The pizza and wings are always great here! Pizza is made to order and the crust is crispy and bursting with flavor. The wings are always juicy and the sauces really pack a punch! Delivery tends to be slow...like order at least an hour before you want to eat. read more

My husband and I wanted to get pizza for dinner one night. I ordered the new stuffed crust pizza with just cheese, he ordered a thin crust. We both ended up getting food poisoning from the food. It was the stuffed crust for sure, since he has a bit of mine too and we both got sick. I will not be returning here ever, which is too bad because I do like Domino's. I'm not sure if it's this location or what, but to save my digestive system, we won't order pizza from Domino's again. read more

The pizza,s come undercooked like 70% of the time, I can't say anything bad for the service, it's pretty chill, the store isn't loud is fine. read more

We heard the recipe for the pizza had improved, so we decided to try it again. The crust still tasted like cardboard. The pizza was delivered very quickly, though. read more

The service was terrible. We ordered 15 pizzas. Not huge but he said it would take three hours before we could pick up. Then when I made a call for part of the order and paid full price no coupons, it was ready in less than 30 min. He is after just money!!! Such poor service. He needed to know we do tip well and had used their services for five years for this event. No longer we will use them. Do not go to this Dominos. Such poor service. read more

I normally have decent interactions with this Dominos with a few bad things here and there but there was one thing that set me off a month ago. I ordered a future order on the app on a Saturday, and about 4 minutes later I get an email saying my order has been canceled. At first I did not see the email, I saw it when I was checking the status of my order a half and hour before it was supposed to be here. The email DID NOT state why it was cancelled and I called to ask and was left on hold for 20 minutes. Apparently they don't accept future orders on Fridays and Saturdays because they cannot keep up with the demand. This makes sense as it is their busy days but is there any way this Information can be given to us in the email or before we place a future order???? Besides this mishap they are a decent store, the delivery drivers are nice and the food is good. Just beware about ordering a future order on weekends!! read more

Another late pizza that needed the microwave to eat it. Called to speak to the manager, got someone who sounded indifferent to the situation. They offered a discount on a future pizza. It is unlikely I will use the credit. Two stars as at least the delivery driver was friendly. read more

Never in my entire life was I refused service because my name sounded funny until today. I placed an order online with my legal name; Isaid Soo and somehow the employee saw it funny, canceled my order and refused to take order over the phone after I called because my name was not believable enough. Most ridiculous. I certainly did not choose my name and absolutely will not change to what's considered believable to the employee at maple grove Dominos. Disrespectful and disregarding other cultures and racist. Grow up. read more

Terrible service and poorly ran. I was on hold for 20+ minutes trying to register a complaint about a delivery. The manager (N.H) was not helpful and rude. Never again and will not recommend to anyone. read more

Save a Chicken, don't order Chicken Wings from this corporate box store. Chicken Wings. what the hell was I thinking... OK, I thought I've learned my lesson, I guess not! OK, work lunch and the pizza was OK, not great with way to many herbs on the crust (note to self; if you need to smother the crust with herbs you know you're hiding something). I took the lead to order and was sucked in by the prerecorded message that said I should try the new, super crispy chicken wings! Man am I a dumb ass / marketers dream / sucker. These were by far the worst chicken wings I have ever had. I don't know how they cook them but they were super fatty, filled with grizzle and not at a good temp. They tasted like they had been put in a microwave and heated but not cooked anymore than that. The texture was bad, the meat quality was worse and the taste was somewhere in between. If I was a chicken I would be pissed that my fellow feathered friends gave their lives for this corporate crap! They need to do a commercial apologizing to chickens everywhere! KT read more

Left numerous messages and promised a call back, for the manager's manager, at the Maple Grove MN Domino's, after another pizza order was canceled without any warning or notice. This pizza was according to their own app delivery tracker sitting in a parking lot in Elm Creek Park in Osseo MN within 20 minutes from our home, over an hour since our order was started. No empathy from Nathan the manager, just a long list of reasons to justify his delivery driver's need to be late, and sit in that parking lot. (*Do they both support each other's drug use?) (*Are Nathan and this driver more than employee & Supervisor at a Domino's? Do they both use recreational drugs at work and outside of work? This is one of a long list of cancelled orders and a lack of regard for the customer at this Domino's store and still no response from the store after almost 4 days.) I would NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Especially if you are wanting to ensure you receive a great pizza. I highly recommend Home Town Pizza in Maple Grove, GREAT SERVICE, Great communication, Values its Customer's, Incredible Quality Pizza Delivery in record time! No tracker needed! read more

They cancelled my order because my address was "sketchy" and wouldn't deliver us pizza because their driver would be at risk.

Dominos cancelled our order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Tried calling and there was only a voice recording played and didn't give any option to talk with someone. read more

I work close to this store so i ordered a pickup one night to take home for the family. First my order on the board says it's ready but the guy in the back is saying he needs a few more minutes? No big deal, But when i went to pay for my order the incompetent person working the register asks for my name, then asks for my id so he can check my name again, Then he rings up the wrong order and charges me for it, when i saw the name on the receipt was for a lady named Rebeca i pointed it out, he said he cancelled that payment and rang up my order, the next day i'm at my banks website and see both payments are pending on my bank account now. Last time i will ever go here. read more

Ordered a pizza 20 minutes to close, left a 50% tip to try and make up for the late order. 10 minutes later, I see the order tracker isn't advancing on the app. I called 5 minutes to close, and had to listen to the hold music ads for several minutes before someone hung up on me. Tried to 'report a problem' via the app and I get an error message. No more order. I guess they didn't feel like working tonight. If you're going to charge my credit card and cancel my order, at least have the courtesy to alert me. Bad service, avoid. read more

I drive to the domino's and pick up the pizza so it's never cold. My mother goes inside and orders our pizza and we wait for them to make it. I enjoy sitting and waiting, I get to see the attractive boys make my pizza. I will not be making any moves however don't worry! :P I will be coming back whenever we need a quick bite to eat. read more

Be Aware that NOT every Domino's Pizza place is the same -- but THIS Domino's store compared to all the other places that we have eaten IS THE BEST. We order Domino's Pizza either every Friday or Sunday. The employees at the store took the time to get to know us by name and take the time to find the best deal for our family. We have gone out of our way just to get pizza from this store. Even the times that the pizza has not turned out the best they have made us a new one for free and offered us Soda when our order was taking longer than normal even if it is only 5 mins late. Add great pizza and FANTASTIC customer service and you have the recipe for a life-time customer. read more

After all the blah, blah, blah about we listened to our customers and reinvented our pizza the way you want it, all I can say is EPIC FAIL. The crust is still cardboard like, the cheese is low quality, the sausage is worse than the cheapest frozen pizza on the market and this reinvented sauce is horrible on the same scale as the original. No way. Never. I will not order Domino's unless I'm straight up starving and have no other option. Even then, I know the first 2 bites will be the best part of the experience and once the real flavors come through, I'll be disappointed. read more

I've lived here since 2005 and this place has always been pretty great, but in the last year or two it's become amazing, speedy, and worth tipping drivers well. Quality food at a surprisingly low cost, given what you get and they've never screwed up an order. Everyone on staff seems to care. It's hard to downplay that. I've stopped ordering from local joints because it takes two hours to get a pie from them and it's not noticeably better. The Maple Grove Domino's is always quality, and I work in IT, so I've eaten a LOT of pizza. (four food groups. alcohol, tobacco, pizza, and caffeine) I love chucking extra cash at these drivers and wish there was a way to get their names and review them online to corporate. The service puts everything else in the area to shame these days. I blow a lot of money on Jet's, Green Mill, and Davannis when I'm buying lunches for the people i work with, but when I want timely delivery and more pizza when I get home, I always choose Domino's first. read more

Missing an entire pizza and all the beverages for our order. It took almost an hour to have the food delivered. I have been on hold for 17 minutes and counting. But thank goodness I have a 20% off coupon coming my way... can't wait to order from them again. #ThisIsWhyYouNeedPizzaIssurance #Dominos #QualityCheckFail read more

i had the best dominos pizza ever at the maple grove store

They revamped it like 3 years ago and it was good, they have since slipped back I to there old ways. Nice staff and great management... just nasty food that's extremely high in fat and calories. Some pasta bowls are 1400 to 1600 calories. read more

I order Dominos 30 minutes before the store was closing to find out that they would just cancel my order. I am very upset with this type of customer service even after I waited so long for them to come. This pizza joint has now messed up 2 of our orders. After the first time...we decided to give them another shot, despite what others have experienced there as well. BUT, the first pizza they made was wrong. They only apologized and remade it while we waited in the store. So unprofessional. read more

Placed a order with dominos and after not receiving my order, I called to what was going on and I was greeted by sarcastic "manger" who they called me which they didn't and it was the wrong number I told them that put instructions on my to ring my buzzer when they arrived and he proceeded to me that they are no longer allowed to go inside of buildings to deliver pizza (side note I live in a very safe neighborhood in MAPLE GROVE ) and we have to meet them at the building door I asked when did this go into effect because I had pizza delivered a week prior he cut me off to say it started last week, & I asked him how would customers know this is a new rule he says you wouldn't,he was such an a-hole I told him just to refund me my money and ended the call- NEVER ordering from dominos again ! read more

Trash service, I order 2 icings with bread twists and they offer "credit". Terrible service.

the customer service was very poor, the man at the front register was very rude, and got annoyed because i was taking my time to figure out what i wanted to order. i very CLEARLY ordered thick crust on my pizza, and i got thin crust. i truly feel like he did that on purpose because he was very short with me, and seemed very unhappy abt customers coming in. will not be going to this dominos again! read more

I ordered online when they were having their half off pizzas deal. Ordered 4 large pizzas. The ticker thing on the app said it would be about 30 minutes for the delivery. The delivery guy made it to my door in 20 minutes. I was really surprised. Tipped the guy decent since he got their so fast. Pizzas were still steaming when I got them and the food was great. Will definitely be ordering from them again. read more

I called in tonight after finding out they delivered to our hotel until midnight. I work the front desk so people are constantly asking if places deliver here. Every time we send someone your suppose to get a "Front Desk Card" and when you collect 6 you can get a free medium pizza. Some cards say valid only on carryout and some say complimentary pizza delivered to front desk. So I asked the driver that was here and he said as long as we tip them they'd bring it out. So I called the store and tried to place and order with a person by the name of Scott. He said that these cards only work for carryout, I explained that his delivery driver was here and said it shouldn't be and issue. Even tho some of the cards say they can deliver. They just didn't want to do any work since it was 1/2 until closing time. I have 30 of these card and I should have more since today alone I sent two customers their way and the last couple times the drivers haven't given me anything. The Scott was extremely rude and unprofessional and so I said forget it and that I wouldn't be giving out their menus to customers anymore. I'll just start sending them else where. The worst part of the whole matter was them sending someone up here with two pizza's over a hour later because they felt bad. I turned him away because I'd already eaten and I don't understand how he'd know what type of pizza I'd like since I never even got the chance to place the original order. So he ended up stomping off rudely in front of hotel guest. Losing hotel business it the worst thing a pizza place can do since we own four of the five hotels that they deliver too. read more

Why did this come up as the first restaurant when I searched for a kosher deli? Pizza with meat is NOT kosher, and if the same kitchen has meat and cheese together it is definitely NOT kosher, even if it is a veggie pizza. If the same knife or cutter is used on meat and veggie pizzas it is NOT kosher. Someone from Yelp please explain this to me. read more
