I have been eating her for years and years. The pizza is amazing. I have had it delivered every time, and it travels amazingly well on top of being excellent pizza. DiMaggio's Special is perfection by the way. I don't know about their service, and I have never had an order that wasn't right, so I won't comment on the comments here by those who've had problems with either/both. We've driven past this spot 50+ times and finally decided to try it out. We choose the Hawaiian pizza and noticed an option for stuffed. To my surprise, that did not mean stuffed crust - it meant a stuffed pizza pie! The pizza took a bit longer than expected due to it being stuffed, but the kitchen team was friendly with their explanation. As you can see, the pizza was definitely cheesy. I was worried we wouldn't have enough sauce to account for the extra dough. To our delight, the crust wasn't dense and was flavorful enough to not need any extra sauce. Ordered take out from here last night. My wife is a thick crust pizza lover, and I'm a thin crust guy. Dimagio's has decent options for both. Had a thin crust and asked for it to be a well done after reading some previous reviews. The pizza was satisfying, but not spectacular. Crust was done, but not with any crunch. The sauce was better than dominoes or the hut, but I've also had better. All in all, I would eat here again, but not sure I'll ever crave it. read more

I'm seeing a trend in the comments about rudeness. Last weekend, we called with some questions before placing our order. We hadn't eaten their pizza in several years and wanted to know what types of crust they offered. We also asked if they had any take-out specials. The second question really confused the guy who answered the phone and he couldn't explain their nightly special. We asked him to clarify and he hung up on us. My wife called back and asked to speak to a manager. She explained what happened, but the manager didn't care and didn't apologize. He defended the employee. She informed him we' be taking our business elsewhere, we would encourage others to do the same, and we would leave a review on Yelp. Again, he didn't care and said, "Go ahead. We've been in business for a long time and nobody will believe you." Believe it folks. Spend your pizza dollars elsewhere. read more

Hey all you cool cats and kittens lol let's tell a short story, I'm a truck driver driving around the country with my children. We pull into the cities and realize everything is shutdown, can't find parking etc.. finally find a spot but no food!!! Tonight (Sunday, July 18th) we ordered a large pepperoni/bacon and a large pepperoni/green olive pizza online. When it was delivered they were both only cheese. I called the store and spoke with a male. I understand mistakes happen, not a huge deal. However, this employee told me, "That was an online order, we will not do anything about it." I was shocked, I simply wanted our correct ordered and he again told me that they wouldn't do ANYTHING. The pizza was pretty bad. I hate to be that guy, but judging by the food alone I can say I won't eat there again. The crust was like cardboard, too thin, way over done. They're using a really low quality oil that leaves a nasty taste and feeling in your mouth. Everything was waaaaay too oily. I had to soak up the grease with a rag before I could eat it. Too expensive for what you get. $16 for a large pepperoni when you could spend $10 for a better pizza at Little Ceasar's. Yes, it was actually worse than Little Ceasar's. Ordered a pizza for delivery. We live not more than a mile from here. Would of just walked or drove but we were drinking, they told us he 20 mins and they would be at our place for delivery, set a timer for 30 mins (just to see actually how long it take)... 1 hr went by and no pizza so called and talked to manager and was informed it was delivered already. We informed them it wasn't and we were still waiting, and then were told call us back in a couple mins. No call back, but our pizza showed up 1.5 hrs after placing the order. And half frozen. Kid who delivered it smelled like pot (guess he needed to have a pot break). We called back again to tell them we finally got our pizza but was half frozen. And would like a refund for how long it took and it was inedible cause was frozen. They refused saying driver delivered it 45 mins prior,... we didn't lie we even wrote on the receipt we had to sign the exact time it arrived. And what time we placed the order. My opinion is the driver went home left the pizza in the car so he could hit the pot pipe a few more times. The driver also cocked a attitude cause we didn't tip. Well 1.5 hr wait is not acceptable for a deliver that is .5 miles from store. Also had to cook it in oven for 15 mins cause it was half frozen. read more

We eat DiMaggio's pizza at least once a month. Its great to go and eat there. Great atmosphere and employees. Fun and friendly. The pizza is very good. They make it from their own recipes. From the crust being crisp and the sauce with just the right spice for full flavor. We love it and you will too. read more

Before I was gluten free for health reasons, this was my all time favorite pizza place! My family still eats here regularly and I even have gotten friends hooked on their pizza, they drive an hour to come and pick it up! They have lots of great options, the Steve's special is our all time favorite(sounds weird, putting sour cream on a pizza, but trust me it is amazing!) The only thing is they use Udi's gluten free pizza crust...probably the worst GF pizza crust option. It unfortunately takes away from the pizza, and I rarely order from there anymore for that reason. It would be great if they looked at other crust options or made their own. Obviously their food is not celiac safe, as it is all in one kitchen. But good for those who are GF for other reasons. Customer service is good, but they usually have younger people working there that may not be as experienced. We drive by this place every time we head to Rogers, thus we have been meaning to give it the old college try. We ordered a large pizza traditional crust pizza, half pepperoni, half pineapple. This pizza was for delivery, they said 45 minutes, the doorbell rang within 15. The pizza was hot and fresh, the delivery guy was friendly. The pizza was ok... Nothing to write home about. There was a lot of exposed crust where I like the toppings, cheese and sauce pushed to closer to the outside edge. The cheese was good, the pepperoni lacked the snap in flavor I like. The pizza itself was a little dry and could have used a little more sauce. The pineapple was what you would expect, nothing special. The crust was tasty and plentiful. The cost was a little high for what it was. A coupon would help bring that down to a more reasonable point. Dimagio's has a full menu so we may try other items and see what we think, but for pizza, I think we will stick to another local favorite. read more

But if you enjoy writing on walls, a chalkboard surrounds the dining room, and you can chalk to your heart's content. The menu is typical of a pizzeria, with salads, sandwiches and pasta for options. The Meatzza Pizza was excellent! Wings are ordered by the pound, and 3 lbs was too much for 3 people. They are reasonably priced with pizza that tastes good I like the cheese sticks too, the breadsticks are okay I wish they had more seasoning, but hey ya know the pizza is their main dish and that usually tastes great. not sure if it's the owner's brother or a family member but this man in his late forties early fifties, who usually delivers the pizza, is extremely rude, a racist and apparently does not like the fact that my dogs would bark when the door bell rang and has an issue with my dogs who have never done anything to him. he was extremely rude when I called and complained one time because the crust was super soggy and thin and he proceeded to say "" Lala LA LA LA LA LA" over everything I was trying to say to him and I was still being nice. I've never had an issue with that place. I live in a house that other people rent, if other people in this house had an issue that's an issue with these other people. I've always given them a good tip, I've never had an issue with them up until that one moment and he proceeded to act like a child and say LA LA over me while im talking because he didn't want to listen to what I had to say. he made racial comments, hes straight up rude. I knew that he was a white supremacist by the tattoos that are tattooed on him, I'm not naive, I can see the logos on your skin...still didn't bother me. I continued to keep ordering pizza up until this 1 incounter and then he says after hes done with all his "la la la's" and not paying attention to anything that I'm saying, that they're not gonna deliver here anymore and hung up on me. This has been our favorite pizza place to get deliveries from, since moving to Rogers 14 years ago. Delivery is almost always super fast (around 30 minutes). They have a thicker crust standard, instead of that thin crap. Their BBQ Chicken pizza rocks and their Alfredo sauce is excellent. They also are the best when it comes to coupons. They offer tons of them, and often don't bother taking them with their payment, so we can use them again. They also don't care if they are expired. We just moved into the area and were looking for a good pizza place. Pizza was very good, but I'd avoid the spaghetti dinner. The sauce was extremely bland, it literally had no flavor at all, which really surprised me at an Italian restaurant. The portion size was very generous though, so that was a plus. Normally you wouldn't see a burrito on a pizza/Italian menu, but we figured we'd give it a try. Definitely won't have that again, it was also extremely bland. We love this place! Order the Steve's and your wont be let down! Staff is friendly, store is clean and prices cant be beat! $10 Large on Mondays to the $1.25 slices on Thursday you cant lose!!
