This was hands-down some of the best pizza we have had! Saying the owner, Jesse, went above and beyond to make sure all went smoothly is an understatement. Salads were good, the jalapeno ranch is tasty. Pizza was floppy and undercooked. "Roasted" onions on the pizza were only partially cooked and still tasted raw - not what we expected. Sausage and pepperoni were tasty but the pepperoni cups needed more time in the oven. The edges of the dough were cooked through but barely. Disappointed, coal fired pizza should be crispy with a touch of char. This pizza was already sliced and needed another 3-5 minutes in a hot oven.

She actually asked whether I had ordered from that location. After searching around, another employee pointed out that I was five minutes early and told me, in a dismissive tone, that my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. It appeared that the order had been lost or had never been prepared. Instead of apologizing or explaining what happened, the two employees at the counter chuckled and acted as though the situation was funny. I waited until nearly 7:30 with no pizza, no meaningful update, and no indication that anyone was taking the problem seriously. I finally left. I also tried to find a way to contact a manager through the website but could not find one. I had been a loyal customer for years and had never experienced service this poor. Losing a prepaid order is bad enough, but the dismissive attitude and lack of concern made it much worse. I will not return. One star is generous.

First of all, it's family owned, and their kitchen is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Their salad bar has so many choices that if you can't find something you like, I don't know what to tell you. They make their own croutons, too. I saw them come out of the oven today, and I briefly considered standing there until someone handed me a tray. But the rigatoni with vodka sauce is the reason I'm writing this. I would eat that sauce by the gallon. I've gone in just to buy some so I can use it at home. I even told the guy that if they ever go out of business, I'm buying the recipe. I'm not trying to sell it--I just need it, because whatever I make at home isn't even in the same ZIP code. Their pizza is amazing, and somehow even the sauce on that is good. They have affordable daily specials that actually fill you up, plus beer and wine. I had a hand tossed pepperoni extreme which was full of oil, a thin crust bacon and mushroom with less oil, their Buffalo wings with ranch and their famous breadsticks with cheese sauce. The pepperoni extreme pizza had far too much oil for my taste, but the flavors were very much on point. There was some spice along with cheese that didn't quite want to stay on the pizza when I went to separate my slices. The thin crust bacon and sausage pizza had less oil and a wonderful crust with the same cheese situation as the other pizza. I imagine either pizza would be great for a party with alcohol. That's not to say it wasn't delicious because it was, but when it comes to pizza I have to be a hundred percent honest. The wings were less crispy than I prefer, but with a flavorful explosion. The meat also falls off the bone easily which is a plus for sensitive teeth situations. I must say flavor is the one thing these people are doing right over here. I just hope your stomach is young enough to handle it. Next I had their famous bread sticks with cold cheese sauce. The cheese was nothing to brag about, but the breadstick had that brick oven flavor that many people enjoy. I'm not sure if it was a combination of oils, but once I started eating my first breadstick, my stomach began to rebel, as if to say I had done something seriously wrong. I would like to see what else this place has to offer and a very much suggest visiting this establishment, but I must also add that there are other options for those of you with a sensitive stomach.
