Detroit pizza is the best pizza--fight me! I go here for a carryout lunch whenever I'm up in the area, which is a lot. Two squares of tasty pizza and a bottle of pop for $7. Quick and friendly service--just a few minutes to get it and go. And they don't skimp on the ingredients. Lots of cheese and pepperoni, tangy sauce, all on top of the crispy thick crust with the crunchy edges. I don't know how they can sell this for 7 bucks, but why would anyone pay the same or more for a sad little burger at McD's when you can have this! read more

Ordered pizza for pickup from Jets Blaine on Thursday, September 3rd. The person who handed me the pizza did not give me the entire order. Contacted the manager on duty at the time of pick-up and asked what happened, she said it was my fault for not taking the entire order from the counter. She gave me two options, first was to cancel the order and get a refund, the second was for them to remake the pizza and we could come back and pick it up. No offer to have it delivered, or discounted price to come pick it up again. Then she hung up on me before I could ask for her name so I called her back, a man answered and put me on hold for 8 minutes so I used my friends phone and the manager answered immediately. I asked for her name so I could discuss her demeanor with the General Manager. She refused to give me her name and again said it was my responsibility to make sure I had the entire order. Needless to say, if I could give zero stars I would. If possible, I will provide her name when I get it. Avoid this location at all costs. Pizza is great, no doubt, but I would drive the extra miles to get to the Andover location and avoid Blaine. Customer service policies start from the top and not only did she blame me, she didn't really try offering me anything to compensate me for the extra time/mileage to return to the store from Ham Lake. read more

Better than most fast food type pizza's but not as good as an artisan (Toni) or NY (Elmar). Very comparable to Motor City frozen pizza at Costco. read more

I think I have my cheese-loving family loving Jet's Pizza as much as I do. Of course, we have to have the Detroit-style deep delish 8 piece (still fighting breaks out over who gets the corner pieces). My 3 1/2 year old granddaughter loves the "CRUNCHY" crust. Yep, she belongs in my family! read more

Simply love their pizza! But the reason I'm giving them a 5 star review is because last week I ordered a pizza and wanted it with sausage on only half, but it came with it on the whole pizza. No worries I thought, kids can just pick it off. Then while I'm getting my kids situated, I get a call from a number that I don't know and let it go to voicemail. After dinner I check my message and it's James the manager from the Blaine location, calling me that they messed up my order, they are extremely sorry for this, and want to make it right for me. That blew my mind. I was so impressed by James calling me, even though I had no intention at all to call and complain. read more

We ordered from Jets for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the deep dish pizza. The dude taking the order and the delivery guy were both friendly and the pizza itself was very good! Will try it again and try the 8 crust type deep dish, as the outside crust edges on our pizza were very crispy and good! read more

I really, truly hate to call out any business, especially during the ongoing tough times...but I just can't ignore the situation I faced tonight. At 5:30pm, I ordered $60 worth of pizza from Jet's in Blaine. Weirdly enough, although I live in Andover, Blaine is our store, per their website and the last 6 years of ordering pizza from them. The promised delivery time was 6:11pm, which I felt at the time was ambitious, but ok, good on them! At 7pm, I called the first time. I was told that the pizzas were sitting there, waiting on a driver to come back to the store to deliver them. Cool. At 8pm, I called again and was told I canceled the order. Excuse me? After a short discussion, the kid on the phone went to check with the manager and was told that the manager misunderstood and voided the order after the first call. Um.... But then the kid said they could redo the order and have it to us in 45 mins. But it would cost us an extra $5 because we weren't in the delivery area. Well, after another discussion, I was told we would have our pizzas at the original price (I feel there should have been a discount at this point) in 45 mins. It is now 9:45pm, one hour after the delivery was re-promised. Jet's in Blaine is dead to me. I can't even tell you how much I have spent there over the years. read more

$30(+7 tip) for an inedible pizza. Save some money and get yourself a party pizza. They taste better.

Pizza was mediocre, pizza was ready 15 minutes after scheduled pickup and only 2 out of 5 staff members had masks on when I walked in. One put a mask on to come speak to me at the register. Won't be returning to a business that doesn't take the pandemic seriously. read more

I made a stop awhile ago, since I just wanted a good lunch special on the way to work. When I walked in I was unsure if I had the time, since they might be really busy. What added to my surprise was that there was that I was able to walk right up and order without any waiting. I liked the different varieties for lunch, that I could order. Like a calzone for $6, or a one topping pizza for $11, or even two slices and a soda for like $5 or $6. I opted for the 2 slice meal, since I only had time for that, and it's a good way, to try their pizza for cheap. I got one slice of pepperoni and one slice of sausage. It was truly a good deal. Of course they offered to warm up my slices, which was a good idea, as that they were fresh. When I did have a slice later it was so filling that it made for a small lunch. I liked how when my pepperoni slice was warmed up, it almost seemed to sizzle, and really smelled fresh. I mean the ingredients also tasted fresh as well, that it was not only piping hot, but that I could taste the pepperoni and other flavors as well. Who knows it might be a good photo for somebody's personal wall on social media, especially with the pizza as the main event. Of course with the two slices, it is always good to share with a family member or a friend as well. It would be so good to go back, since the employees were super cool to begin with. read more

Great pizza! Specials are always a good deal. Have never had a bad or even slightly negative experience here, one time we even ordered 15 minutes before they closed and they were still polite and didn't seem irritated with our late order at all. In fact, we got a discount on the pizzaand ended up with two larges because they had run out of the box for the XL. I am a thin crust lover, but this deep dish is serioisly amazing! I've never even tried their thin crust because it's so good. Toppings are always fresh, and the pizza reheats well the next day. read more

I am a huge fan of Jet's Pizza, and was very excited to see this location open nearby. However, I was shocked when they tried to talk me out of my order into a different pizza by telling me the other one was better. I don't think telling people one of your items isn't. Rey good will fair well for business. Also, you cannot order online here, that makes me order from other places more because sometimes I just don't want to talk to someone. read more

They have some of the best deep dish I've ever had. Nice crust, good sauce. Have always been on time for me and expedient.

First time having it, husband pre ordered and picked it up, however it sat there for a half hour before they realized it was ready. He brought it home and I had to re-heat it. The pizza had way to much sauce the toppings had no flavor. I only gave it one star because I had to. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Great pizza place, quick order for take out and had some really nice service. We were able to order two 4-sq pizzas and get outta there in no more than 20 minutes. We really enjoyed the pizza and hope to go back again soon! read more

Disappointing. Ordered over the phone and delivery time was 45 min. After an hour and 10 minutes. I called and was told that they became busy and their employee quoted me the incorrect time. There was no customer service and I was just told that the driver was out with the deliveries on the road. After an hour and twenty minutes it finally arrived. This was only my 2nd time ordering Jets in the past 2 years and will not be at the top of my list to order again. Also, this was just a random Tuesday evening with no notable sports (draft, Super Bowl), etc.) or any reasonable reason to expect a significant increase in delivery times. Not to mention I live within five minutes of the store. read more

The pizza was delicious and very filling to our 4 hungry boys. I am also impressed with the service. Horrible horrible customer service! I ordered delivery and the food arrived over an hour late. (Understandable if they were backed up with orders) However the order was wrong so I called to see if they would send the pizza I had ordered in the first place and the girl on the phone was absolutely horrible and rude. I was asking about getting my original order and she had an attitude and hung up on me. I was very understanding and nice and she was very unprofessional and annoyed when all I was doing was asking to get my original order. read more

Called In an order. Showed for delivery at 8:12pm. Called the store at 8:32pm, I was told it will be leaving the store in about 10-20 min. Called back at around 9pm to check again, they said should be the leaving the store now. I cancelled the order and they said it should take!3-5' business to get the money back. Hopefully they'll keep their word on that one! read more

I love the deep dish here!! If your going to order from a take out pizza place this is the best choice around.

I unfortunately I can not rate this with no stars otherwise I would. As the 16 of us sit here in agonizing hunger from our food order not being placed. Of the 16, 6 are kids under the age of 7. We placed a $95 order and after an hour of fending off hungry kids, and adults, we called the store to find out what was going on and where our pizza order was. After briefly speaking with a half witted person who was so confused he had to hand us off to his manager we got the excuse that computer system was messed up and that the online system wasn't working which would make perfect sense if not for the fact we had spent 15 mins on the phone PLACING the order over an hour earlier. The manager notified us that the order was never placed and that he would gladly get it started and finish our order and get it out to us. With 15 other people sitting in front of me and hearing this conversation I happily told the manager that I'd like to cancel my order and that we'll go elsewhere. So if there is any bit of advice I can give someone thinking about ordering from this establishment is, don't, just don't waste your time. Cheers! read more

Ordered at 4:30 and was told it would be delivered in 35 to 45 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later it still wasn't here. Called to cancel the order because my wife had to leave for work soon and we were told it was already on the way and would be here within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later my wife had to leave for work (without dinner) and I again called to cancel. Was only offered an excuse that they were short handed. They finally canceled the order for me.Terrible customer service and would not recommend. read more
