I tried to use a coupon that was labeled bogo "1 Large pizza" and then they refused to honor the coupon and claimed that it's only for 1-topping pizzas not specialty pizzas. Placed an order, was given 20 minutes for pick up. When I got to the store I was asked to wait with 5 or 6 other customers. After more conversations and over 70 minutes after my order was placed I was told that they gave my order to someone else and if I could wait another 30 minutes they would re-make it. Very disappointed with lack of regard for COVID-19 safety measures. I will say the pizza was good, but not worth risking death for because the employee inside the store was too lazy to honor the "curbside pick up" option. When I called and said I was there for curbside pick up, he said said, "the lobby is open, just come in and get it". When I went in, the gentleman behind the counter didn't have his mask over his nose. Ordered two small pizzas, one thin crust and one deep dish. I really enjoyed my deep dish, crunchy crust, soft middle, good toppings and perfectly cooked. The thin crust my wife had was good but she wouldn't choose it over others in the area. The tomatoes on the top of hers had not color and looked like they were completely unripened. Overall, I'm not sure about the value of our whole order. On the surface it seemed pretty expensive for two small, non-specialty pizzas. Placed the order online which said ready in 20 min. I arrived and it took another 10+ min which isn't terrible but there was no one else there so a little surprised to have to wait extra. However, when I got to the counter, didn't see a worker and when he appeared from around the corner he just looked at me, not a word said. Just expected me to ask for what I needed. No greeting, just a sour look and when I said I had an online order, he disappeared without word before returning to tell me it would be a bit longer. Lastly, and this may not be this location and just a corporate thing, but there is no description I could find as to what a "turbo crust" is so while reviews say it was good, I wouldn't order because I had no clue what it is. We've lived in the area for years and generally frequent the same pizza places but when we want delivery, we're limited to a couple of places that we like. I discovered that Jet's delivers to our area even though it's a 6.5 mile drive(Another place near us is 4.5 miles away but we're considered outside their range) so we decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed. I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce, bold pepperoni and mild peppers. My wife ordered their meatball sub and an order of Jet's Bread while my mother-in-law ordered the ham and cheese sub. My pizza was great and I believe the peppers were pickled, it was the first time in my forty plus years of eating pizza that I described one as juicy and in a good way. I attribute that to the peppers. The crust wasn't too thick and toppings were fairly generous. I ate a little over half of it, probably more than I should have but while my stomach was saying no, my mouth kept saying yes. An hour later I ate one more slice cold, which is not something I generally do. My wife enjoyed her meatball sub, she said it was the perfect size with a good balance of meat, cheese and sauce. She requested light sauce and she said it was just right. She also enjoyed Jet's Bread and our dog enjoyed nibbling the generous cheese off the top of it. My mother in law also enjoyed her sub and finished it off which isn't something she usually does, generally opting to save part of her sandwich for later. She said it wasn't sloppy to eat and tasted very good. She was a little disappointed they didn't have her favorite condiment, honey mustard but that is hardly a deal breaker. She also ate two slices of the bread, the second after she already said she was full. The price was reasonable considering the amount of food we ordered and it was delivered within 45 minutes, not bad for mid-evening on a Saturday night, especially considering the distance.
