere between Pizza Hut and Alekos. Chewy and salty/herby. Fried mushrooms were fine. First time ever having a fried mushroom, so I wonder if a mushroom -- pretty moist food -- just causes it to turn mushy inside and making the breafing start disintegrating due to the steam inside escaping as it cools. I'd order again at their walk-in special price of $2.99, but ask they leave them in the fryer an extra minute. Overall, I'd like to support this business, and will be back. read more

This is a 5 star pizza place there food is incredible i have gotten the BLT pizza and Darrnell made it just like Chad did. This place is Awesome his Antipasto Salad is the best and there Breadsticks are outstanding and crunchy on the bottom and is so beyond Friendly. I was visiting Michigan for a reunion with good friends ast week and was charged with bringing a salad. So, at the suggestion of my good friend, Marge, Toarmina's was the place to go. We chose the antipasto and it was a HIT! Fresh, crisp, and lots of cheese and meat! Generous portions all the way around and the price was right! It was the heaviest salad I've ever carried! Matt an Mary (owners) were welcoming, warm and appreciative of our patronage and really put that extra touch on our order. Did I mention the amazing pizza??? Make sure you check this place out! Great solid delivery pizza. Good crust, decent sauce, great cheese, many options. I'm not a fan of delivery pizza but this will be my new go to. They have great pepperoni! Not overwhelming or too spicy. Compliments the pizza very well. Not greasy either. They did a substitution & still honored the coupon. The menu is huge & varied. Disappointed! Thought we would give this place a try again, since it has changed ownership .., poor quality food and service.. pizza top was burnt, lack of cheese & toppings.. delivered cold & late.. called to speak with the manager.. & was told, they are to busy.. call back tomorrow at 12:00 (really?? What about fixing the pizza we had tonight?) called back, manager wasn't available ..... pretty sure this is not the way to start out in the right foot! New owners took over in September and they are just so nice, they treat you like family, we ordered a 24" pizza with beef pepperoni, it's so nice that there is a pizzeria that will accommodate me and my family because we do not eat pork. Pizza was perfect! crispy and perfect with the right amount of sauce! The owner gave me a free two liter with my 24 inch pizza! I am highly satisfied Everyone should give the new owners a try! Tonight we tried Toarmina's again. We were tired of the same old and decided to give it another shot. We just ordered pizza and breadsticks, pretty simple. First of all, the person who took my order was very nice, the phone was cutting out and instead of being rude or annoyed, he was still very patient. Second, the pizza was very good! Nice amount of cheese, I really liked the crust, I had pepperoni with green pepper and mushrooms, toppings were very fresh. And we also got the Toarmina's bread, which I liked, but my husband liked more. My husband also thought everything was great, but doesn't like how they cut the slices. I do like it, so it comes down to personal preference. A large pizza was cut into 12 slices and I feel like their large is a bit bigger than most. But I like it better than being cut into 8 or 10 slices. Overall, a much better experience with much better food. I also think it they got new managers since I wrote the first review, but I'm not sure. Hopefully our next experience is just as good. read more
