I usually get the 8-corner Detroit style Hawaiian pizza. They make it faster than the estimate most of the time so show up early. The crew is always friendly. The door handle has been janky for months and reminds me of Denny's restaurants in Chicago that didn't even put locks on the doors. I liked the waiting space better when they had the sponsored high school sports teams--hopefully they still sponsor them and will get new photos up soon. As long as they keep the food quality up and the prices reasonable we'll keep coming back. read more

We swung by to carry out. It seems like they fixed their website issues mentioned in my last review. I was able to place my order online and try something a little different because of a coupon. They continue to serve, what I would say is, the best Detroit Style pizza in the area. Be sure to check for deals online as they can be a bit pricey. We went with 2 4-corner pizzas instead of an 8-corner pizza. It was less expensive because of the deal and the boxes were easier to manage in the fridge for leftovers. read more

First time trying jet's pizza and we were happy with our experience. The pizza was delivered and came quickly as well as hot. We went with the Detroit style pizza, which was an excellent chewy crust, but also crispy with the cheese. We went basic with pepperoni, which was great, next time we are going to try more specialty option of pizza. There's quite a large variety. There is simply not enough love for Jets in Maple Grove. Great pizza, subs and salads. Our pandemic pizza favorite! My personal favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch. I ordered a pizza and 2-liter soda for delivery. The delivery driver left the pizza at my door as requested, but did not leave the soda. When I called the store, I was told the driver did not have the soda, and my house was too far from the store to deliver it. My credit card was charged $3.50 for it anyway. My house is in their delivery area, but they don't care enough about their customers to correct their mistake. I am shocked. I was merely offered a credit for "next time" but I told them there won't be a next time. read more

Ordered a jumbo jet special with cheese bread and wings. Pizza was picture perfect and delicious. Cheese bread was also crunchy and baked perfectly. Wings were average, but tasty. Service quoted a 20 minutes for pickup time and was accurate. This is the best and my favorite spot to obtain a great pizza! read more

I ate a pizza yesterday from jets. They brought it to the grocery warehouse I was delivering a load to . They will deliver to drivers waiting in the staging area. I have to say it was as another review stated- Detroit style rectangular shaped pizza with nice crisp edges. I ordered pepperoni, anchovies, with black olives. It was super delicious. I have ravef about their pizza before- but Im all about quality of food AND QUALITY OF SERVICE. we ordered a pizza 90 minutes ago- were told delivery in 45 minutes ... after 75 months minutes we called and we told VERY RUDELY it would be atleast another 20 minutes. They just opened this location in the former Little Caesar's space, in the strip center across from the newer strip center in front of Hobby Lobby. They completely rearranged the configuration of the interior, though neither offered indoor seating. Take out or delivery only. Plain and simple, they have some of the best pizza around. The deep dish is tough to beat. Great cheese, excellent crust flavor, and tasty sauce. I've had their wings and cheese bread, too. Both fantastic as well. Looking forward to trying one of the sandwiches soon. I like the fact that they're so close to my house now so I can save a few bones on delivery charges. This will be my new go-to pizza joint. Nothing particularly bad with my experience. I just think the pizza isn't that good and it's very overpriced.

I don't even know how to describe how good Jet's deep dish pizza is. The crust is crunchy and chewy, the sauce is tangy, the cheese is perfect for pizza, and you get get the crust flavored basically any way you want it. Topping selection is great (try the bold pepperoni). The price is good, the staff is friendly, you can order online and setup the order for future delivery. I have never had a late pizza. This is our got to pizza place. We typically order take out to keep cost down. read more

Too inconsistent lately. A lot of orders screwed up. The last few times I've ordered the NY Style its been made incorrectly. They don't bother to read the notes added onto the order. They forget my 2liter a lot. Food use to arrive quick and was always hot, now it takes an hour or more and is luke warm. disappointing. read more

We have been ordering from Jet's forever and the have been pretty good. Tonight we called to order a pizza. We were told we were too far away and they couldn't deliver to our house. They said we are 6.6 miles aways. I did mapquest which said we are 4.6. There own website says we are 4.7 mi. About 11 mins. We are done with Jets. read more

The pizza is yummy but their customer service and online ordering suck. I ordered pizza and cheese bread waited 30 minutes after their estimated delivery time to call, since we still didn't get pizza. I called and the hung up on me. I then had my husband call. They knew what order was mine as my husband told them we had ordered over an hour ago. They told us it was in the oven "I think" we cancelled the ordered and were offered no apology. They said it would show up on my card in 2-3 days, clearly this happens often if they know that. Definitely not worth the hassle to order from here again. read more

Worst experience ever! I ordered online then when the pizza didn't arrive they said it was there they would get it right out. Then 45 minutes later a guy shows up with the wrong pizzas. Then I was told a new one would arrive in 8 minutes. Now I'm out 1 1/2 hours. We ordered a pizza and cheese bread on the second day they opened. The person taking my order seemed overwhelmed and I had to repeat it 5 times over the course of 10 minutes. Unfortunately when the pizza arrived it didn't have any toppings. However the best part of my experience was when I spoke to the manager about it. He was very apologetic and issued me a credit. To my surprise about a week later he called me back telling me again how sorry he was and how important it was that his customers were happy with their product. I was really impressed by that level of customer service. Jet's Pizza made a mistake like we've all done but there amazing response to that mistake is why I will continue to use Jet's Pizza and recommend them to others. I have no idea how this place has such good ratings, this pizza is by far the nastiest greasy pizza I've ever had. I mean my god my cheese shouldn't be stained red with grease. At noon on a Saturday, I ordered delivery for 5pm that evening. At 5:20 I called the store to see where my order was and they informed me that it came through from the website "blank" so they hadn't made it. The manager came on and offered to remake it, and when I asked why they didn't think to call and confirm my order (they had my contact information, the items ordered, and the total charge - it was all on the receipt) she had no answer. I had them remake it only because I had already paid online, and finally got my food 1.5 hours after the time I set for delivery. Had I not called, I never would have got the food I paid for. I never received an apology from anyone, not even corporate when I reported it. They need to fix their online ordering and empower managers to make things right when the staff mess things up. Very good pizza. Service could use some improvements. Ordered online said it would be ready in 20 mins for a order of cheese bread. Took 30 mins. When I get there a lady placed a order. When the order was complete the staff was yelling at the cashier if the order was to go... I wonder the lobby is not very dine in friendly I think that is pretty clear not to yell at her over. If it was delivery your computer screens or labels should be able to tell you that and the cashier can focus on customer service. read more

Good service and quick service. The only down side is that the pizza is REALLY greasy. Overall though, they get the job done.
