I find myself hard-pressed to find anything but flat crust pizza here in Columbus... (I'm from CLE and I'm used to Zeppes and Romeos) so when I found myself craving a pizza that reminds me of home I ordered Jets. I absolutely LOVE the fluffy but crispy, bready crust and the balance of sauce, toppings and cheese. Not too greasy, and it's just delicious. I ordered both a 4 corner and the spicy popcorn chicken. I had no idea the chicken would come in a literal bite size (size of a cheese curd) but I loved that! It's nice to eat with your fingers or a fork and not get messy. Have had carryout from here twice and a fairly positive experience each time. Pizza was hot, ready, and correct. I have found that Jet's is more pricey than other pizza places, but checking out their specials will be to your advantage. I usually order the personal size and can easily get 2 meals out of it. I'm normally a NY style fan, but Jet's reminds me of how great Pizza Hut pan pizza was way back in the day. Such a treat! read more

Jets can and should do better. We have been a loyal customer who places a weekly order. Our pizza arrived looking as if it had been dropped. We called the store asking for a replacement and were hung up on. The next day we called the Coporate office and received the same level of non existent customer service. Third time, lesson learned. No more ordering from this location. Pizza arrived late and barley room temperature. The NY Style pizza couldn't even be folded because the crust was too hard-inedible. The other two times the pizza has come burnt. Time to get some new cooks or adjust the oven settings. Also, invest in some heat bags or something. read more

Oh Jets... Come for the stale crust pizza with next to no toppings, stay for the terrible service. Look, I'm no expert at customer relations, but when you overcharge a customer and the 18 year old Assistant Manager puts you on hold for 10 minutes to finally tell you they can't help you because "It's Saturday" and tells you to get lost, I feel like there are areas that could be fine tuned. Since as far as I can tell this location does pretty much zero to support New Albany sports, schools, etc - I would suggest taking your business to Eagle's, Zero's or even Donatos. If you are absolutely in the mood for a "thicker crust", do yourself a favor and throw some cheese and pepperoni on a thick piece of bread and toaster oven it for 10 minutes for the same experience. read more

Had a pizza craving and decided to give Jets a try. Delivery time was fine and the driver was friendly. Other than that, the rest of my experience is pretty blah. They forgot to include my ranch, which would have easily been the tastiest thing I ordered. The Greek salad was alright, but the Greek dressing tasted a whole lot like Italian to me. Having been disappointed on multiple occasions with the delivery time of a favorite pizza place in New Albany, I decided to give Jets a try. I admit to being somewhat concerned when I had to spell my street address three times before the person taking my order got it right. My order was simple. Pepperoni Pizza and Medium Salad. The medium salad was more than enough. It could have easily served 4 people. The greens were very fresh - fresh enough for me to save and eat the remaining salad 2 days later. The pepperoni on the pizza wasn't "edge to edge," which is fine. Other pizza places that cover their pizza with pepperoni "edge to edge" taste salty to me. I preferred the way Jets made it. The crust was chewy, the cheese, plentiful. The order was placed at 6:33 p.m. and arrived at 7:03 p.m. (seriously). Jet's has been my go-to pizza place for a couple of years now. Their sauce is just the right amount of spicy and their crust is insanely good. Their 8-corner pizza is my guilty pleasure because I always take corner pieces whenever it's ordered for a large group of my friends. Very good stuff! Most of the other pizza delivery establishments are the boring big chains that I have been around all my life and I am sick of eating. Very disappointed!!! My wife called the New Albany location several days prior to our child's birthday party to make arrangements for a party order. She was provided pricing and terms from an employee. The party budget was then planned with the pizza order price as quoted. The day of the party, we called to place the order as instructed, but we were told that the price quoted days earlier by the employee was provided erroneously. The manager, I believe his name was Joel, was very rude and condescending. Not helpful at all. Though his employee made the mistake, he would not provide assistance. Thankfully another local pizza establishment was able to help us. We will never order From Jets again. Several family members and friend in New Albany also refuse to order from Jets again based on the disrespectful treatment we received.
